Overall our stay was really good. The location is perfect for walking to the market and all the shops around there. If you're not used to city noise I would suggest something a little further out. The traffic, sirens and cars were a bit much at night with the windows open. Our kids slept in the study and with fans and windows closed they didn't hear much of anything. Everything was comfortable enough for our family. Jeff was super accommodating and responsive to all questions and provided several good recommendations for things to do and restaurants.

Jeff is an amazing host! He really gave us the lay of the land, and had so many great ideas for things to do both locally and for out of town day trips. His condo is right in the heart of Seattle and steps from Pike Place Market. With all the fresh seafood and fruit etc at the market, we ate like royalty. Wish all the hosts were like Jeff, although now I consider him more of a friend than a host.

We had such a great time staying at Jeff’s place. It’s in the best location and its so easy to get anything you need around you. The people at the front desk are very friendly. It can’t get a little warm in the condo so you definitely don’t want forget to put the shades down in the middle of the day when you leave it help keeps the place cooler. We also had a wonderful barbecue out on the fifth floor along with being able to swim in the pool and even hitting the gym. I text Jeff through our trip asking him questions and he was very prompt to help us out with anything we needed. We even rented a car unexpectedly for a day and it was very easy to add parking. I will be definitely staying here again one day.

This condo's view is the "million dollar" view. We truly enjoyed watching the industrious working Seattle harbor at the end of the day while sitting in the living room. The condo is convenient to everything in downtown. From this home point, we were able to explore Mt. Rainier, Bainbridge Island, Freemont and the Olympic Peninsula. Was amazing. Our only negative, which has nothing to do with the property or the owner, are all the homeless. It can be very uncomfortable walking around because of them. We didn't walk around at night for our safety.

We were delighted to stay at the property! Jeff was so helpful and friendly, he made the whole process easy. His place is magic! It’s really pretty, and very clean, comfortable and cosy. It has everything you need if you want to cook something delicious from the market, and the views from there are absolutely stunning. The location, minutes from Pike Place Market, couldn’t be more convenient. We loved our time there!

This property has the best view & location. I would recommend any of my friends or family to stay at this place if traveling to Seattle. Jeff responded very quickly to all of our questions as well as met us at the front of his building when we arrived to show us around. Place was cleaned and perfect. My parents, my husband and our two twin girls who are 2 stayed here and there was plenty of room.

This placed ruined me as I will never want to stay anywhere else when I come to Seattle. Never. AMAZING location, view, decor and vibe in this place. Not to mention the owner Jeff is locked-in to Seattle and led me to places other than the ones on the tourist map! I came to Seattle for work and although he had a parking space available for me, I was able to take the Light rail from the airport that dropped me a couple blocks away. Central location to all my meetings in downtown Seattle and easy access to I-90 for an under $20 Uber to Bellevue. Definately coming back with my wife and two boys for a personal trip next time!

Overlooking Pike's Market with amazing views of the waterfront. Apartment is well kept and has all we needed. Building is easily accessible by public transportation, car and walking. Enjoyed walking, shopping, eating, drinking and never hesitated to go back to the apartment to pickup or drop off things. Wish we had more time to explore more of Seattle from this beautiful apartment. Thank you Jeff.

This condo is the perfect place for an out of towner coming to visit Seattle or a couple who lives outside downtown Seattle and wants a little in town get away! The panoramic view of pike Place market clock and the water is amazing! Two bathrooms and in unit laundry a bonus. Master bedroom has the amazing view right from bed! A little slice of heaven! I highly recommend it! Jeff, the owner was very helpful in suggestions for where to go for dinner and drinks.

Best location in Seattle!!

I stayed for a week in this flat and absolutely loved my time there. Jeff was an amazing host and I can't thank him enough. He recommended local restaurants and fun activities for us to do all of which were spot on. You are only one block away from the famous Pike Market Place which has the best seafood, vegis, fruit, spices and fresh flowers. An awe inspiring experience! The flat is super comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen has everything needed to make a delicious meal. Spacious balcony overlooking the bay and Market. Washer dryer was a great bonus as well. The building amenities are perfect. Heated indoor pool, well equipped gym, huge sauna and jacuzzi. Front door security. I would definitely recommend this flat for anyone looking for a chill vaca in Seattle. Thank you Jeff for an incredible stay in your condo. We will be back for sure!!

Was in Seattle for MNF. Stayed 3 nights in this perfectly located condo. 50 yards from Pike Market. Owner greeted us at check in, gave good recommendations for food. Place was clean, view of the water was great. Balcony was an added bonus. I will stay here again when I return for my next Seahawks game.
