Our condo is perfectly situated on the 8th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” 4K SMART TV in living room and a 55" 4K SMART TV in the master, and a 43" 4K SMART TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The living room as a BlueRay/DVD player while the bedrooms have DVD players. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10. The living room sectional has four charging stations and has 2 power recliners with 2 power head rests plus the standalone chair in the living room is also a manual recliner. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Condo was perfect! Very well stocked kitchen and beautiful deco! The balcony had plenty of seating for all 6 of us women just wish it had been warmer and sunny but still had a great time!

The condo was fantastic. It was up to date, clean, loaded with everything we needed from the full sized appliances to the large flat screen SmartTVs which included DISH Network. The kitchen is full of cookware and utensils, place settings etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean and beautiful.The trip to the beach took fewer than 2-3 minutes, a ride down the elevator and about a 100' walk down the deck and you are there!Every aspect of this Condo was better than advertised. I needed to add two people to our group, all I had to do was message Charlie through the VRBO link. He replied with "No problem" inside of 24 hours.The amenities were very nice as well. The exercise room had treadmills, ellipticals, dumbells, weight machines, and room for yoga mats.Overall, a wonderful place which helped to make it a wonderful vacation.

Furnishings were good in this condo. My husband loved the recliner couch. The view from our 8th floor balcony was great with nice furniture. Our only complaint is the kitchen and bath towels were pathetic. They have better towels than that at a YMCA! They were thin, stained and rough. Towels should be a lot better for the price you pay to stay there.

Our group of 8 adults enjoyed the condo on the beach. It was spacious enough for 6 couples and 2 singles. We of course brought extra supplies (tp, soap, etc.) but the kitchen was very well stocked with items we needed to cook. We were able to pay for 4 parking spots no problem. This was our second trip to Phoenix Orange Beach and we will definitely come back!

This was our first time to the Gulf Shores and we really enjoyed it. This condo’s location was perfect. You could easily walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The pools were a hit with the kids and the beach was beautiful and clean.

Close walk to the beach, the Lazy River, and the parking is a BIG plus for us older people. The one thing I might mention is that the cleaning of the rooms could be much better. hair on the bathroom floors, dishes that we had to rewash from the cupboards and things that were not dusted for awhile. All in all a Great Trip. see you next time.
