Located in Wellfleet, this charming cottage for $560 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. 'Amy's by the Sea' A 10 min walk to miles of ocean beaches/sand dunes, this renovated 1940's Cape-style cottage, located in the National Seashore sits on a 2+ acre wooded lot. Open floor plan with living and dining area and open to knotty pine ceiling. Bright new kitchen with large A-frame glass overlooking the spacious deck. Surrounded by National Park, Amy's by the Sea is an easy walk to the ocean beach via paved road for bicycles/strollers or via the 'back' trail to the bluffs overlooking the ocean, sand dunes and miles of quiet beauty. The back trail to the ocean also connects to the very rare White CedarTrail preserve and Marconi site. A 1/2 mi walk in the other direction gives you direct access to the Bicycle Rail Trail and General Store/ Post Office. Avoid Rte 6 traffic by taking Ocean View Drive into town, harbor, or glacier ponds for a swim or kayaking. Cottage is only 1/2 hr drive to Provincetown for nightlife and terrific whale watching. Great experience from start to finish. The property owner was up front about the small size of the cottage, so we were prepared. Twenty-minute walk to the beach was ok or you can drive. Quiet neighborhood and a great French bakery down the street. Property owner was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Would recommend for 2 adults with 1-2 kids, or 4 adults who don't mind close quarters.

We loved the location of this special cottage surrounded by the natural beauty of the National Seashore, within walking distance to amazing beaches, bike trails, and cafes, and with all of the amenities that we look for - a/c, outside shower, equipped kitchen and laundry.

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It is simple but well maintained and very clean. The kitchen is serviceable for meal preparation. It is, as advertised, cozy/small. We were a couple - just two of us - yet we found it confining at times esp for meal prep. The bed was comfortable. The location is unbeatable - walk to ocean and also to cafes. The deck is comfortable but could be better appointed / landscaped for greater enjoyment of being outside. Owner was very good with communications, which we appreciated.

Nice little place with a fairly short walk to oceanside beach, comfortable and cozy, washer+ dryer and outside shower nice touches (though we didn't use on our short stay). Close to road but we never noticed the noise.

Amy’s cottage is just a perfect spot for enjoying the many pleasures of Wellfleet and the surrounding towns. The cottage is cozy and well laid out. The outdoor shower was a real plus! You are close to a yummy bakery and the bike trail and an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely return! Host was terrific from booking through departure. Five stars for sure!

This quaint property is within an easy bike ride to several beaches, and within walking distance or a short bike ride / drive from numerous local amenities. While not spacious, the accommodations are comfortable and more than adequate for a couple or small family who enjoys spending the bulk of their time outside at the Cape. Prompt and friendly communication with property owner.

This was my family’s second stay at Amy’s Cottage. It’s spotlessly clean and has all the amenities we need, including a lovely deck and delightful outdoor shower. Love the location within walking distance to Lecount Hollow beach and also our favorite French bakery (PB Boulangerie). Jackie is such a kind and helpful host, always quick to answer questions. This place is a gem. We’ll be back!

Love this cottage. Love the location and love Wellfleet. Even in the thick of summer, Wellfleet maintains a laid back, friendly vibe. The cottage is supremely located - love walking to the beach! And as avid joggers, the trail to the lookout is a big bonus to have right outside the door. The cottage is cozy and clean and a nice respite after a day at the beach or exploring Wellflet. Jackie is a great host!

Amazing little cottage by the ocean!
This is our second time staying at Amy’s Cottage and we already can’t wait to come back next year. The cottage is in a perfect location, walking distance to the beach, the bike trail and an amazing French bistro! It’s also located near a lot of our favorite day trip locations (wellfleet center, ptown etc.) The cottage itself has everything my family and I need - an amazing outdoor shower, stocked kitchen and a great deck for hanging out. Jackie has also been an amazing host, always quick to respond with very helpful information and very accommodating. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

Was very much enjoyed, the weather was our only complaint because it didn’t get hot enough to swim in the ocean, but only gives us a reason to book again just in late July or August so it reaches over 75 degrees

A Sweet Find in the Best Location
We loved everything about Jackie’s cottage! Spotlessly clean and comfortable for our family of four. Well stocked and furnished with everything we needed. Perfect location halfway between the beach and the amazing French bakery for morning croissants, PB Boulangerie. We would walk to both every day! There’s a great network of trails behind the cottage including the swamp trail which felt magical for our kids with a boardwalk winding through a lush forest. Loved the outdoor shower, the hammock for lounging, and the deck for morning coffee. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect little spot on the Cape
This is the perfect little spot on the Cape, I had grown up going to Wellfleet, and was really excited when we found this place. It’s in walking distance to the ocean, the bike path and two amazing cafes. It’s also really nice because you’re not on top of your neighbor, so the added privacy is a bonus. The cottage was the perfect size for our family of three and has everything you need for your vacation - the outdoor heated shower was the best. It was also incredibly clean, definitely one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in. Jackie was also incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions. We’ll be back for sure!

Classic Cape Cod Cottage with updates
We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is centrally located, near two good spots for take out, a short bike ride to the beach, and pleasantly shaded. The cottage was a little smaller than we expected from the pictures, but also larger than many typical Cape cottages and perfect for the two of us. We appreciated the little details and info.

Perfect Spot Nr Wellfleet & The Beach
We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend.
Perfectly situated a short walk (less than 10 min) to the beach in one direction, and the top of the Cape Cod Rail Trail (brilliant bike path) and PB’s Boulangerie (delicious) in the other (again, less than 10 mins).
The cabin was spotless, well furnished, very comfortable, and we loved lazy evenings on the deck with the grill. A perfect summer getaway.
One other note - Jackie was extremely helpful in advance, fast to respond and answered questions / provided lots of useful info. Thank you Jackie!
