We had a great stay, start to finish! Ronna was very responsive, but we didn’t have any issues. Little touches like shampoo and body wash and beach towels, plus sand toys, and coloring books for our little guy was so appreciated. The location of this place is supreme!! Right at the pool, and basically the closest you can get to beach access in this community. Tram access if you need it is right out the front door.

This is the perfect place in Seacrest for a family. Easy access to the beach and steps away from the pool made our stay so enjoyable. We were able to sit on the patio and watch the kids swim in the pool. This is a huge bonus as we watched others search for a chair around the pool. Condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Also, so convenient that the reserved parking is right out the door.

Good stay at this condo. The location is great with the pool. We had several pool closures during the week which was unfortunate as this was the main reason we stayed here. Enjoyed the condo and it worked well for our 4 adults and 2 kids. The condo was clean except the floor was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The beach was great. There is a tram that takes you there and the kids loved it. Great neighborhood. Overall it was a great trip

We had a great time catching up and relaxing at this wonderful condo. The location of the condo was amazing, just steps away from the gorgeous luxury pool. I really liked the floor plan layout with 3 large bedrooms on one level. The property was well maintained and the pool was sparkling clean. Great location just minutes away from the beach, restaurants and shopping! I will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the large patio next to the pool with various places to sit and enjoy the scenery. The location is perfect! We loved the easy access to the pool and beach. Location matters!
Location, location, location! First floor access directly to the pool was so convenient. The beach is also extremely accessible with just a short walk across 30A. Ronna was accessible and responsive during our entire trip and made sure our family had a nice stay. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Absolutely loved the area and the location of the condo was awesome. Convenient to the pool, beach, and shuttles. Excellent place for a family to gather as there are lots of activities close by for kids and adults. Fun and special times were had by all.

Perfect Getaway on 30A
The location cannot be beat, especially if you have kids/toddlers. The condo was on the first floor and opened right up to the pool (did not have to take a tram or go down any elevators to get there) the beach was just a short walk away. Our son loved taking the tram but sometimes it was just faster to walk! Also very close walking distance to Alys and Rosemary (really .... it doesn’t get better!)
The condo was beautiful and very comfortable! It was very big and could sleep everyone comfortably. Ronna was wonderful and the check in/check out process was seamless. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Getaway!
This condo is perfect. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We walked to the beach and rode the tram some days. We walked to dinner and ordered takeout that we could walk to pick up. I prefer not having to drive to everything. The property is beautiful and I like being on the ground floor. We will be back for sure.

GREAT VACATION SPOT
We usually pack our car with all kinds of things that we think we will need for the pool and the beach. This vacation rental has everything that you would need for both. The rental is completely stocked with everything that you would need for a great vacation. You open up the back door and you are steps away from the swimming pool. Right outside the front door is the tram stop for the beach. It is an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants. This is our fourth time renting from the same property manager. Ronna makes planning vacation very easy. We can hardly wait to come back.

We've stayed at this condo several times and love all it has to offer. The location is perfect. A very short walk to the beach and a few steps to the pool. The condo is clean and equipped with everything that you need to have an enjoyable time away from home. We will be back again next summer.

Everyone Else at the Pool Was Jealous...
We had an amazing trip to the Emerald Coast and we absolutely LOVED this property. The interior was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The real perk of this property was that we could literally walk out the back door into the pool area. We loved it. We were able to get comfortable at the pool and still run in and out of the condo for snacks and drinks or restrooms...it was wonderful. We loved the proximity to the beach...it was an easy walk and an even easier tram ride. The convenient pick-up right outside the condo was easy, but we typically tended to walk since it was so close. We reserved our chairs at the beach in advance by a day or so, but here's a tip...if you know you're coming and you know you'd like to reserve chairs and an umbrella at the beach, reserve them as early as you book the condo. The closeness to the water is based on when you book,. so you can get great access to being right on the water if you plan early!
Even though we're usually beach people, we loved the pools so much at the resort, we wound up spending most of our time there instead. We found some great restaurants around the area...our family's favorite was The Hub just down a couple of miles. There are several restaurant options to choose from in the one development and so our whole family was able to find things they enjoyed. There are always activities going on there during the summer as well...movies, music and great ice cream! We also liked Pizza By The Sea, but definitely take advantage of ordering it in advance...it was a long wait when we just walked in and ordered.
Checking in and out was easy and the basics were there for everything we needed: shampoo. soaps, and a little laundry detergent and toilet paper to get us started. There were sand toys and some great books!
We fell in love with the area and this property...we'll definitely be back!

Loved our stay in C101. We have stayed at several condos in this building and this was by far the best equipped. Loved the ease of going to and from the pool. Will be back next spring!

Fantastic and Fun at the Pool and the Beach
We spent eight days and had a great time. Everything was beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pans and pots that we needed. The pool was a 30 second walk and we could run back for snacks and drinks. It was on the ground floor so my mother could navigate easily. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance and lots of choices close by. We will certainly try and come back next year.

This place was awesome. Perfect for family with kids. Owner is very responsive and nice. We were able to check in early because we came to the area earlier. Tram was easy to get to go to the beach. But since this unit is pretty close to the entrance the beach was walkable especially if you had a stroller with kids. Would definitely come back to this unit.

Loved the Location!
We had a great family vacation and loved the location! You are in the middle of everything without all of the chaos! We could Bike everywhere we needed to go and then hop in the car for excursions. We were able to enjoy everything from Panama City, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, to Destin. We are always on the go and love making the most of the time away and this location allows for you to DO EVERYTHING! Pool was awesome when we finally made it home to rest! You must ride to the HUB while in town!! LOVED everything about our trip!

Best location in Seacrest
Despite the weather during our stay we had a wonderful week. The condo is in the most perfect location in all of Seacrest. I loved that I could sit on the private patio and watch my children play in the pool. And if I wanted to sit in the sun I never had a problem finding an empty chair around the pool. It was a very short, easy walk to the beach and if we had lots of stuff to carry we called the tram and it picked us up right in front of the condo. Everyone was very friendly and working with Ronna was a pleasure.
The condo was very clean and at a nice temperature upon arrival. There were beach chairs and toys available for use. The condo was stocked with starter paper products and full size shampoo/conditioner and soap. I loved the open concept of the den/dining and kitchen. The king size bed in the master was very comfy and the walk-in closet was large enough to put a twin air mattress or pack&play for a small child. We didn't need this option on this trip but I remember looking for this option many times when we had little ones that needed to be close to us. There were six of us and the space and layout was perfect.
Several members of our family loved running/walking through Seacrest and Rosemary Beach in the mornings and even stopped to shop and for a donut one morning. The atmosphere was very family friendly. The beach was crowded on the sunny days but we didn't have any trouble finding a spot for our chairs and umbrellas. I have already recommended this condo to a friend.

Beautifully Decorated Condo in the Best Location
We loved being able to walk out the back door of this beautiful condo and be right at the pool; if you stay in other units you have to go out your front door and down the stairs and around the building and through a gate to get to the pool. Also loved that we had the option of sitting on the covered back patio's comfortable couch sectional and watch the kids swim instead of sitting in the sun. The neighborhood of Seacrest Beach is gorgeous with all its palm trees and the condo is at the front of the neighborhood so it was an easy walk to the beach and to the town. The condo is decorated beautifully and also felt like home because it was stocked with so many extra items that most rental places don't have such as full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every bathroom and lots of cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils and beach towels and chairs and soft blankets. We look forward to coming back!

Great location & Spacious condo!
We had a great time staying at this condo at Seacrest Beach! The location is unbeatable as it is walking distance to the beach AND there is a free tram service available. The tram stop is directly in front of this condo building which is very convenient. The back patio walks out to the pool area which was also very convenient for us. The condo was incredibly spacious and we appreciated the extra amenities (bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, etc). It was great to be within walking distance of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and the Villages of South Walton. We were able to walk to dinner each night which was fantastic. This was the perfect vacation spot for our family! We hope to be back soon!!
