Big and clean room with extraordinary view

Carpark is a plus - safe and just below the hotel. The room is big with extraordinary view. Very good location - just next to the train station and not far away from major attractions. You can choose to walk around or take the tram / bus for just a few stops. The staff is very helpful too.

Excellent stay

It’s very close to the main central station convenient for me as I travel a lot by train. Hope now is super modern with great facilities.

I think there should be a coffee machine in the room

A modern, very interesting hotel with a breathtaking view of the city with friendly staff

We had a beautiful suite on the 13th floor with a panoramic view of Salzburg with its castle ♥️ The hotel has an absolutely amazing location. The hotel has a sauna with a perfect shower, a gym and a stocked bar and coffee machine included in the price. There is a very fast elevator and breakfast on the 15th floor with a breathtaking view of the entire city. There is an equally magical bar on the 14th floor.

I don't like the open shower solution here.

Besonders gefallen hat mir der Standort des Hotels. Sauberes Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit grossartigen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Minibar war sogar im Preis inbegriffen.

Exzellente Lage in der Nähe des Salzburger Bahnhofs. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß bequem erreichbar.

Very good stay

It was a comfortable & spacious room , very clean , nice decoration,nice view from medium level,great location for both who has a car or for one who wants to use public transportation.

Only the transparent glass bathroom which not practical in a room for 4 persons .

A very good experience in beautiful Salzburg.

Superb room for breakfast with great views of the mountains and city. Clean, well air-conditioned room and helpful staff. Overall, very professionally run and well-located hotel.

An excellent value for a great night's sleep!

The hotel is perfectly situated at the Hauptbahnhof, making travel effortless. The sleek silhouette of the building stands out, making it easy to find while walking. The staff is superbly friendly, the rooftop bar was such a nice touch, and the room was modern, comfortable, and quiet. Overall, this hotel surpassed our expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for those travelling by bus or train.

Bring your own toiletries; the shampoo is a body wash/face wash/shampoo combination, which dries my hair out terribly. The room is a bit cozy, but nothing insurmountable!

Great location

Location was great, next to the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the center, shops and cafes were right downstairs so this was a great advantage. I liked the room, it was really comfortable and AC was great. The staff were accommodating and helped me change the rooms so I can have the two rooms close to each other.

The room wasn’t perfectly clean. Upon checking in, we found used items in bathroom’s trash can from the previous guest. The room lacked slippers and kettles which you have to ask the reception to provide. The kettle were given as a loan and I had to pay €20 deposit, which is a bit annoying.

Nice hotel for a stay.

Parking lot is very good and safe. You don’t have to wait for hot water, it comes quickly.

There are 2 elevators and they are not enough for such a big hotel.

Amazing view, good breakfast and super friendly staff. The best part was the great view over breakfast

The room was small and not has good as it appears on the photo gallery, although we booked a superior double. the bathroom was average and there was dust in some of the furniture

Modern hotel in a convenient location

Location just next to the train station was very convenient for getting into and out of the city via train (which we did). We had an upper floor room that had great views toward the city center and castle. Complementary mini bar restocked daily was an unexpected surprise. Breakfast had a good selection and was more than adequate to get the day started. The breakfast space up on the top floor was very nice.

Amazing room - second to none!

The best room ever. Floor to ceiling windows, very large.... What a hotel!!! Got a gym pass, as the in-house gym is small but still nice.

Upon checking in, the receptionist told me I have to take bags myself because there is no one to help me with the bags!
