The house was very clean. There are so many incredible restaurants in walking distance! The only negative is if you have a lot to carry to the beach it isn’t easy. I was very happy with my stay! Thank you for sharing your home!

House was beautiful, clean and we had a great time. The host, Maria, was super nice and communicated well. We loved the location, and it was nearly perfect. Just want to point out a couple of things: Minor - there was no laundry detergent when we arrived & a little wear and tear (fridge drawer, small wall damage, no overhead light in one of the rooms, etc.). Nothing that hindered us at all, but I didn't want to get charged for preexisting issues. A little more significant is that we received a text from the owner saying that the neighbor complained to her that we were too loud while going up and down the stairs (the staircase is squeaky). We had 4 kids there who were 2-7 years old, but we made sure the kids walked up and down the stairs as quietly as possible after that. However, the neighbor also came over to complain about the kids being too loud while they were playing in the living room. So this house may not be the best location if you have playful kids. For reference, we had no parties, were asleep every night by about 9 pm, so this was really just about kids playing in the house in the afternoon. One last and very weird thing that happened is that one night at about 4 am, an extremely loud noise like a fire alarm went off. It woke me up as well as my daughter. There was no smoke, no fire, so I have no idea what it was, but it was really scary! Other than that, the place, host, and location was wonderful! Thank you! We hope to return one day!

This was a great place for our family. Came to visit grankids who live here. Beautiful place, great location. My only suggestion (from far away travelers) would be more than 1/2 a roll per bathroom and little soaps for shower. Thanks!

We absolutely love this beautiful home. It is perfectly located close to the center of town that includes shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk that are all within walking distance. The house was super clean and well stocked upon arrival. This is our second year staying here and hope to continue to do so in the future.

In town for UNCW graduation, house was great, sleeps 8 with pull out couch In living room. Only about a 5min walk to Carolina beach. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was a great place to stay for seeing all of the historic sites in the area. It was also easily walkable to the beach and boardwalk. There is a park and playground behind the house that was fun for the children. The house was clean, organized and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

It was cute and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We were there for graduation weekend in December so we really weren’t at the house much but it’s close to restaurants and shopping. There really wasn’t enough toilet paper or hand soap in 2 of the bathrooms for the weekend so we picked some up but otherwise everything we needed was there .

My family(all adults) stayed for a week and found this home to be clean and met our needs. There is a nice starter supply of soap and paper goods with extra on site. Plenty of towels and extra blankets and linens. Maria was attentive to questions and easy to communicate with. Loved our beach time and would rent again
