Located in Lake Lanier, this lovely house for $445 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large private pool with attached hot tub, fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area and screened porch. Excellent for preparing large meals. Includes 3 large TVs, indoor Jacuzzi tub, indoor fireplace, lake dock, all setup and ready for fun! Located only a short drive from Atlanta, this family vacation fun house includes a full size swimming pool, jetted hot tub, large outdoor deck, screened in porch, massive 70” group viewing TV in the main living room. Plus there is a very large outdoor area surrounding the swimming pool, providing loads of outdoor seating in a private area. The house also includes a private dock directly on Lake Lanier, a great staging area for those pulling their boats out of storage for a couple spins around the lake. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub. For the kids there are stuffed animals, inflatable pool toys, and an actual yard big enough to play in! This family vacation spot has something for the whole family. Note: there are 7 property cameras with active recording. 1 inside front door (should be OFF, unplugged during guest stay). 6 will be ON: Outside front door, Outside lower door, Pool area, Inside upper garage, Inside lower garage, Inside the basement. Note: the wooded area around the house controlled by the Army Corp of engineers is open for hiking, plus the trail to the dock and of course the dock itself are all open to guests. Note: the garage is being used for storage and is not included. Note: The lake water level can vary significantly over time, it is important to check the level before making plans on the lake. On occasion the dock can be grounded and unusable.

Lovely house with great pool. Comfortable and clean interior. Beautiful wooded lot with short path to the dock and lake access. Great location. Pretty near perfect stay.

Anthony is a great host and the property, amenities and location was excellent. We had a great month on the lake, pool, dock, and hot tub! We enjoyed the space, pool table, and many nights on the back porch and in the pool. Pool side lounge chairs would have been icing on the cake.

The house is great with lots of room - pool was fantastic but needed some cleaning. We rented boats on the lake and enjoyed having access to the lake and the nearby campground for walking. Anthony is a fantastic host!

We had plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms for our group of 14 adults to sleep over. Anthony was very open to communication and called as soon as we got there to make sure everything was fine. Check in was super easy as was check out. My favorite space was the screened porch--perfect to get away from the chaos for a bit and sheltered enough to be cozy with a blanket even in cold weather.

This is a nice property that is close to lake Lanier. The house is on a quiet road with very little traffic. We had a great time on a long weekend and utilized the pool and hot tub since the weather wasn’t great. I would recommend this rental to friends.

This home has absolutely everything you need. While I was only visiting with 1 other person, I can see this being a fantastic home for a group that wants to spend time on the lake. The home is in a subdivision but feels like a secluded private property. Anthony is incredibly responsive and very accomodating. This house is literally about 40 minutes from Downtown Atlanta but seems like a remote getaway. I cant wait to come back.

Quiet Getaway

We had a group of 10 guys for an annual getaway and Anthony's property was the perfect spot for us. The house was very well appointed with adequate sleeping space for the 10 of us. We spent our entire extended weekend hanging around the house, whether it was in the private pool/hot tub, large kitchen, screened in patio, or living room. The house was close enough to any store you could possibly need (Kroger, Target, Lowes, Costco) that we had no problem running out for anything we forgot. While it wasn't at all a concern for my group since we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out indoors or by the pool, Lake Lanier is not visible from the home and is a bit of a trek away on a dirt path through the woods. If your hope is to enjoy the lake itself, be sure to have a boat. If, like us, all you need is a quiet getaway with some nice touches, Anthony's home is perfect. Thank you Anthony for sharing your awesome lake house and for your hospitality!

We rented the house for 5 nights around Easter. The property is in pretty good shape overall and has a good layout for big groups....around 12 to 15 (overnight guests) is okay. Looking closer, most all of walls were scuffed up pretty good so the interior could use a fresh coat of paint but overall the house was clean. Linens were decent and plenty of towels were available. Kitchen was well stocked with labels on cabinets which actually helped. Good instructions were found throughout the house for systems ie TV, DVD etc. The house sits in a wooded setting which was really nice on the screen porch. Dock was also sufficient with easy access for jet ski or boat. Most everything worked at the house except for the spa and pool. ...Since it was Easter, it was difficult to get someone out to fix it....so our gang of kids were really disappointed about this. House manager worked with us on it adjusting the price so that was fair in the end. The reason for the three out of five is really related to price per night for the property. This was unfortunately never really clear for us. Owners confirmation was different then the VRBO engine. So...we kind of wound up in a shell game in the end. Recommend to call and clarify up front.

You won't believe how everything in the house is labeled, making it easy to find absolutely everything you need. House was great, basement awesome for a group of kids. Had a great stay here, I had a surprise 50th Birthday party for my wife. Layout of house was great and pool table downstairs was used a lot. House was clean and everything labeled to where it is to go, so very easy to find things. I would recommend staying here again.

Anthony, the owner, is very responsive and polite. Any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion. House is well-stocked with amenities for cooking and entertaining. Lake is just down the path behind the property. I recommend this property for your planned family function or your get-together with friends. We had a great stay.

Pros: Property owner is easy to contact and replies in a timely matter. The pool was in good condition. Quiet. Cons: Advertised as sleeping 20-30 people (depending on the page you look at). In actuality it only sleeps 10-12 comfortably. Both the grill and firepit had to be cleaned by us before either could be used due to rotten meat left on the grill and non-burnable trash in the firepit, all left by previous guests. There were plumbing issues that were caused by the guests before us that were unable to be fixed by our arrival, therefore the kitchen sink was unusable.

Owner is very responsive & easy to contact. Great location, we rent a house on the lake every year in the same area. Close to the boat ramp & Publix. This was the best stocked house we have ever rented. Great grill & smoker we cooked at the house every night. Stocked with board games, Movies, electronics (PlayStation & WII). Loved the pool which is stocked with floats. We brought 2 boats. The only negative for us was the dock. We were hoping to be able to have people hanging out at the dock swimming, sunbathing while the others were wake boarding, kneeboarding which is what we have done in the past. We had a fabulous time.
