About this house rental
Situated in Campton, this charming house for $236 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnish four bedroom, 2 bath, tri-level townhouse. This spacious cozy townhouse has fun and comfort for the whole family. The entry level features a foyer, two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a full bed) and a full bath. The full bedroom has a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board in the closet. The lower level offers a living room with vaulted ceilings and skylights, dining area and open kitchen. Two bedrooms (with full beds) and another full bathroom complete the upper level. Surprises abound with two separate ladder-accessible lofts with twin beds. One loft is in one of the full bedroom upstairs. WiFi, TVs/VCRs and many games and books round out this townhouse. Sunny and pleasant, this townhouse is an easy walk to the Community Recreation Center. Situated 2/10 of a mile from the Community Recreation Center, guests can walk over to enjoy two indoor heated pools, two outdoor heated pools, three spas, fitness room, game room, and locker rooms with saunas. There are basketball, tennis and volleyball courts as well. The pond has a sandy beach, floating dock and paddle boats. You will have access to one community center pass (others can be purchased). You can purchase additional day passes. Children under seven years of age are free. There are Two pub/lounges on site at the Community Rec Center, the "Summit Lounge" and the "Mountain View Lounge.” There is a third, the "Tail Spin Lounge" at our own Campton Mountain ski hill base lodge (open seasonally). We are located a half mile away from Campton Mountain Ski Area, where guests can enjoy skiing and snowboarding for $15 afternoon or night ski sessions. Waterville Valley Ski Resort (10 Miles) and Loon Mountain Resort (19 Miles) are nearby as well. Enjoy golf outings at Jack o’ Lantern, White Mountains, Waterville Valley and Owl’s Nest. All of these courses are within 20 minutes of the condo. You could also spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as Clark's Trading Post, Franconia Notch, Whale's Tale Water Park, in Flume Gorge, Polar Caves Park, Lost River Gorge, and Santa's Village. There is a guest book with local information to help you navigate your way through the area.

We have stayed at multiple rentals before but this one is the best stocked of any of them. Coffee, tea, Keurig, paper plates, foil, baggies etc. Snacks for us were on the kitchen table. Nice touch. Very good instructions are included inside. It is huge. We only had 3 people and could have changed into a different bed every night. We highly recommend this place!

The home was amazing pictures do no justice to how beautiful and well kept this home was.
As for the amenities surrounding the home (rec center) it was 20$ per person for the day even with the one rec pass that was provided by owner of the property, the price remained 20 per person. On the us side there is the beautiful beebe river fall view which is 12 minutes from the home. There are also lakes which we visited in Bristol NH that was 30 minutes away with breath taking views while you grill some food and swim. I would and will be booking again soon. Home was a 10/10

The owners love chickens /roosters as evidenced by all of the eclectic and interesting decor! My kids loved reading all of the signs. It was super cozy with all the comforts of home you’d ever want.

We went with friends for the weekend to be in the snow and see the Ice Castles !
We had an amazing time, the house was so awesome ! We had everything we could possible need, So cozy, tons of rooms and beds, and some epic games of hide and seek were had !!
Loved being able to go swimming !
We even got an amazing video of the kid using thw Shot Ski (with juice🤣)

Great place for multi generations to gather. Clean, spacious, well-equipped and fun layout. Just be aware that there are a series of wood steps that lead down to unit. Adela was quick to respond to an inquiry. We were disappointed that not all 4 club house passes were valid, so we had to pay more than anticipated. But, overall, we would recommend.

We visited the Waterville Valley area during the high demand Fall season and this condo was lower priced than most of the other rentals in this region. We were a group of six adults and one child aged 8. We all had a very relaxing time and enjoyed our two night stay very much. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We had a great breakfast at a nearby restaurant named The Sugar Shack, followed by a vigorous hike up Mt. Major. We then had a very good meal at the Covered Bridge, followed by a swim at the Rec Center. This Vacation rental offered us great location and value!

Convenient to all the attractions, in an adorable village with great restaurants and lots of amenities, this property is cozy, comfortable, well-stocked with kitchen tools, condiments, coffee, and the like, and sleeps way more people than I thought. The main living area would be tightly-filled if all who could sleep in the beds tried to share it at the same time; but this is not a criticism, just a note that if you're planning to snuggle in the eves but spend days recreating outdoors this is a great spot. TVs in every bedroom to subdivide a big family, otherwise. Beautiful for hikes, trails, leaves, we enjoyed our October stay.

A lovely place to visit year round! The community center was convenient and we enjoyed the pool. Neighbors were very friendly and many families came fior vacations this summer. The host was wonderful and helpful. Would definitely recommend this listing!

The condo was in a great location close to Waterville Valley, and club house amenities were really nice... kids had a great time swimming In the indoor pool. Outdoor pool looked awesome, but was too chilly. Adela was an amazing host, and went out of her way to change our check out date to meet our needs - 5 star service. Thank you!

Our family of four stayed at this spot for a quick trip to snowboard at Loon Mountain. It was a spacious, comfortable condo with everything we could have needed and more! The owners left us snacks and treats as well as some delicious hazelnut coffee that we enjoyed each morning! Only 25 minutes to the mountain it made for a great spot. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

There were 4 of us ages 10 to 86. We loved Adela’s condo, super clean, wonderfully decorated, food to supplement what we brought, comfortable beds. Our 10 year old loved the loft. It was easy to get to 93 to get to where we wanted to go. I recommend it!

We had a great stay (loved that we could bring our dog because that was the biggest stressor in finding a place) it has a lot of rooms and it’s a quiet condo complex! Really nice place to stay!

We were thoroughly pleased with our 6-day stay. The condo was very comfortable and accommodated our group perfectly. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials and plenty of cookware. The decor is attractive and inviting. We appreciated the many fans provided as it was a hot week. Our group loves to swim and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the pond...no pools due to COVID-19. Our granddaughters really enjoyed the float and the paddle boats. We cooked out at the community charcoal grills and had the use of the picnic table...worked out well. Everything was neat and clean and we appreciated all the “extra touches”...the goodie basket / the nightlights throughout / the travel info, etc. Adela was a wonderful host, responding quickly to all questions and providing clear instructions for using her condo.
