Nestled in Heber Springs, this lovely house for $496 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This secluded lakefront property is nestled among beautiful oaks and pines. We renovated our home in 2017 with all new hardwood floors, Stainless Steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and brand new furnishings throughout. TV's with DirectTV in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, living room and in the game room. The game room features a barstools, TV w/DirectTV, a ping pong table, foosball table and dartboard. Single Kayak for your use. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Kitchen comes stocked with blender, toaster, microwave, coffee pot and grinder, all dishes, cutting boards, spices, grilling utensils, pots & pans, baking sheets & dishes, coozies and mixing bowls. Relax on the spacious deck with table that seats 6, propane grill, and 2 adirondack chairs where you can hear the sounds of the lake shore and sometimes the rippling creek below. Outdoor firepit with great seating. A short, 2 minute walk down to the waters edge. 8 miles from Heber Springs town where you have Walmart, restaurants, shopping and other amenities. 6 miles from JFK park and fishing on the Little Red River. At the end of our street is the boat ramp for boat launches, pier and a sandy beach for those who don't have boats or when don't feel like getting it out. Dam Site Marina can be seen from our deck and where you can rent watercraft. Lindsey's Resort is 7.5 miles away where you can trout fish and rent a Jon boat, canoe or kayak. 11 miles to Cow Shoals with world renown trout fishing. Collin's Creek is 6 miles away with great, leisurely hiking.

Off the beaten path, this quiet little lake house was a sweet retreat. It's super close to the water for beach or boat entry. We enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed at the property for Christmas and it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. The open living space was great for us to hang out together. There were various games on hand. It was a very comfortable stay and we hope to go back soon.

We met for a mom getaway/girls’ trip and had a great time! The lake here is absolutely beautiful and this house was so nice and updated. It was a perfect place to unwind and catch up with friends. The house is well stocked with everything you could need to cook and even has some gear to use at the lake.

we had a wonderful weekend celebrating our harding university graduate! the house was perfect with a large kitchen & living space. but we were out on the deck most of the time. katie was so responsive! we were thankful for the peaceful getaway this home provided for our family!

Our family spent four nights at this lake house (10/6-10/10) and had a great time. We spent a few afternoons at the lake swimming, kayaking (there are two kayaks on the property), and jumping off the nearby rocks. Our little kids also swam at the nearby "beach," which they enjoyed. The downstairs play area was fun; the ping pong table and foosball table were in good shape. The deck had comfortable furniture and a decent view of the lake. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall, I highly recommend this property if you want to stay in the Heber Springs area.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful lake front home. Very well equipped and spotless. Wonderful lake access with two kayaks. The deck is wonderful and we had a lovely time eating outdoors even in July (the shade from the mature trees works wonders). Highly recommended.

Loved our stay. The house has a great floor plan - great serving island in the kitchen, large den, separate space for recreation. Loved having morning coffee looking out through the two story windows at the lake. The location couldn’t be better. Lots of privacy and a boat ramp about 2 minutes away. An eagle hung out in the trees off the deck our first afternoon there. I look forward to a return visit.

This rental was in a heavily wooded area along a gravel road on a steep incline above the lake and directly across from a large marina. There was ample space between this rental and nearby properties. The house was clean and well stocked. The picture window offered a good view of the lake during the early spring while no leaves were on the trees. The game room was a hit and so were the 2 kayaks! The 2 bathrooms are small; not en suite. There was plenty of firewood for the indoor wood burning fireplace and for the small outdoor firepit. The path down to the lake is too steep for anyone who has any knee problems, but the preteen didn't mind! We did have a problem with the Schlage lock on the front door. It didn't always work.
