Fully handicapped accessible with elevator, come experience SeasToday custom built on beautiful East Beach on St. Simons Island, GA. SeasToday is located at the northeastern corner of Bruce Drive and 11th Street featuring the shortest walking access to the best beach on SSI. This eight bedroom, eight and one half bath architect's personal home was just completed in 2010 and will sleep 17 in beds plus pull outs. This home is large enough to spread out with your family or to be enjoyed simultaneously with other close family friends. Spacious covered porch with grill connects the 4 bedroom main house to the multilevel 2 bedroom+bunkroom guest wing. As you enter the gated enclosed private outdoor courtyard you are immediately struck with the beauty of the original 100 year old oak tree left untouched in the center. There is a soothing water feature spilling into the 14 x 17 foot custom salt water heated pool and a covered all-weather 17 x 30 deck. Two outdoor showers help wash the sand away and a large sodded front yard is perfect for playing catch with the kids. There are two covered outdoor porches perfect for reading and socializing viewing sunset with cocktails on f the second floor. The interior of the home is reminiscent of a rustic yet elegant custom low country beach home. The entrance foyer on the ground level features, antique pine beams, access to the garage , a powder room and a H/C accessible newly added bedroom w/ en suite bath plus the three stop luxury elevator. This home is completely handicap accessible with wide door ways, zero step entryways and the elevator. The second floor of the main house has a private cozy octagonal den with full bath. It also features a pull out single bed. This room is perfect for reading or watching a tv program by yourself. It also features a desk for those times when work intrudes into your vacation. large full bath off the den complete with pull out love seat makes the den a relaxing haven. The 16 x 25 foot living room has painted wooden walls, ceiling and floors. It has a wood burning fireplace and a 55 inch flat screen smart tv. Bools line the rooms built-in shelving and games and puzzles are stored in cabinets. The gourmet kitchen / dining room / keeping room comfortably seats eight at the dining table and four at the raised bar top. A long upholstered window seat, Viking stainless steel appliances and imported custom French cabinetry adorn the gourmet kitchen. The 15 x 20 foot covered porch off of the keeping room connects the main house to the bunk house. It is perfect for watching fall football games or enjoying evening cocktails. The third floor of the main house has three bedrooms and three full baths. Two suites feature queen size beds and each bedroom has its own flat screen tv and walk in closet. One master suite has a handicap shower unit. The third bedroom has a king sized bed and a pack-in-play stored in the walk in closet. Each floor has its own heating and air system. A laundry room here and also one in the garage make for easy cleaning. The bunk house is separate from the main house but attached via covered porch and features three bedrooms and three full baths. The upstairs bedroom/5 bed bunkroom doubles as second family room with a 42 inch flat screen tv and a large oversized leather couch. The bunkroom provides a great sanctuary for the kids of all ages. Two lower bedrooms feature a queen bed and two singles, respectively. Gorgeous home with plenty of space for our large family (17 total). Quiet neighborhood and an easy, short walk to the beach. Wonderful stay and definitely enjoyed by everyone! We would definitely stay here again.

Grandparents, parents, and kids of all ages drove from three different states for a beautiful week in St Simons. We couldn't have designed a more perfect house for us. The kitchen was the center of nightly card playing after the little ones went to bed. The bunk room gave our teens privacy. The connected bedrooms were ideal for parents of toddlers. Two sets of washer/dryers helped with all of the beach towels. The pool wasn't too deep for the little people to enjoy safely. Besides the layout and room arrangement of this house, the linens, beds, and furnishings made for a very cozy and comfortable vacation. We slept better than at home! The owner and housekeeper were just a text away if we needed anything. When there was a minor maintenance issue, the maintenance guy was there within hours and checked on us regularly. We have stayed on 11th in East Beach in the past so we were familiar with the proximity to the beach. The house is just a short walk through a charming path to the water. We would love to come back for another memory filled beach vacation in this most perfect house.

What an amazing home. There were 10 of us celebrating 50 years of friendship. This was the perfect place. There was plenty of bedroom space and lots of space for us to gather as a group and enjoy visiting. At the end of the trip, we were wishing we'd had more time to stay and enjoy the lovely pool. We would highly recommend this home with plenty of space and wonderful location to St Simons and Jekyll Island.

We had 7 couples so 7 brs (and multiple bathrooms) was a necessity. House lived up to our expectations and worked well for our group, including several sitting locations for the group to just hang out. Weather was beautiful and house was easy biking distance from town and even closer to the beach. Would recommend the property for group stays.

We loved our stay at this beautiful and spacious home. There were multiple living and conversation areas. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well appointed. We used the large volume ice maker a lot. The beach was a short walk and delightful.

We had a lovely time and the home had a ton of character which was fun. The kitchen was our gathering spot and plenty of room for our family & extended family. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. We would stay here again as it's location was perfect and the outdoor areas were perfect for gathering, especially the pool.

What a great property. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and a really well equipped kitchen. The walk to the beach and only took a few minutes. The kids really loved having the pool to use when they didn’t want to do the beach or later in the day. Emily was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great stay at Seastoday! We came for a girls' trip and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to spread out. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach and some shops and things. This place is loaded with character, plenty of gathering spots, inside and out, and it looks even better than the photos. Our family met to celebrate our parents 90th birthdays, and this place was perfect. The huge kitchen/ living area accommodates all the folks who want to hang out there, plus there's a cozy, quiet living room, a covered deck, and spacious pool area embraced by an enormous, gorgeous tree! The elevator made it possible for our 90 year parents to navigate the entire house, which they loved. The kitchen is well equipped, and the commercial style ice maker was much appreciated. The walk to the beach is easy and lovely. I would highly recommend this house for a large group!

We had 11 family members for 3 nights at Seastoday and it was everything we had hoped it might be. The home is spacious, clean, functional and well equipped for gathering several families together. Every bedroom had its own bath and the gathering areas were ideal for chatting, preparing food, or just hanging out. The location was perfect for getting to the beach or town and the property manager, Susan was particularly responsive to our questions or needs. We would like to return to St Simons again and would love to come back to Seastoday.
