Dining area seating for 6. Full size Washer & Dryer available inside unit. You'll find laundry a breeze in the spacious laundry room. Each bedroom has their own TV. You won’t miss a game with the large 60' screen HD cable tv. Wireless internet, HD Cable and DVD player all for enjoyment. You'll find a Wii to pull up Netflix, books, and games making your stay feel just like home. On site free parking (NOT under the building. Anywhere surrounding the building is first come) and a lobby with luggage and shopping carts provide additional convenience. The condo has every convenience from home and lot to enjoy during your stay at the beach. The large master suite has a luxurious king size bed with a memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has comfortable queen size bed. Third bedroom has a Full size and a Tempre-pedic XL Twin makes plenty of room for kids, teenaged, or adults. Both bathrooms include a tub and shower and are fully stocked with towels. Our pool area has a comfortable beach seating, picnic area under the gazebo, are all provided. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, small cooler , and beach towels are provided. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset right on our private balcony while watching the scenic outlook or the stunning sunsets. No smoking allowed in the common areas, lobby, pool, stairs or balcony. Only allowed on beach area This Florida beach rental has easy access to Gulf Blvd., just south of Park Blvd near the Seacoast Bird Sanctuary. You're within walking distance to a park, breakfast spot (Kenny's Korner), coffee shop (Indian Rocks Coffee Co), tavern (Friendly Tavern), ice cream (Candy Kitchen), pizza (Beach Pizza), convenience store (7 Eleven) and the Look Boutique. Our favorite restaurant, The Conch, is about 1.3 miles south and has excellent food and a great happy hour. Or go to Johns Pass to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions; it is only 10 minutes south. Go 15 minutes north to visit Clearwater Beach for more award winning beaches, amazing restaurants, nightlife, our local star “Winter” from the movie “Dolphin Tale” at the Clearwater Aquarium, and the Pier 60 nightly sunset celebration is only 10 minutes north. St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island is only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. The Clearwater beach area is a wonderful place to spend the winter, visit spring training, get away for spring break, wedding retreat, your honeymoon or a much needed summer vacation. If you want a nicer place to stay than the typical vacation rental, then our condo is exactly what you’re looking for! It’s super clean, has better furnishings, and is very comfortable just like home. If you want the nicest place to stay and better than the typical vacation rental or boring hotel, then our condo is exactly what you’re looking for! Sorry, no pets (association rules) or smoking.

We are locals from Tampa so we are very familiar with the area. We stay here every year during the week of July 4th. We’ve stayed at different condos. This 3/3 was offered at a reasonable price compared to others in the area so we thought we would give it a try. The location is great. By far this is the most well stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in! The beach locker was a nice surprise. The key pad system for entering the lobby and unit are nice so you don’t have to worry about a key. Overall, a nice unit/condo. There were a few things that weren’t so great. One key fob to be shared for entering the pool area is ridiculous for a condo that accommodates 6 people. Although we had 2 parking passes, we did not have assigned parking spaces for this unit so if you lost your space you were out of luck.
There was construction on the other side of the building but we knew about that before we booked the unit so I can’t complain. It wasn’t too bad. As far as the actual unit, I am not a fan of area rugs or carpet at the beach. I would prefer to stay in a unit that is carpet free. The appliances are a bit old and could use replacing but they work. Finally, the owner is VERY thorough with instructions including a personal tour, book of instructions and labels/signs throughout the unit.
I could have done without the reminder at 9pm on the last night of our vacation not to break or take anything from the unit! It was a bit much.

This condo made our first stay in Redington Shores memorable. It has everything needed and wanted for a great vacation. The condo is spacious, clean, and the view is wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and in close proximity to great restaurants. Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Petersburg were easy drives from the condo. The storage locker was amazing! It has everything needed for the beach and pool (chairs, toys, tent, beach wagon, etc.) Cyndi was quick to respond to any questions and gave us a lot of useful tips, hints, and information. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit is exactly as described with 3 spacious bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen and a spectacular view of the Gulf. It was great to have access to “our own” beach chairs, umbrella and everything you could need for a day (or week) at the beach.
Cyndi was a pleasure to work with through the entire process from booking to checking in/out. Appreciated the insightful information that she provided on where to eat and shop.

Great location, Cyndi met us on arrival and provided us with information about the rental and surrounding attractions. The complex has renovations going on which led to parking challenges as well as construction noise that started at 8 am on weekday mornings!!! (Which we were not expecting) otherwise beautiful beach and quieter than the town beaches.

The view, location, proximity to beach, pool, and hot tub get 5 stars. They layout of the condo is spacious and perfect for our family of 6. There are several beach toys, chairs, coolers, wagon, etc.. A few suggestions to improve the guest experience would be to provide a "welcome/starter kit" of dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent, especially when guests are required to wash towels and start dishwasher upon check-out. Update some of the broken beach items (sunshade canopy and chair). The condo does need a very deep clean, especially walls, artificial plants, floor fans, floors, and rugs. There is a broom and dust pan but it would have been nice to have a vacuum and mop/bucket available for those guests who like to clean up after themselves :-). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the host, Cyndi, is great!!

This is our 7th year spending Spring Break in the St Pete beach area and this is the 1st place we want to come back to. The location and view of the beach are the best we’ve had. Restaurants and grocery stores are not far. The condo is very roomy for our party of 5. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to stay here again.

The pool is between the condo and beach and the walk beachfront is minimal. Go thru the pool gates or small side access. Way closer to the ocean than the "on the beach" high rises 2 doors down.
The condo is spacious and very well accommodated. (The owner was advised that more washcloths are needed. I'm sure they come up missing thru all the washings.) Kitchen has everything. Owner fabulous.
Lots of beach stuff and a wagon to pile it all in.
Only drawbacks were: Building under construction. Parking difficult and banging and sawing every day at 8am. The pool has keyfab which is inconvenient with teens and other adults trying to share it. The HOA needs to provide more per unit.

Other than the construction on the building not affiliated with this particular VRBO site and tough parking because of it, this condo was wonderful. Had everything we needed and was close to everything in the area.

Great location with wonderful pool. Cyndi met us at check in and was very informative about location, condo details, restaurants etc. Locker with beach chairs, umbrella was much appreciated. Comfy bed was a plus! Hope to return soon!

We love the San Remo property. The pool area is wonderful and the temperature of the pool is perfect. The location is central to everything, easy to get to St. Pete's or Clearwater. Shopping is close by and we love the fish market down the street. The beach area is always quiet, no loud parties. Both times we've stayed At San Remo we have met many friendly people at the pool.

The unit was very clean and well appointed, everything we could need. Cyndi was an amazing host, so helpful with places to go, eat and shop. If we go back to the area for a future vacation we will be looking to book this unit for sure. Cyndi thank you for being a great host.

We had a very nice stay and made many memories. Cyndi was great with communication regarding the check in and check out process and was available to answer questions during the stay. It was nice to meet at the condo and be shown around the unit and property. She provided information on things to do in the area and made some nice suggestions on restaurants. The condo had a great layout, with comfortable beds and furniture. Loved the view from the living room and kitchen. Nice pool area and provided a locker that had several beach goodies to use. Enjoyed being able to take some chairs down to the beach and relax by the water. It was a very relaxing, peaceful stay. Thanks for a nice stay!

The condo was great for our family stay of 7 adults and was very clean, enjoyable & comfortable. It had a great view of the ocean and even though it’s not right on the beach, since the pool is between condo & beach, but it was easily accessible! The owner supplies many extras such as coolers, pop up beach canopy, beach chairs & a wagon to carry your supplies!! The check-in process was a little frustrating since I was receiving the owner’s text messages but she was not receiving mine - so I would advise you to call Cyndi instead of text her when you arrive to check in and check out with any questions. It was a very pleasant vacation staying in Cyndi’s condo!!

Lovely apartment, clean, spacious and well equipped. There was an unfortunate incident involving other guests in the condos which clouded our enjoyment, which is beyond the control of any host.

The property was great for our family. All of the items needed for your home away from home. The owner met at checkin and gave all of the information we needed and recommendations for places to go while we visited. The condo and pool was well maintained and the beach was not crowded.

The condo is not what we consider ocean front it is more ocean view. The pool area and cabana is actually what you see the most from balcony. You can see the ocean but not the beach .

Loved the condo! The location was great! The beds slept wonderful! Our host thought of everything including the beach and pool accessories. The kitchen was nicely furnished with all we needed. Sent a week the last of September and the weather was beautiful. We will be coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Cyndi did a great job introducing us to the condo and gave some wonderful suggestions about area restaurants and activities. The location could not be any better - steps away from the pool and the beach, close to lots of shopping at John's Pass, and easy to get to other areas on the Gulf. Lots of room in the condo and can't beat the view. Highly recommended.

Loved the location and the pool. Cyndi was very helpful with places to check out. Was there to check us in and tell us about the place. Patio door didn’t lock and we did quite a bit of cleaning.

We had a wonderful time and would rent again. The location was perfect and enjoyed many sunsets and sunrises. The condo was perfect for my friends and I and met all our needs. The only complaint we would have is the floor felt sandy and we had to rewash the dishes. But thank you for opening you piece of paradise for us to share.

This condo was very nicely located on the Gulf side with balcony facing the Gulf for an amazing view. Very clean and everything functional and as noted on the VRBO Website. Central location with many things to do/eat within walking distance. Cyndi met us there when we arrived and explained/showed us the ins and outs of the condo. Beautiful unit.

My family of 7 enjoyed every moment of our stay in Florida....had the time of our lives...my boyfriend proposed to me on the trip it will be a trip we will never forget....condo was as listed had everything we needed to stay comfortably. Although we only used the condo to sleep and shower as we were always out and about. The owner however is a scammer she is “trying” to charge me fees for extra cleaning which is a complete joke...I did everything she had requested before I left. I had 5 kids my finance and myself the only things left for her to do were to take down the beds and wash linens. I believe she doesn’t like the fact that VRBO makes money off of her...maybe you should put your own leg work in then Cyndi we didn’t break anything leave any sand or even baby finger prints on your tables or doors...maybe you shouldn’t rent your place seems to me you don’t really like people living in your space...aside from the owners harassment for the past 3 days I been home my vacation was perfect....word of advice don’t rent from this owner.

The property owner stayed in awesome contact before our trip and she even meets you at the condo to show you around. She was just a call away for anything at all! This condo has an awesome view, so easy to get in from parking. Close to everything! Clean and had everything we needed! Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and etc! We are already planning our trip back next year!

We had a great time in Redington Beach! The condo had everything we could possibly need! Having beach towels was a plus! Easy access to trolley even though their schedule was a bit off due to covid.

The condo was okay for what we paid but we expected more. It was spacious. Things need to be updated and/or repaired. The garbage disposal did not work properly, and the dishwasher did not clean the dishes, so we ended up hand washing them the majority of the time without dishcloths, so kitchen hand towels were substituted. Description of the property was not accurate. The hot-tub jets did not work and were down for 3-weeks prior to us coming, the grills are useless old gas grills that are broken down and they are now using charcoal in them, and the beds of the grills are broken, so the charcoal kept falling through. The women's restroom by the pool was locked our entire stay and everyone had to use the men's which no one enjoyed. In the ad, it is advertised that there is a 10x10 cabana in owner's locker to use on the beach, which is not true. There were a few broken umbrellas and they could not be used. My suggestion is that the owner should not be so concerned about renters ruining anything because a lot of what is in this condo is worn out, broken or to the point of replacement. So in our opinion if something does get ruined that item should be re-evaluated as to the condition is was in first place. The owner needs to understand that old and worn out things are going to break and/or need repair, so that should be on their buck and not a renter's expense just because it happened during their stay. My suggestion is that the owner starts replacing these old items prior to renting. We were not comfortable using anything for fear of it breaking on our watch and us having to replace it on our expense. Last, check out list requests towels to be washed except for the few you use that morning, dishes washed, garbage etc. with a 10:00 am check out. We could do it because we got up at 6:00am, but for families with small kids, it is hard to complete the cleaning list and pack by check out time. And beware renters, Cyndi will charge for excessive sand, so be prepared to sweep the entire condo before checkout, because sand is inevitable. And be sure to read "the book" for any questions, before you call or text the owner. We felt we were annoying the owner whenever we asked a question. We will not rent here again.
