About this condo rental
Located in Mount Dora, this charming condo for $168 per night is a great option for your next trip. Great In-law suite close to downtown Eustis, FL in a great well maintained older house built in 1926. 1 bedroom and 1 bath with all the amenities. Has full kitchen, washer and dryer, sitting area, pull out sofa bed, pool and private patio. Unit will sleep four very well but if an air mattress is brought, you can sleep 6. 2 in bedroom, 2 on pull out sofa and 2 on air mattress. Also included is free wi fi. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and entertainment. Can be rented nightly, weekly and monthly. Parking is limited on this property. We like guests to park in the garage. DUE TO SIZE OF OUR PROPERTY AND DRIVEWAY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LARGE AND OVERSIZDED VECHILES. They are welcome but will have to park in front of property along street in front of our wall on grass area near sidewalk and only one vehicle is allowed to be parked on the property per reservation. Guests of guests parking vehicles or guests bringing more than one vehicle will have to park across the street at United Methodist Church parking lot or adjacent side streets.

Wonderful rental! Everything was there, and check in was very easy. place was very clean. hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

We used this unit over the Christmas holiday so that we could stay near relatives. Gary always answered any questions we had quickly and the kids loved the hot tub/pool. It had everything we needed as a home away from home for the week. Thank you!

The apartment and property were terrific! Great accommodations. The main neighborhood was nice, but the immediately surrounding houses/properties were not all as nice -- it didn't really present a problem at all during the stay, just an initial surprise.

This is a lovely rental with everything you need. Extremely clean, close to Mt. Dora, and private.
This rental included everything needed for either a few nights or a longer stay. We stayed through the Thanksgiving holiday, Thursday through Sunday. The place was very clean. The bed is comfortable, the couch and chair were just okay. My son slept on the couch and said it was more comfortable than the couch bed. The garage is a plus as it makes it easy unloading when you get there and loading when leaving. It also makes you feel pretty safe with a closed gate at night. We even slept with the windows open and could go away and leave the windows open. Also, trusted the owners very much. We even took my son's dog and she had a wonderful time. She can sometimes be verbal when she is playing or wants treats. They understood which is a plus. We got to see the lighting in Eustis and the lighting in Mt. Dora. There is quite a bit to do around there and you don't have to go very far. There is also a pool - hot tub that looked really nice, but we didn't try it out. It was out the back door in a really nice screened in room. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I would love to go back one day. Thank you

We really enjoyed this place. It was cozy and we felt very much at home. The spa was wonderful and we used it quite a bit. Eustis is in quaint little town and we really liked the area.

This apartment is wonderful I only wish we would have had longer to stay!
They thought of everything , the small hot tub/pool is such a nice touch!
We will definitely stay here again if down this way!!!

This property is perfect. Has everything needed for an extended stay. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely rebook if I return to this area. Very quiet and peaceful yet within walking distance to downtown Eustis.

Relax & Enjoy your stay
My wife and I had a wonderful Christmas Holiday at this Eustis, Florida get away. We wanted to find a quiet, clean, cozy and affordable spot to leave all the holiday 'drama' back home.........we found it at this location! Large hot-tub, gated entrance, garage for our vehicle, and spacious apartment are here for visitors.
The town of Eustis also added to the peacefulness that we were looking for in this vacation. We loved it.

Was very pleased with the cozy, clean, very accommodating apartment. Enjoyed the very secure feel of the gated driveway and the use of the attached garage, all with remote controls. Furnished with all new appliances, this apartment is everything you need and unbelievably quiet. Was very pleased with our stay and would definitely return in the future.

Private for the most part. Relaxing.
Doggies had a yard to stretch out in. Owner catered to our needs. Everything went smoothly from checkin and checkout. Everything was paid up front with minimal charge for dogs. Just left this morning and already got deposit back. They also went out of their way to mail things we forgot.
Will stay here again if needed.

EXCELLENT COMFORTABLE
This is the perfect place. It is a one bedroom with plenty of room. The small spa out back is more like a splash pool. The owners are very nice people and helpful in many ways. We had everything we needed included a laundry room and garage space to keep some of our belongings. The screened in porch is lovely. We enjoyed our stay, we recommend it, and put our family members up here for extended visits.

Very nice, cozy, and the perfect place for us!
The place was very neat and clean. It was furnished with everything you would need while away from home. The location was perfect, as we have family that lives less than 3 miles from there, and it was very easy to get to. We will definitely come back and this will be our first choice of lodging the next time we are in Eustis.
