About this cottage rental
We have 4 cottages to choose from! 3 are right next to each other and the 4th is around the corner! Ellie Cottage - 2 King and 2 Twins vrbo 897573 Payton Cottage - 1 King 1 Queen 2 Twins vrbo 786350 Hank Cottage - 1 King 1 Queen 1 Full vrbo 856177 Hudson Cottage - 2 King Suites 1 Trundle (twin beds) and queen sleeper sofa. vrbo 1001895 We are very excited to open our 4th cottage in the historic district of Georgetown. We are proud to offer top of the line bedding, linens, towels, and other amenities, including Eco-friendly toiletries. We have a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. This comfortable 2 King Suite bedrooms, 2 bath cottage, that sleeps 8, is only 5 blocks from the historic Georgetown Square and 7 blocks from Southwestern University. About a 5-7 minute easy stroll. We offer two King Suites each equipped with a king bed that has high end mattresses and linens. One of the suites also has a trundle bed with quality mattresses and high quality linens. Each suite has en suite bathrooms. We also have, for your convenience, a washer and dryer in the garage area. For your convenience we have a PacknPlay and toddler booster seat. You have complete use of the entire house and yard. The backyard is fenced with a seating/eating and landscaping in the near future as the weather cooperates! You have the option of convenient parking right in front of your cottage or directly behind the cottage in a two car garage that is very convenient for your stay. It is accessed through the small alleyway off of Ash Street. It is the second garage that you will see. There is a code to operate the garage which will be given to you before checkin.

Had all amenities for cooking - everything!! Also very quaint and cozy!! Nice patio with flowers etc. Great location for town activities. Pam left great ideas about restaurants etc. Our second stay - First time was a guest! Very clean with lots of books - comfortable bed! Will repeat!!

We rented this lovely cottage for a family wedding weekend. The location was perfect. We walked to all events. We walked to the square every day of our stay. the cottage was the perfect space for our group.

We had a wonderful stay! So close to everything… able to walk to the square and a 2 minute drive to see our sons at Southwestern. The house was clean, the beds comfy, and had all the amenities needed.

We flew in from Chicago and it was so nice to just punch in a code and walk into a cute and homey cottage and start our vacation. We were all excited when we saw how nicely decorated and appointed Hudson House is. It was much more comfortable than having separate hotel rooms and having to hear people getting off an elevator and talking in the hall. This cottage is quiet, peaceful and just really charming. Great location, nicely landscaped, and just overall clean and perfect for a family gathering. We loved staying here so much that we added an extra day! I would strongly recommend this option over our last stay in Georgetown at the Sheraton.

Great location
We had a great trip to Georgetown. The property is within walking distance of many wonderful shops and restaurants. The garage was very open and clean, but we had two larger vehicles that could not be parked together. I parked on the street and did not feel like my vehicle was unsafe - I mention it to give someone a heads up. The beds and baths were comfortable and everything was very clean. The host referred us to many fun activities and great places to eat.

Precious cottage
We loved our stay in Georgetown at this precious cottage for a family wedding weekend. Convenient location was an easy walk to the square. Nice spacious bedrooms with King beds and a trundle for the kids. We also loved having a garage to easily come and go. Thank you.

Adorable, comfortable, very clean cottage. In a great neighborhood. Close to downtown and easy access to I-35. Pam was so easy to work with and responded almost immediately to any questions I had. We had a wonderful time and will stay at a College Street Cottage anytime we are in Georgetown.

Charming cottage big enough for the family
The location is a few blocks from downtown.
Downtown Georgetown is like taking a step back in time. People are very friendly and the town square is full of activity.
The cottage has a quaint backyard that is peaceful. At night we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Perfect way to end the day
Kitchen has everything you need if you want to prepare a meal. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely return.

Georgetown gettaway
We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights visiting our daughters at Southwestern University. This cottage is conveniently located near the town square and Southwestern. The neighborhood is great. The house was immaculate and just as described. Our daughters loved the house so much that they chose to stay with us all 4 nights instead of at their dorm rooms. The weather was nice and we were able to sit outside for a few meals. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Pam.

Walking distance from downtown square area which was so much fun. Cottage was so clean and cute and had everything we needed plus a quaint patio. We had a perfect week-end and look forward to staying there again.

Georgetown is a really nice place to stay and everything is a few short blocks from this location. Double King Suites are perfect for my needs and the property owners go out of their way to make sure your stay is great.

Everything was amazing! Pam was an excellent host and helped us with any questions. She had so many places listed to eat/visit. It was so wonderful for a family of 5 and we had plenty of space. We will definitely be using this cottage again and recommend it to friends!

This is a wonderful, roomy place to stay with great owners! It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to the downtown square and to great shops, restaurants and anything that one might need. I definitely will stay here again!

Charming house with sweet backyard to drink coffee in the morning
We enjoyed our first visit to Georgetown, and this house was close to places to eat and a blue swimming hole. Convenient garage and nice big television. We enjoyed sitting out on the back and drinking coffee. We went in the summer and it was comfortable. Nice big master bedroom with plenty of space.

Beautiful home and perfect location
We had a wonderful getaway here. The house was very clean, super cute and just a few minutes walk from the downtown square. We could easily walk down for shopping, dinner and enjoying all the square had to offer. Our gracious hostess even left us homemade chocolate chip cookies and a bottle of wine. Best of all were the beds. They were all so comfortable and the sheets and bedding were very high quality, so soft and delightful to sleep on. A member of our group is a bedding snob and even she was so happy and impressed with the quality - and that says a lot! We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and in the comfortable living area. Everything was wonderful - thank you Pam!
