THE LAGOON POOL DECK HOUSE !!! Our 4 bedroom 3 bath beach house sleeps 2-12 comfortably and is right on the Seacrest Beach Resort Pool Deck! That's Right, your own private gate onto the 13,000 square foot lagoon style multi-level pool with waterfalls and waterscapes! This home is one of only eleven homes that sit right on the Lagoon Pool Deck of Seacrest Beach Resort. This home just under went a six figure renovation with all new flooring, a new "Chefs kitchen", with quartz tops, custom cabinets, new appliances, all new bathrooms, new showers,new flooring, new bedding. 100 yard walk to the beach ! New for 2023 is a poolside tiki bar/ restaurant. Fresh grouper sandwiches or oyster po boys by the pool !! There are also kids frozen drinks and adult beverages too.There will be live entertainment too by the pool on Friday and Saturday afternoons. New video coming, We are one of only eleven homes that sit right on the pool deck with a private gate. All new linens and bedding in 2023 ! Location, Location, walk to the beach or take the free shuttle right from your door. Walk to Alys beach, or Rosemary where you will find tons of great shops, coffee bars, wine bars and the famous sugar shack candy store. Alys Beach is a short walk, where you find more restaurants, Neat Bottle Shop, Fonville Press for fresh pastries and coffee bar, Citizens high end seafood and steaks, Georges ( our fave) for wonderful fresh food from the sea ! all within walking distance of our Pool Deck House. New High Def "Smart TVs" for 2022. Bring your Amazon & Netflix accounts. 4 Beach Bike Cruisers included. First floor there is a kids bunk room for 4. Across the hall is a queen room. Open your rear french doors and your on the pool deck. Upstairs is a queen suite with full bath, balcony, and across the hall is the huge king suite with sitting area, his and her closets, a huge bathroom, balcony overlooking the lagoon pool. We have 4 YOLO beach bikes, so take the bike trail to famous Seaside for lunch or shopping. Seaside is home to several movie stars and it is where the movie 'The Truman Show' was filmed. Beautiful home, great location! Everything was closely located. Made it easy to get to and from the beach and pool areas. Restaurants and shops are within easy walking/ biking distance.
We were here for Spring Break. The beach and pool areas were very crowded. I would definitely return but not during spring break.

House was perfectly located next to the pool. House was very clean. The pool was resort style, very large. Two block walk to beach, however you can take the tram which is amazing. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. All amenities in the home were perfect. Balconies were wonderful to sit out in and relax. We brought our chihuahua and he loved the house and green areas of the property. Having bikes to ride was great although we did not use them. We had a great time and would highly recommend this to anyone as it is in a great location with lots to do.

We did like the house and location, however were really disappointed with the condition/cleanliness upon arrival.
Our first 24 hours were dominated by communicating with owner, meeting with cleaning staff (they cleaned the toilets and delivered a second key that was supposed to be in unit but wasn’t), and doing some cleaning ourselves in order to feel comfortable.
The owners ended up crediting us the cleaning fee. We felt a bigger credit was warranted, given we spent our own time dealing with the issues and cleaning ourselves.

This house was spectacular! We had a fabulous stay and loved walking to all the shops and restaurants. The main draw for us was that we could bring our dogs on vacation with us. We absolutely loved the access to the pool and that we could call a number and have a golf cart come pick us up and drive us and all our stuff to the beach! The house was very well stocked and even has an air compressor for rafts. We will definitely rent this house again in the future!

Great Location; would rent again.
Homeowner was quick to respond to all questions and requests. Property location is great for the pool (only steps away), access to beach and all shopping we wanted to do. Had a few issues during the stay but owner quickly had issues addressed. Great house.
For future visitors; recommend renting beach chairs from Dolce Vita long before you arrive.

Fantastic house and location

Perfect location for a family friendly beach vacation! Plenty to do for all ages. House had everything necessary for an “at home” getaway feel! Loved that we could bring our goldendoodle. Highly recommend!

Clean and enjoyable location!
We enjoyed our stay! The close access to the pool was a great addition to our beach trip. The alt bikes that came with the home were perfect and we were able to easily get to many attractions around the Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys area. Home was very clean and well decorated!

Amazing Pool Deck House!
Amazing updated house and direct access to the pools! Property close the the main entrance so it's a short walk to the beach (in between two tram stops as well) and the Village Shops. Dog-friendly property and location can't be beat. The Burkes provided great communication and service during the stay. Definitely a property we will look to for future visits to 30A! We had a great time and the pool deck house was great!

Great, dog-friendly location for the family
Property is literally steps away from the pool and the tram that drops you off at the beach. With small children in tow, this proved to be ideal for us. The house was well kept and had all the amenities you'd expect. Perhaps the only noticeable absence was that of basic household supplies like trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher pods, which we needed to grab from the local Publix. Considering this is one of the few dog-friendly properties with the location it has, this is definitely a property we will look to for future visits to 30A!

Open the back gate....swim deck. Walk down three doors...tram stop. Walk to shops and food vendors. The house worked well for our family. The first floor queen bedroom is small as is the bathroom, but it was fine for a week. Would definitely rent again! Nice owners as well

Great location and fabulous amenities!
We stayed at this same property nearly 10 years ago. It was fabulous then and is still is! Right on the best resort style pool we've seen and convenient to beautiful Rosemary beach with the softest, cleanest sand around. Very friendly and accommodating staff and lots to do within walking distance.

Beautiful, spacious and perfect for our family.
We loved the house and it's proximity to the pool and ocean. We walked everywhere except to the grocery and Target for pool flats and ocean boards.

Wonderful home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was within walking and biking distance of many shopping and eating options. The short walk out the back to the pool was so convenient as we had small children with us. The transportation to the beach was very prompt and the drivers were very friendly. We will definitely consider staying here again.

the perfect getaway
Everything about this house and renting it was perfect. the owner was very easy to work with, responding immediately and accommodated us in every way. the house was clean and well cared for. It was everything the description said. the location is perfect. he even provided perfect weather, now who can do that. We were sad when we left and we will definitely return.

Great House, Perfect Location
We wanted to have a house where we could walk to the lagoon pool and be able to walk to the shops and restaurants at Rosemary and Seacrest. this is the House for sure as it sits right on the pool deck with your own gate. everything was within walking distance even the beach. There was also a beach tram which we weren't aware of which was a nice bonus. The House was very clean and you could tell, very well cared for too. Highly recommend to any family looking for a nice clean house in a ideal location! Look forward to coming back. The owners were a pleasure to deal with which we appreciated tremendously!

Fantastic Vacation Home
This is an unbelieveable house in a fantastic location. The house is located right on the pool deck and it is only a short walk to the beach. I stayed for two months and I can honestly say that this place feels like home. Two of my adult kids visited during my stay and they loved it. They, and I, want to rent this house next year.
The kitchen is large and has everything you need. The two suites worked perfect for when my kids visited. The master suite is huge with closet space galore. The master bath is also spacious and equipped with Jacuzzi tub and large shower.
Everything in this house is of good quality. It is classy and practical. It has everything you need.
The location is a big plus too. I loved being able to walk to the coffee shop, to great restaurants, bank, a fitness center, and shops. It is also a great place to bike ride.
Finally, the owners are great to work with. From first booking the house to when I left, they communicate in a professional and caring manner. They texted me on the day of my arrival to make sure everything was okay. When I had questions during my stay, they responded immediately. They even followed up with me after I left. Jill and Dave are great!
This is a great place and I'll be back next year!

Great House, Ideal Location
We have rented many different house around Rosemary & Seacrest over the years but this was by far the nicest and cleanest house we have found, and the location is perfect, as it sits right on the pool deck with its own private gate. Our kids loved going out to the pool and we didn't have to worry about them crossing roads. the pool is, well lets say, magnificent! its multi levels with fountains and waterfalls that you can hear from the patio of the house. the pool is lit up at night and very cool looking. You can walk to the beach from this house or call the beach tram, which we did a few times. We seldom drove because you can walk to some great restaurants at Rosemary and Seacrest Beach. Their is live entertainment all around Seacrest and Rosemary in the evenings and weekends. You can grab a drink and walk around from shop to shop or from wine bar to pub. This house was exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything our family needed. there are two master suites upstairs with full baths. These were ideal for the two sets of parents and the kids took the downstairs bedrooms. the house is well decorated in a coastal décor with fun colors. we will certainly be back to this house next year. Highly recommend to any family or families looking for a clean house close to all the activities in Rosemary and Seacrest.

This house was great . We loved the neighborhood. Master suite is awesome. Best pool ever . After staying in Destin every year for the last 6 yrs or so , this was a nice change and we will come back to this area next year

Fantastic family get away!
This is a great house for an unforgettable family vacation and get away. We had 5 adults and 2 year old twins with us. Everything was perfect. The arrangement of the bedrooms worked great and the house couldn't be in a better location. The owners were extremely quick about getting back to us if we had a question. Thank you to the owners for renting your beautiful house! We certainly can't wait to come back!

Perfect House and Location for a family with small children! Can't wait to rent again!
We stayed the week of May 18, 2013 and it was perfect. House is exactly as pictured, which was nice. Plenty of space and privacy. Enjoyed the master suite, as well as the balconies. The location was ideal with having small children. The pool is right out the back gate, which made it easy to run back into the house for things. The golf cart tram was ideal for carting all of our gear to the beach. One phone call and the tram showed up in less than 5 minutes. Walking to Rosemary and Alys beach areas was enjoyable and easy. Could walk to the shops, donut truck, fountains and restaurants. The only thing I can think of that would make it any better would be to add a nice bbq grill right on the back patio. Overall, this house is a great find! The owner was very prompt with responses to questions and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this house and definitely plan to book again. We now much prefer staying off 30A, over staying in Destin. Quieter and more laid back, if that is what you are looking for. It was a 20-30 min drive into Destin to hit the Outlet Mall and other attractions.
