There is an ocean front balcony off the living room, ocean and sound views from the dining room, and a sound front balcony off the master bedroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, the sound front guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the sound front master bedroom has a king bed and a full private bathroom. There is a full hall bathroom shared by the two guest bedrooms. Station One is located in the heart of downtown Wrightsville Beach and has community pool, tennis, and basketball courts. This complex has everything you need for a perfect family vacation. While the location and views are great, the condo is very outdated. It was not very clean. The furniture is old and nasty dirty. $2000 for three nights at this condo is way too much. I'm disappointed to report but this place needs a complete overhaul.

The location is perfect. Close to everything. The panoramic water views of this corner unit are spectacular! The unit itself needs some updating. Kitchen appliances need to be replaced and kitchen needs to be better stocked. Bedrooms need new carpeting.

We loved the location of the building near the activity of the area. Having the pool was beneficial on the one off and on rainy day. Plenty of private parking. They provide you with a cart to load your luggage up the elevator to your room. Perfect views of water from every room. The only downfall was the stainless and porcelain sinks were not shiny clean and head stains that can easily be scrubbed, crumbs in every slot of the silverware drawer, and food splashed on the tile behind the sink, so the housekeepers need to do a better job. However, they refunded my cleaning fee, which I respected. Therefore, for the views and the convenience of the area, I would recommend.

The coffee maker barely works, the few knives simply cannot cut, need kitchen utensils, there were no pot holders, no scissors, no pens or paper. There was no mat inside or outside the door to help keep the floor clean. Only had worn out broom. No cleaning supplies.

We have stayed at Station One in the past and in this specific unit. We were taken aback by the condition of the unit since we last stayed. We were warned that the carpet in the main living area was dirty and that the current owner had plans to replace it. It certainly needs replacing. We did not expect to find the other areas dirty. Kitchen was dirty. The floors were sticky and dirty. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and grimy. The carpets did no appear to have been vacuumed very well. The furniture is also showing a lot of wear. The unit is a great unit. The views are unbelievable and the layout is good. The two balconies are great. The folks managing Station One are helpful and courteous. The pool area is well maintained, as it the whole facility. We will definitely stay there again.

6K in Station One is a “Tale of Two Cities”. Let me explain. Pros: The views, the views, the views! Did I mention the views? Balcony on the ocean side, a balcony on the channel side and then the windows facing South. Wow! Best views of WB I have EVER seen! The third bedroom is very nice. The in-unit washer & dryer was a pleasant surprise. Cons: The unit is pretty dated compared with other Station One units we’ve rented. The push button stove could be in a museum! The carpet in the living room is absolutely disgusting! It’s old, threadbare and stained in multiple places. The owners and property managers should be embarrassed to rent a unit with a carpet in this condition. How easy to replace it or install tile!? Once the carpet is replaced I would HIGHLY recommend 6K. Prior to that I would say proceed with your eyes wide open and expect to be grossed out at least once per day.

Love the views this unit offers. Have stayed here multiple times. Great property. Only complaints: stove VERY dirty. Yried my best to clean it before I left to no avail. Stove oven did not heat evenly. Dish washer did not thoroughly clean dishes. Had to redo by hand.

Our main complaint is that a unit that sleeps 6 or 7 people only had 2 keys. That was a problem throughout the week since you must have keys to come and go on the property and the beach. Station One needs a new system for this issue. Also there needs to be an ice machine on each floor as the main one on the ground floor was empty most of the week. Our realtor and the property management were wonderful!

In the face of Covid-19 and a hurricane it was a still a good week of family fun. The unit had just changed owner which caused problems with the TV service. And the refrigerator had issues which were promptly diagnosed, but couldn't be resolved until the day before we left.(No refund was offered for this inconvenience.) Then of course we had a hurricane the last week of our stay, so there was window leakage which required a drier to be in the dining area and the first bedroom. An unusual week to say the least with many calls to the helpful and pleasant rental staff, but slow resolution to one of the problems.

The location of the condo on the ocean side was great. Pretty views from all the windows. The unit 6K however is in overall poor condition. The carpet is at least 20 years old, the furniture is dirty and needs cleaning or replacing. The hall bath has an updated shower which was fine. The kitchen has the original stove and the basics of pots, pans, utensils, glasses were old as well. The bedroom furniture is dated and the mattresses are old. The foam toppers and mattress pads helped. Will not stay in this particular unit again as the price is very high for the worn out accommodations.

We chose this rental for a girls getaway weekend in late October. It is in the perfect location and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The view from this unit could not be any better with both sound and ocean views- just beautiful at any time of day. Much of the furniture and condo is a little dated, but is well maintained. They have added granite counters in the kitchen and baths, which does give those areas an overall clean look. The beds were comfortable the condo had everything you needed for a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely LOVED this condo. Was the perfect place for a relaxing week at the beach for our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers). Everything was clean and in good order, and the views can't be beat. Makes such a difference that this unit is on a corner of the building. Decor is beach-themed, and just as pictured. Yes, there are a few areas where the carpet shows wear and tear, but other than that, everything is in good shape. We had one issue with the dryer during our stay, but management team was there to fix it within hours. Please note that the building itself is incredibly secure with parking lot, pool, and lobby areas requiring key entry. Pool area has just been completely re-decked and pool furniture all appears to be brand new. The photos for this unit should be updated to show this improvement. Also have an area poolside where you can store all of your beach gear, which was nice. Frozen custard store right across the street is addicting! Highly recommend this condo, and will definitely come back for another beach week here.

Love that we are able to rent 6j for the grandparents that no longer fit in 6k as our girls have married and bring their own kids now. Location at Station One is also convenient to town restaurants.

This was our first time staying in the Station One although we have been coming to Wrightsville Beach for years. It was the location we wanted. We especially liked the idea of balconies oceanfront and sound side. The elevator was handy. The condo was clean and well furnished. Layout was convenient. Lets start with, the views were beautiful! The property needs updates, especially the carpeting and paint in the bedrooms. The pink in all the bedrooms was quite a lot. The 10:00 check out is way too early. Also, the elevators were like service elevators and I can't imagine in peak season how much time you must spend waiting for an elevator. The fire alarm in the building went off during the middle of the night and we thought it was a car alarm to find out a lot of people evacuated even though it was a false alarm. This unit is so far on the end and the building is so old, it just sounded like a car alarm down on the street so we ignored it. Thank goodness it wasn't a real fire! The location is good and the beaches are beautiful but would not stay here again.

It was a perfect spot for spending Thanksgiving together. We can only get together once a year so this was a special time and fun was had by all. The views are incredible and perfect for viewing the flotilla and fireworks. Although there was damage from the storm, we still had a perfect holiday!

Our stay at Station One’s 6 K Howard unit was great as always. We had it booked for a month , second year in a row. The views and location is the best. We were interrupted by Hurricane Florence and had to evacuate for 11 days. Intracoastal Realty was very professional and reimbursed our 11 days. Even though we had to deal with some aftermath of the storm such as water quality not good in the ocean and restaurants being closed, we still made the best of it. The only negative about the unit is it’s getting to the point it needs updating. Overall, a good experience.

We 5 had a very relaxing week enjoying the beach, time with friends and family, and the spectacular views from this unit. Beds were comfortable and showers drained well, often a problem with beach units. Everything in the unit works pretty well. Only a few minor issues. The compact but workable kitchen is fairly well stocked with useful equipment although the knives were dangerously dull, and there were few food storage containers. There was no hair dryer. The dining room chair seats are uncomfortable and should be fixed.
