Excellent large property, well stocked, great ocean view, all the comforts of home and a few more. Laurie and Mark extremely helpful responding quickly to all our questions. An enclosed car garage a plus.

The condo was just perfect, the condo itself was perfectly decorated and with all the necessary furnishings, including beach equipment. We loved the view of the water and proximity to the beach. The private access pool and hot tub area was a bonus. OV has many amenities and the area was great to walk and bike.We loved the walk to the jetty and back every day. Met very nice people but best of all was working with Laurie and Mark. They were very responsive and the communication was excellent. Thank you both so much, we look forward to our next visit. In the eight years we have rented in Ocean Village, this is without a doubt the best rental. The condo was complete with everything we needed for our stay. Having a garage was an added plus.

My husband and I spent two months this year, Feb and March 2021 during the pandemic, in this condo in Ocean Village and we had a terrific time. The condo is well appointed, clean, and beautifully laid out. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items for cooking, including pans, coffee pot, blender, dishes, glasses, silverware etc. The mattress on the king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Coffee in the morning on the side porch, sunsets in the evening on the front porch, what more could you ask for. I participated in all the open activities in OV, tennis lessons with Raymond and Emile, pickleball, golf, yoga, water aerobics, walking, biking, pools, shuffleboard, bocce, and of course swimming and riding the waves. Everyone in OV was very friendly and helpful, it just doesn't get better than this. The owner, Laurie, is the best! Her communication with us was spot on. My only regret is that I wasn't quick enough to book this condo for 2022. Enjoy! Carol
