At Autumn Bluff Lodge you will find 2 Large Bathrooms (one attached to the Master Bedroom)....Both Massive, Custom Tile, Walk In Showers with Double Heads, One with a Giant Soaker Tub, Fully Loaded Kitchen, Luxury Linens & Towels, Fireplace on a remote control, Central Heat/Air, High Speed Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Roku, Granite Counter Tops, Ceiling Fans, Wooden Beams, and Lots of Local Art! The Best features of this property are the Enormous Deck with an Umbrella that will shade the whole Deck, and the Beautiful Bluff we back up to...including Kitchen & Master Bed & Bath Window Views. All the convenience of being three blocks from Shopping, Dining, & Pubs....but plenty of Privacy with the Rocky Bluff behind us. At Autumn Bluff Lodge....you're not renting a room...you're renting the Entire Property....Including more Parking than most places in Eureka Springs. We are located in the Historic District on Main St. Just a 3 block walk to "the hub"....with trolley a stop across the street, if you prefer to ride. The Huge deck is Perfect for entertaining and is nestled up to a Beautiful Wooded Bluff! Our home Features 3 bedrooms All with Very Comfortable King Size Beds, Over the Bed Reading Lights, Bedside Phone Charging, and so much more than I can mention! Our HUGE DECK is perfect for Grillin', Chillin' and Vacationing! Eureka Springs has a minimal amount of parking...but we have room for 3 cars...or bikes...(strategically parked).... walk anywhere in the historic district you want to go. (Town maps and local activity flyers provided at the house). OUR RENTERS TELL US THAT THE PICTURES DO NOT DO JUSTICE TO THE HOME...MOST ARE FAR MORE IMPRESSED THAN THEY EXPECTED TO BE!! Autumn Bluff Lodge is our second home, and because of that we have made it as Comfortable as we possibly could. We have tried to think of every detail we would like to find in a vacation rental...and are always open to suggestions! If there's an amenity we have forgotten...please let us know! Some of the details you will find are a comp. basket if you forgot something...(toothbrush, shampoo, razor, etc.), magnifying mirrors and blow dryers in both bathrooms, iron & ironing board. Fully Stocked kitchen with cookware and eating irons, steak knives, wine and martini glasses, corkscrews, Coffee & filters, stocked spice cabinets, grilling tools, washer/dryer and parking for up to 3 cars/trucks & motorcycles. This is a Whole Home Rental...The Whole Property is your Private Retreat for up to 6 Guests Maximum. We want this to be an Epic Vacation with no worries about the but Relaxation and Fun. Autumn Bluff Lodge is our second home. We love it here and have taken a lot of pride in renovating, decorating, provisioning and preparing our home to share with you. We are Excited to share everything we Love about Eureka with you and your gang. We hope that everyone who chooses to stay here will Respect Our Home and Our Policies. Lovely home, very clean and a great location! We traveled with another couple and there was plenty of room for all of us. A trolly stop is a short walk from the home but it was so nice that we walked into town and back to the house several times. We also enjoyed sitting out on the huge deck. The owner was always very friendly and responsive to all of my questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property is close, but not too close, to downtown. Parking in Eureka Springs is difficult, but this house had plenty of parking which is a huge plus. The deck was terrific, and we spent a lot of our evenings enjoying it. Very clean, and lots of room for everyone to have there own space. We were very pleased with Autumn Bluff Lodge. Our group is already discussing a return visit next year.

This property exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and well stocked with everything needed. Location is a short walk to the town center. We enjoyed sitting on the large patio, enjoying out morning coffee and unwinging in the evening. The host helped solve our wifi issues quickly.

We spent 3 nights at this VRBO rental while we explored Eureka Springs. It had everything we needed and was a comfortable stay. We enjoyed walking the short distance to the historic district. Lisa was a great hostess and was easy to reach when we had questions.

This home was very spacious. All three bedrooms were large and the master bedroom was huge. Home was great for the 5 adults there. We spent a lot of time on the large deck that overlooked Main Street. The location was convenient to all the attractions in town. The owner was very responsive to questions. We’ll stay here next time

We had a wonderful stay. Not too far of a walk to downtown. We loved it and will return. Eureka spings is built in the hills and everything slopes (floors, buildings, roads, etc). Host was amazing to deal deal with. I will be a return customer for sure.

This house is an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants and keeps you from fighting for a parking spot. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom showers are amazing! Great place to stay.

The location is great. 4 minute walk to the restaurants and shops. Easy to catch a trolley.
The house was great. Nicely equipped with essentials for repairing food and drinks. There is a large deck which made for delightful evenings after a day of trekking around.
Te host was very accommodating and a great communicator. We had a member of our group with severe fragrance allergies. We requested no air fresheners and we were not disappointed by the handling of this.

We stayed here for an annual guys trip on bikes and it was perfect. Good parking, perfect location (walk to restaurants) modern decor, furnishings and some great space to park bikes and hang out outdoors. Highly recommend.

The property smelled VERY musty when we arrived. We bought a scented candle which we burned when we were in the property. It either helped or we got used to the smell while we were there.

Great place for R&R after a full day of running around. If you're older like me there are steps to the bedrooms (but there are steps everywhere in Eureka Springs so there is that!) Just keep them in mind and you'll be fine.

Enjoyed our stay here, especially worked well as a motorcycle tour home base. The home was very quite and secure. Only issue we had is the bugs and cobwebs. You might want to do a quick cleaning under that awning over the bed. Yuck.

Really enjoyed staying at this property. We love Eureka Springs but usually stay at a b&b or hotel. With the size of our group this made more sense. Everything was clean, as described and the host was great to work with. There was a bit of AC/thermostat trouble when we first arrived and it was addressed promptly. Will definitely stay again if we have a group large enough!

We rented this property for my sister’s birthday. There were six of us staying the weekend and we had a great time. The house is within walking distance of downtown. It is nicely furnished with everything you need. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Well equipped cottage on the Main Street in Eureka Springs. We easily walked to the local shops and restaurants. Home had everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. Pro tip - bring a white noise machine to drown out the road noise. That’s the only downside to the convenient location!

Property was convenient to areas of Eureka Springs. We had rain so weren't able to use the back porch but did sit under the front porch several times. Drawers in the master bedroom with sauna didn't work well and there were no bath mats and no kitchen towels to help with dishes as there was no dishwasher. The bedroom to left up stairs had an electrical outlet that didn't work so no bedside lamp or usable outlet for electronics. We did have internet go out once but were able to fix it. It was perfect for 5 sisters, not sure how 3 couples would work but we enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located...just a few blocks to walk to historic downtown. Very comfortable home. Beds and pillows provided us with excellent sleeping. Safe surroundings. Trolley stop very close. This lodging was perfect for our Girls Trip :)

We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and spent lots of time out on the spacious deck! It also has big comfy beds and large walk-in showers. Stay here- you won’t regret it!

Nice location - on trolley line with stop across the street. The decor, antiques, and rustic touches were lovely. No dishwasher. Refrigerator has ice maker. There were many helpful things there - like a handy umbrella for when it rained while we were getting ready to leave. The kitchen table only seats two but a folding table and chairs provides space if you wish to eat together or play games. There were light bulbs out and a track lighting we could not get to work. They offered to come fix/replace but we chose to not have them in while we were there and asked that they wait until we were gone. The kitchen was nicely appointed with all you need if you cared to grill or cook. There were some condiments and common items for cooking available but a few "almost empty" items were included. A couple of items in the bathroom were also "out" or did not work but they did have a hairdryer, soaps, etc. available. The floors were a bit wavy in spots and there is a step down out of the master bedroom and two steps down from the guest bedrooms - no handrail. The back deck and sitting areas were lovely and a grill was available although we did not use it. Loved the sound of the rushing water below when outside. If you have children be aware there are areas out back where it could be dangerous due to fencing and gate issues. TVs everywhere including one you can watch while lounging in the bathtub in the master. This VRBO certainly met our needs, we were comfortable there, and would consider returning.

Lovely Home!
Beautiful home with plenty of parking. It's just a few blocks from downtown, which makes it an easy walk to all the shops and cafes. There was a very large deck, which would be a perfect gathering place in the evening. We were there during winter when it was too cold, but if you are there when the weather is warm, it would be a great place to sit outside and relax! We would not hesitate to book this home again.

The house and remodel were great! Loved having 3 king sized beds, was perfect for our girls trip. The location was close to downtown however there wasn’t a nice sidewalk to get you there, would have been fine for most of us but we had our grandma with us and ended up having to Uber for the 5 minute ride at night because it wouldn’t have been safe for her to walk it.
