Walk up one flight to enter this two-story oceanfront townhouse with Atlantic ocean views from the living room and its balcony, the master bedroom, and bedroom 2. Oceanfront townhouse sleeps up to 6 people. King in the master bedroom, king in bedroom 2, two twins in bedroom 3. Follow the adjacent wooden walkway to and from the beach or take a dip in the on-site courtyard pool a few steps away. Ocean Club has parking in front of each condominium. It is located in South Forest Beach and within walking distance of Coligny Plaza & Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. In choosing our location for Hilton Head, we knew we didn’t choose the newest or most updated condo… so we knew it would feel a little older- but it was clean and very comfortable. Our four kids (16 to 8), slept comfortably, had places to hang and most importantly, were able to come in and out of the beach easily because it was right next to the sand. We chos this home just for the location. And it didn’t disappoint!! Between the sunrise views, breeze from the ocean and sounds from waves crashing, it couldn’t have been nicer. It was a perfect vacation in so many ways, and the house played a large role. Thank you!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! Both teens had their own room and bathroom, parents had 3rd story bedroom with private deck, overlooking the ocean. All beds were very comfortable with great mattress support! Kitchen and living area very nice with comfortable and stylish furniture. Everything was immaculate and the condo was very close to the beach and shopping. Gated, quiet neighborhood was nice-with friendly and respectful tenants. Highly recommend!

The location was wonderful and the grounds were nice. The unit was pretty rough. Blinds were old and not secure. Linens and beds were old and needed updated. Kitchen was worn out and it was pretty average for a beach condo. But it’s priced ok and I didn’t expect much more. Back patio is very hot and located upstairs off bedroom and isn’t very easy to use. Could really use an umbrella or two for some shade. Would probably seek another option on our next trip.

We had a great time at Ocean Club. We picked this property based on the views and the proximity to the beach. It did not disappoint! We were steps from the walkway to the beach. We loved sitting on the top deck in the morning and evening when it wasn't too hot. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. My only complaint would be the kitchen is pretty tight and not equipped as nicely as we are used to....but there is a lot of restaurants close by! It was more than sufficient for breakfast and lunches. The thermostat was also limited to not go below 68 and I am not sure how accurate it was. The bedrooms - particularly the twin bedroom - could get pretty warm even at night.

The unit was very close to the beach & convenient to shopping. It had a beautiful view from the small porch and the full rooftop deck. It was spacious and each bedroom had privacy. The ac was not cooling very well, however the rental co quickly delivered fans when we called. Some of the furniture was in disrepair and very hard to open drawers. Also, the bathrooms and kitchen needed updating with broken cabinets and shower handles not working properly. The vents and returns were dirty.

This was perfect for a quick girls trip away! The condo was clean, spacious, and only steps from the beach. The rooftop deck was our favorite place to spend time in the mornings and evenings. I would definitely recommend staying here and will again!

We had both unis 38 and 40 at Ocean club Villas. Both units were well-kept and clean. Location was wonderful. My entire family enjoyed the rooftop balcony or we could get together in the evening and enjoy the view of the ocean. I would highly recommend Ocean club and Seashore Vacations for their hospitality. I plan to contact Seashore again and hopefully get the same villas for another state.

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for 31 years and have stayed at Ocean Club for many of those visits. Our stay this year in unit 38 was disappointing. The kitchen was extremely dirty, the refrigerator is rusted, there were roaches on the counters, and the hallway bathroom shower was not usable. In addition, we found stained sheets on the upstairs bed and disgusting pillows with blood stains. For the amount of money we are charged for that unit, we expected better.

Great location
The townhouse is in the best location and the rooftop terrace is a great place to sit and watch and listen to the ocean. The main drawback is the HVAC. There is a gap in the door leading out to the terrace and the upstairs has a hard time staying cool. As long as you keep the bedroom door shut upstairs it does stay relatively cool and liveable. If you leave the door open it is miserable. We did have an issue with the upstairs shower not working and they had it addressed within an hour. Awesome people and great location. Will definitely use again.

Overall great experience. We thought the owner could pay a little more attention to small details. Such as update bathroom fixtures. Better a/c, That circulates to the second floor. Can’t beat the location!
