Located in Holden Beach, this lovely house for $794 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome! Thanks for stopping by our house. Our host fees include a thorough house cleaning and linens delivered for your use. Bath and Pool towels are provided at the house for your use. This 2 story home features everything you could ask for at the beach! Home has an inverted floor plan with large decks and a crow’s nest to enjoy wonderful beach views. Location is everything as you have a short walk to a private beach access which is located at the end of the street. Also, within walking distance to the island restaurants, playground with basketball court, candy store, and an ice cream shop. The home offers a total of 5 bedrooms as outlined below. Each bedroom will a full bath and king / queen rooms will have a 43” LED Smart TV and access to an outside deck. Primary Master – 1 King – 2nd floor with private bath Secondary Master – 1 King – 1st floor with private bath BR3 – 2 sets of bunks – 2nd floor (full bath adjacent to bedroom) BR4 – 2 Queens – 1st floor with private bath BR5 – 1 Queen – 1st floor with private bath There is a toddler bed (crib-sized mattress) and a full sized pack and play provided for child sleeping (you will need to bring sheets for either / both). The kitchen, located on the top floor, is open and airy with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and a center island with bar stool seating for 4. The kitchen is nicely appointed with everything you need to create meals at the house, including multiple slow cookers. The dining room has a large open window to take in the views and the farmhouse table has bench seating on both sides (easily accommodates 8-10 people). The living area connecting to the kitchen provides sectional seating and a 65" LED Smart TV. There are games, puzzles, and toys provided for family members of all ages to enjoy. There is a full sized high chair and a rubber booster seat provided to assist younger family members in enjoying meal-time. On the lower floor, along with the three bedrooms, there is a second family room with 65" LED Smart TV and a wet bar with mini fridge. There is a convertible sofa (full sized mattress) in this room if needed. The side door - coming up from pool - leads you through the laundry room and to the half-bath. Perhaps the best feature of this plan is the outdoor space off the back of the house overlooking the pool and offering great views of the ocean. The lower deck is perfect for those that wish to get out of the sun and enjoy the ocean breeze while reading a book or snoozing the day away. The front decks off the street-side of the house give visibility to the intracoastal waterway. A crow’s nest gives vacationers great views of the Holden Beach bridge, boats on the waterway, and some amazing Atlantic Ocean sunsets. After a morning at the beach everyone will love the large private pool (14x30) to cool off. The large wooden deck is perfect for sunbathing or just hanging out by the pool. The custom built tiki bar has a sink and mini-fridge, and the hot tub is a great place to relax after dinner in the moonlight. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is also located in the back.

We had a weeklong Friendsgiving with 7 adults, 8 children. The house was clean, open with everything you'll need in the kitchen. The hot tub and pool was a favorite. Only challenge was frig space but could be solved in a mid week run vs getting a weeks worth of food on day one. We loved the house and can't wait to book again! Host was quick to support our questions!

Owner was very communicative and professional. The house was beautiful, and the ocean view from the kitchen was phenomenal. Even saw dolphins a few mornings! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely, fully stocked house. Do be prepared to climb stairs (even though there is an elevator) and enjoy the stars from the crow's nest.

We had a fabulous beach trip! Young kids (toddler bed and bunk beds were perfect) up to 70+yo grannies with mobility issues (elevator was clutch!), and everyone enjoyed themselves. Plenty of room, heated pool was used frequently by the littles, only got to enjoy the hot tub one night, but Wow!, and the location -- beach an easy stroll for eveyone (with beach cart and chairs provided), and the view from any level of the house was gorgeous, sunsets from the crows nest were tops. We also used the community playground nearby. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Shae was easy to communicate with and a great host. Look forward to return trips!

Everything about this place was as advertised, if not better. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, most importantly responsive. I can’t say enough how wonderful of an experience our trip was, even through a tropical storm. Everything was clean and the amenities worked perfectly. Hope to visit again sometime!!!

We have stayed at this property multiple times now, and it's always an awesome time. The house is perfect for our family - heated pool, super easy walk to the beach, ocean views, great layout, and the list goes on. The owner, Shae, is also a great guy who is very friendly and responsive. We'll definitely be back again!

We absolutely loved the house. It was everything that anyone could ever want .. we had a large group and every person was comfortable. There is plenty of space for anything you could possibly want, and all the amenities you could need. Beds were all comfortable and pool area is the best. Has great ocean views and short walk to the beach.

Loved the location. We spent time on the beach, went golfing at 2 beautiful courses, took a fishing charter, went horseback riding and zip lining, plus ate out at a couple of nice restaurants and even sang karaoke one night - all within 40 minutes of the house (most MUCH closer). Spending time at the house was great too. The Tiki bar was fun, and the pool and hot tub stayed in constant use. There was plenty of room for us (15 adults and teens) to all hang out together or spread out for some time apart. Highly recommend!

This home is lovely and perfect for a large family with kids of all ages. We love the ample space, convenient beach access, ideal location near restaurants and park, and the pool and hot tub are so nice to have! Shae accommodated our family by heating the pool which was so nice with the cooler temperatures and we were so excited we could still enjoy the water all week! Shae also called as soon as we arrived and walked us through all the available amenities and answered all our questions. This was so helpful!

The house location was perfect for us. A short walk to the beach made it so convenient for early morning walks as well as nighttime walks hunting seashells at low tide. We stayed w/ three other families and there was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked. My only recommendation would be to remove the outdoor furniture around the bar area and on the lower level deck. Several pieces were broken and rather unsafe. Overall we had a great time and the owner was very helpful. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

This house is perfect for big families looking to relax and spend quality time together. The house is beautiful and has EVERYTHING you could need. The backyard/ pool area is spacious and fun. The kids loved the quick walk to the beach. Shae (owner) is friendly helpful and quick to respond.

We had a wonderful time! 15 of us, ranging from ages 6-70 stayed for a week. Location cannot be beat-short walk to beach. Plenty of space for all. Lots of towels, kitchen amenities. Owner very responsive dealing with a couple issues. Pool area/hot tub so much fun.

Beautiful house, open concept, clean & tons of room for a big group. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. The only issue we experienced was the hot tub being dirty upon arrival. Our property manager Shae handled it immediately and continued to check-in to make sure the issue was resolved. He was so helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had, from the time I booked the house through our entire stay.

We loved our stay. The heated pool was perfect for the chilly spring days. Plenty of room to spread out if we wanted but cozy enough to enjoy time together. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Ample amount of linens and even beach towels. The kids loved all of the games available. It was all around a great stay and we will certainly be back.

We stayed for my 40th birthday. The house was so perfect that I have two friends who are going to book it again next year. Our whole group decided we want to start a new tradition of going every November. The house is EXACTLY as it looks online - perfect. The crows nest and hot tub really set it apart and made our visit extra special.
