We are in a five star resort that boasts a water park. This fourth floor luxury Condo is a beautiful place to enjoy Disney, Universal, Sea World and Orlando. After visiting the theme parks, golfing and shopping; take a break and relax. Windsor Hills is a five-star resort and our condominium is one of the finest in the Disney area. The moment you walk in you will notice the 10-foot ceilings, arched doorways, and tiled floors that give it an airy and spacious feel. This is a luxurious, three-bedroom, two-bath condominium with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. It is professionally decorated with a huge Master Suite and two additional bedrooms. One with a Queen sized bed and the other has two twin beds designed especially for the kids with a strong Mickey Mouse motif. The full sized crib will make even the youngest member of your family feel at home. Each bedroom has its own TV with an additional one in the living room. The condo also has DVD player. The furniture is top of the line. It will take your breath away as you enter the room. You will love relaxing on the screened balcony. This is a fourth floor corner condominium with a penthouse view of the lake below. The Master Suite and one of the bedrooms also have beautiful views out their windows. Imagine coming back to your condominium after spending the day at Disney World (only one and a half miles away) and taking a dip in the lagoon style swimming pool while the kids enjoy going down the two story waterslide at the pool. Or they may choose to play ping pong or billiards in the breathtakingly beautiful Windsor Hills clubhouse. Or they prefer to take in a movie in the on-site, cinema. There is no charge for any of these activities. The playground is phenomenal. It features a large castle and many more extras. Windsor Hills is beautiful, quiet, and, best of all, RELAXING! Once you have stayed there, you will never want to stay in a mere Orlando hotel, but will want to come back again. Windsor Hills is a gated community located within the heart of Orlando’s premier tourist attractions. Three teenagers and two adults taking a sunny break from Michigan in January. Cooler weather still had some sunshine and temperatures warm enough for time at the pool. Location was close to everything and facilities met all our needs. Owners very responsive throughout our stay.

This unit was adequate, but could use some TLC addressing things like a torn screen and some outdated/well used furniture. Overall, the unit was sufficient for our stay, and the Windsor Hills water park/pool area was a real nice place to spend some down time from the parks with the snack/beverage store on site and made it easy to use. For any of the issues we had during our stay, Harry and Sissy were very responsive. Overall, we would stay at Windsor Hills again.

The property is lovely and my granddaughter really enjoyed the water park! When an issue arose with the unit, it was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. I would return for another visit in the future! Great owners to deal with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort property was very clean and a lot of fun. The apartment was clean and spacious for our family of 6. Close to a lot of food and Disney. We will be back for sure!

This condo was perfect for our week long family trip to Disney! Our daughter, SIL and 3 year old grandaughter all had plenty of room and privacy. The condo is as described, beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Having washer and dryer was really convenient.
The pool area was great - just wish we had planned more time to relax there.
The property owners were so helpful and very nice!
We would definitely recommend this property and will stay again when we come back.

We had an amazing time! The condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked with the basics. The walls were thick, we didn’t hear anything outside our room or unit! The location to the pool was great, a short walk and you’re there.

Felts very safe, the condo had fun activities like face painting and glitter tattoos for the kids and live music by the water. Pool was nice. It was 10 miles for everything (20-30 min with traffic). Condo was well stocked, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. would stay there again

We were staying at this property at the start of our kids' Spring Break, and one of our daughters also had a Cheer Competition nearby at Disney. The property was ok. It was clean, but it was a bit dated. The beds in the master bedroom and kids rooms were pretty uncomfortable and the pool was PACKED to the point there were no chairs to sit. It was overall a nice trip and a fun place to stay, but I'm 50-50 on if I'd go back.

Six of us, including two children made this condo our home for 10 days. The pool/water park on site was awesome and we appreciated the proximity to Disney parks. Gated complex is older with beautiful trees and landscaping. The layout of the 3 bed, 2 bath apartment was perfect to allow for gathering as well as privacy. Furniture is dated and a bit worn, but more than adequate. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Very responsive host. AC was not working when we arrived and owner took care of it within hours. Suggestions for improvements include adding a few basics in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, foil, coffee to start out. Sadly, a broken chair on the small screened porch made that area mostly unusable.

The layout of the condo is nice. Proximity to pool, arcade, etc., is good, maybe a 5 minute walk if that. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool area due to the weather but did walk around and it looked nice. The lady at the clubhouse service desk was so rude, which was disappointing to say the least. (Have to have armbands on to access the pool area and she was responsible for handing them out).
The unit-it’s “doable”—but needs a lot of work.
Pros: starter pack for laundry, dishes; provided a roll of paper towels and an extra garbage bag. Crib set up in the second bedroom. Easy in/out of the unit-key access on wall, and close to elevator. Parking was never a problem. Large closet in the master. Staff at the locked gate were pleasant.
Areas for improvement:
Overall, the unit had a slight odor and was dingy. Everything needs updated-the carpet is worn and dirty, the tile grout is filthy, all of the furniture-every piece of it-needs upgraded. There were towels provided but one that was hung as clean was dirty. Master bathroom-mold all over the shower head. White ?paint? Overlay? On both bathroom vanities was peeling off and worn. There was a washer/dryer in the unit, but part of the washer agitator was broken off, and there was no hot water to the washer-it would run with warm or cold water only.
The balcony-had standing water everywhere-even though the roads and sidewalks were dry. The hanging vertical blinds were broken-had to open and close them by hand, and they were filthy. All appliances were old, dated, and stained (except the dishwasher). Broken wine corker.
Overall the unit met our needs as we were only there to sleep. Would stay at the complex again but would not stay in this particular unit without significant attention to the above.

The entire process was easy from arrival to departure. Property was just as explained. Plenty of room. More than met our needs. All questions asked were answered immediately. Many amenities near by.

Just the right amount of space for my daughter and son in law, 2 grand kids and me. Comfy beds, clean. Great location for Disney parks. If we ever make it this way again we would definitely book again.

The condo was just what we expected for our 3 week holiday. There was 6 of us and there was more then enough room, really homely and everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed some incredible lightening storms! The pool was very close, the children loved the slides and swimming every day. My whole family enjoyed this stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. Condo could use some updates but it was comfortable. We recommend it.

Kissimmee stay
Condo is very nice and clean. Very comfy beds and spacious. Could stand to have a shower caddy for master bath. No place to put shampoos/gels outside of the floor. All in all...very nice unit and amenities. I'd stay there again if we would decide to go back.

Disney Stay
Even though our check in process was absolutely terrible. Please make sure you get the code prior to leaving for your trip. Stove electric eyes didn’t work. Upgrade locks to the main door. The beds were kinda stiff. Condo is definitely Convenient to all the parks shopping etc.The on site water parks were definitely a hit but it overall was a great stay

Great Time
Overall a convenient location with a Wal-Mart close by and a bunch of restaurants. The rooms were accommodating but the bed could use replacing. Other than that, there were small bugs but not too bad.

The condo had all the items we needed to make meals and also plenty of towels. The only complaint my son had was the twin beds were not that comfortable but the other two beds were though! We look forward to another stay in the near future.

We needed a place for 3 nights and the location was perfect. Secure location in gated community. Just a note if you want to cook, there are no spices whatsoever which is probably a left over from COVID rules.

A year ago my wife and I made arrangements to rent this property at Windsor Hills for 10 days. The pictures looked great, both of the condo and the swimming pool and water park. Everything was just as good when we arrived. The condo was in a great location, the accommodations were wonderful. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor activities were ideal for all of us
Harry and Sissy were great hosts, very communicative, friendly and prompt with answers when we had questions. Our stay was ideal. Of course having 10 days of sunshine and 80+ degree temperatures didn’t hurt in February
The only disappointment was that the unit was not available for the dates we had in mind for next year.
We highly recommend a trip to Windsor Hills and a stay at Harry and Sissy’s condo. You won’t regret it.
