THIS IS NOT PART OF THE FLAMINGOS TIMESHARE BUILDINGS. Our PRIVATE Villa La Estancia Villa 2502 is a dead centered 5th floor condo above the lobby building with an unobstructed direct ocean view from every room. You are not looking into other villa, and they are not seeing into ours. Update 2023 - Now have Pickleball court setup. UPDATE Mar 2015 - We have set up NETFLIX for guest use in the Living Room. This will be Mexico listings, but most programs are available. UPDATE Sept 2014 - We installed an interior door from the living room to the 2nd bedroom - VERY IMPORTANT if you have small children needing the second bedroom for sleeping. Original construction was a Lockoff configuration, meaning you needed to use the balcony to move around. We are one of only a couple of the 2 bedroom condos at Villa La Estancia with this updated feature. THIS IS NOT A LARGE HOTEL SUITE. You are treating yourself to our 5 Star quality, 2,100 sf villa with fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, in suite laundry room, huge balcony, large master bedroom and large second bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bath. Top quality furnishings and privacy ensure a relaxing time. Unobstructed beach and grounds view from the balcony. Very light and airy interior flooded with sunlight. A 2011, 2012, 2013 Travelers Choice Award for Top 10 Luxury Hotels in the Caribbean and Mexico was awarded to Villa La Estancia Nuevo Vallarta. Free wired internet and private owner wireless router for interior WiFi connection. Check the calendar at the right for available dates. Special last minute rates available, just ask. There is a modern major supermarket 1 mile away to purchase beverages, snacks and other foods for in villa eating. An onsite small deli market is also available for last minute purchases. We have installed grab bars in the 2 bathrooms for those who need assistance in bathing and with the toilet. Included are a mid-week maid service (additional can be arranged), a gas grill on the balcony, and a set of golf clubs for guest use. VIP Transportation is included for up to 4 guest from the airport to the resort. We have stayed here many times and really love it. The unit is immaculate and spacious with a great view. George is such a kind, nice man and totally easy to deal with. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for self catering but there are many restaurants nearby if you choose to dine out. The staff here is amazing and are always ready to help with anything you might need. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, Villa La Estancia is the place for you. Book a vacation with George.You won’t regret it.

What a great unit with a wonderful location. We were a bit skeptical of the VRBO listing saying the internal doors connecting was a big deal - but it was! Several other groups in our party rented different villas with both A and B units, and they had to go through the front door with a key to go in between. George's unit has a perfect view of the pool and ocean, and with that door, we were able to move freely throughout the entire space the entire time. To top it off, George had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to our room on the first day of our trip. We'll be back!

What a wonderful time! From the moment we arrived we knew it was going to be a great trip. George had arranged a car from the airport. Walked into a beautiful lobby with a view of the ocean and pool area. The grounds were pristine. Quick check in and we walked into an amazing space with a bottle of wine from George waiting for us on the table. The space was awesome, very well kept, beautiful, spacious, a huge balcony with 3 seperate sitting areas and 3 walkout entrances 1 from each room. The interior door just made it one big villa for you. Only 4 of us and we felt guitly about all the room we had. Plenty of room for 6. The view was amazing as the suite is located right in the middle of the resort. Staff was very attentive and professional. We didn't try the onsite restaurants as we wanted to eat our way through Bucerias and PV. :) Location to Bucerias is close we walked there several times. Once along the pathway and several times along the beach. 15 minute lazy walking pace and your at the Bucerias center. Leaving restaurants we did catch cabs back and a nice surprise alot of the restaurants would call a cab for you after. Which were plentiful and safe. Cab to PV Malecon or Sayulita area is 30ish minutes. Cab to Marina 20ish minutes. George was very attentive and available. We had a mishap on our end and he was great to deal with. All in all a wonderful stay. I highly recommend your stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Everyone at the resort worked together so well. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pools were clean, the beach was organized and clean. Housekeeping did a good job. The bell boys, parking services, check in and out were all very efficient. Food and drinks at the restaurants all very good. In 10 days, absolutely no complaints.

We greatly enjoyed this apartment. The views from our room were superb. The service was excellent. People always happy to help, had parents and kids so help was much appreciated. Truly relaxing vacations, can’t wait to come back. Flowers sent by or we were a wonderful surprise.

Wonderful property. Especially for families. Best location in Nuevo vallarta. Top notch service. Unit is spacious and clean. This is a TRUE 2 bedroom unit. Most other units that show as a 2 bed are really a 1 bed condo with a totally separate studio down the hall . If you have young kids you want this specific unit. With the other floorplan you won't hear your little ones if they cry at night and if they get out of bed for you they would have to have the wherewithal to come down a small hallway and open your unit's door with a room key in the middle of the night. Not a great set up for kids under 10.
My only notes are that the mattress was slightly uncomfortable and it seemed like the pool was letting in a lot of partying riff raff from the neighboring hotel. But the good far outweighed the bad and I would highly recommended this unit! We will be back!

Our stay at Georges property was amazing. It was easy to book and George treated us with vip service. His property is not only in the center but the view from his level overlooks the pool and the waves crashing in the sand from the beach. I’ve stayed at other properties here and Georges unit is by far the best! Also, his response time is amazing! Any questions I had, George tried to get back to me right away. My family and I definitely recommend and will be back!!

This is our favorite place to stay in this area. La Estancia is one of the nicest places in the area and this particular condo was well decorated and centrally locate in the complex.

This was a great vacation. The sandy beach and the large pool were great. The condo was very comfortable, spacious and elegant. Perfectly located with a view of the pool and beach. Overall it could not have been any better.

My wife and I along with another couple just returned from our stay at Villa La Estancia and we had an excellent week! The property was perfect for our group. The large balcony was a perfect place to share a few glasses of wine with friends while taking in the beautiful sunset over the ocean. The condo is in great shape and we had ample space for our group. The grounds of the resort are immaculate and its proximity to Bucerias makes it very convenient to enjoy all that little town has to offer.
George, the condo owner, communicated with us very well leading up to our trip so we would know what to expect. Our arrival was very smooth because of his communication. He also arranged VIP transportation from the airport to the property, which was very much appreciated. We also enjoyed some of the excellent restaurants George recommended.
There is so much to do In Puerto Vallarta and you can get there so quickly from the USA. It's a great place to vacation and I definitely recommend staying at George's condo at Villas La Estancia!

We loved this place; it was hands down one of our favorite vacations ever! Great location and George was wonderful to communicate with. The pictures are 100% accurate. The resort staff was also excellent and friendly. Our kids (ages range from 10-15) loved playing in the waves and boogie boarding for hours. The resort property is very well cared for and we always felt safe. We hope to book this same unit again, it truly doesn’t get any better than this! Thank you George!

This property is amazing, the perfect size of resort with all the amenities one would want and everything easily accessible by walking. Such a relaxing atmosphere by the pools, and the food at the restaurants was great.
George, was able to share some great knowledge of the area to help us as we planned the trip to celebrate a milestone birthday. Either the hotel or George arranged a couple nice extra birthday arrangements for our arrival which showed an extra level of hospitality!
Definitely recommend this property and host!

Wonderful Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Vill La Estancia! We arrived to fresh flowers. The villa is huge! My kids had their own side and my husband and I had the master. The pool is beautiful and never felt crowded. We ordered drinks and snacks most days by the pool, everything we had was good! We also ate dinners on property as well as the property next door. La Casona was our favorite! We had an amazing meal. The staff is all wonderful and willing to help with whatever you need! Thank you George!

Great apartment at on of the best developments
Unit 2502 is excellent! I've stayed at Villa La Estancia for the past 10 years and this is one of the best villas. Good floorplan for families. Great view of the beautiful development and front view of the ocean. Owner maintains his villa fully equipped. The resort has full hotel service on top of that. Its a triple diamond resort by AAA! (neighboring properties don't share that level). Everyone is friendly and resourceful in this resort, like no other place. Owner was super attentive to our requests.

Wonderful relaxing family holiday
If you’re coming anywhere near Puerto Vallarta this is the place to stay. Firstly, George is fantastic to communicate with. Coming from New Zealand I had lots of questions and George answered them quickly and accurately. His advice made the whole process from negotiating the airport to check in really easy.
The apartment is gorgeous and was more than ample room for our adult family of four. It’s positioned on the 5th floor right in the centre of the middle block. Great views where we enjoyed breakfast and dinners. After dinner we played the games George had in the apartment. The supermarket is close by if you’re planning on cooking or getting tequila. The resort is fairly quiet but if you need some action just go next door to the sister resort.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Everything was top notch and exactly as the pictures represented. George the owner was awesome, from his help with transportation at the airport to the great restaurant recommendations. The condo is super spacious and comfortable. Great resort stay!
What a fantastic place, property owner, and location. Can't say enough good things about George's help. The unit was very clean and included everything needed to cook your own meals. The 20-30 min walk to beach restaurants near Bucerias was also great.
Only challenge was getting a seat by the pool during the day - other guests would "reserve" their seat by leaving a book on it all day. Once we figured that out it was no problem.

George was so prompt and helpful in all his communications. He truly went out of his way to help me with this trip.
I’ve been to Villa Estancia before and love it — it’s why I keep coming back. The service is great — from the staff at the beach who set up chairs, umbrellas and towels for you, to the food service staff, to the check-in/check-out staff — everyone is always helpful. The place is wonderfully clean. It’s not overcrowded so there was always a chair at the beach or the pool. There are plenty of places on site and within walking distance to eat good food, or if you don’t want to walk, it’s only a $4 cab ride away. If you want a lot of planned activities on site, this is not the place for you. For us, we just wanted to relax and read books by the ocean and it was perfect. A big bonus — no timeshare people bothering you to take their tour!! The room was spacious and comfortable. George had flowers waiting when we arrived — a lovely touch to welcome us to our vacation spot. We will be back next year for sure. Thanks, George!

Beautiful resort
We had a great stay at George’s. The unit was beautiful and there was a lovely bouquet of flowers for us to enjoy upon our arrival. The resort was immaculate and the service around the pool was the best I have ever had. Would definitely stay here again.

A truly wonderful experience
This is a beautiful spacious condo with a 5th floor view of the pool and the ocean. I was very impressed. The sandy beach and ocean are just past the large pool with all the amenities. Not to mention the $20 hour-long massage like I’ve never before experienced. The restaurant is very nice and the other local restaurants are very good as well and not as pricy. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic Vacation Experience
We have stayed in this unit several times and have had the best experience. The condo is beautiful and with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, balcony with outdoor furniture and a grill - it's perfect. They have WIFI and an amazing view of the pool and ocean. Villa La Estancia is our favorite resort (staff is incredible and the upkeep is great) and this unit is wonderful. The owner is super easy to work with and on his game. I've worked with other owners before and this is the smoothest it gets.

Home Away From Home- 5 Years and Counting
My friends and I have enjoyed this rental. It is such a nice break from Northern Minnesota winter! The setting is beautiful , the property is clean and well maintained and the staff is incredible! No question, every person here strives to make our visit rewarding, from the champagne on check-in to bellman service when we leave!
The owner has been very helpful both before and during our stay, with small conviences, advice on tipping cab drivers and maids, restaurant recommendations, news about Mexican markets, and how to navigate the town of Bucerias.
We enjoyed walking the beach at low tide, massages on the beach at Massage Lupita, and walking into Bucerias for shopping and/or meals. Of special interest was a small jewelry store and boutique, Mestitza, which had lovely and affordable silver jewelry. Restaurants we enjoyed are Le Bistrot, La Quinta did Francesco, Ixta, and Leo’s Place, as well as an occasional meal at the hotel restaurant, La Casone.
There is no question. We will be back!
