Located in Virginia Beach, this charming condo for $380 per night is a great choice for your next break. Stay at this cozy North End duplex and enjoy a short 300 ft walk to the beach at 84th street. It is on the ocean side of Atlantic Ave so no need to cross a busy street. Spend your Summer vacation days basking in the sun, splashing in the ocean, or watching the dolphins frolic. It is ideal for a group of friends, couples, or small families. Also perfect for an off season getaway, military transition, or temporary corporate housing. We welcome your dogs! If your week is booked, check out the owner’s new listing for the other side of this duplex, 1344674. This one story duplex style home has lots of character and is adorably decorated with beach and mermaid themed artwork throughout. Lots of modern amenities like WIFI! You will have reserved driveway parking for two cars. Living room has comfortable leather sofa and loveseat. 42 inch flat screen HDTV with expanded cable package. DVD/Blu-Ray player with large selection of movies available for your use. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances to include refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. Also has full size front loader washer and dryer. Lots of other amenities like Keurig single cup coffee brewer, Mr. Coffee coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, silverware, barware, pots and pans, etc. Kitchen table seats 4. Bathroom has slate tiled walk in shower and glass bowl sink/vanity. First bedroom has queen bed with brand new linens for 2018 season. Second bedroom has twin beds with brand new linens and mattresses for 2018 season. Also has TV with DVD/Blu-Ray player. Total bedding accommodates 4 people, but up to 6 are welcome if you would like to bring a portable crib, air mattress, or use the sofa/loveseat. Fenced in backyard with patio furniture set that seats up to 6 people. Brand new umbrella and seat cushions for 2018 season. There are also two adirondack chairs and a gas grill in the patio area. One of the best features of this quaint getaway is the custom built totally private hot/cold water outdoor shower. You'll want to use for all of your showers! Did we mention we welcome your dogs? We don't want to leave ours when we travel either so we even provide a bed and a fully stocked treat jar for your four legged friend! The home is in the quiet and relaxing North End section of the Virginia Beach resort area, with access to the beach a very short walk away. If you're looking for more action the Boardwalk Resort area is a little over 3 miles away with great restaurants and family friendly activities. The Virginia Beach Convention Center is about 6 miles away. In addition to the beach, be sure to check out the hiking/biking trails at nearby First Landing State Park, local golf courses, shopping and great music venues. Colonial Williamsburg, Prime Outlets, and Busch Gardens/Water Country USA Theme Parks are just an hour away.

We had a great time walking the beach with our puppy and then I jumped across the street to the amazing state park for an awesome hike. Everything was lovely and perfect for our puppy Bean!

Quiet, cute, and convenient for our long weekend stay while attending a conference at the VA Beach convention center. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Dog friendly. All we had to bring was our food and luggage. The kitchen is well equipped. Great WiFi. We’ll certainly consider this property again.

This is our third visit to Va. Beach & this place has been the best. Pet friendly with no additional fee. Very clean, beach decor, along with a hospitality basket filled with goodies for us & our dog too. Fenced yard, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, & beautiful tiled shower. Short walk to beach in a beautiful safe residential neighborhood. Hope to visit again.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at the cozy dog-friendly duplex. Everything was very clean and exactly as advertised. It’s the perfect location, just 15 or so from downtown and a short, maybe 5 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and the yard was perfect for our dog. We had such a great time. Thank you Angie!

I have stayed at several VRBOs in the past few years, and 3 just on this trip alone. This house was by far the best. Angela was amazing with her communication and accommodations. Not only were linens and towels (plenty) provided, but she also provide a beach wagon, several beach chair and toys and an umbrella (with a sand stake). The property is a short walk from the beach. The dolphins were very active during our stay and fun to watch.
I would highly recommend this house. It has EVERYTHING you need and more. And no hidden or un warranted fees.

This was our family's first time in Virginia Beach and our first trip to the beach with our 3 year old dog.
Angie's place was perfectly located to enjoy all of the beach going activities.
The home is within a 5 min walk of the beach, an 10 min bike ride to the state park, and if you have a DOD Id, you will have access to Fort Story.
The home has ample space for a family of 4 with a large breed dog.
Additionally, the outdoor space is large enough for the family to eat outdoors and enjoy the weather.
I would highly recommend this place.

This was a beautiful house with a nice fenced yard for our dogs. They even left milk bones and a treat for the dogs. It was just a short walk to the beach, and the house had everything we needed — beach cart, chairs, umbrella. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet.

Honestly the week didn’t start off perfect. Our specific unit was not ready on the day of our arrival. But this is where the owner showed how awesome they are. They allowed us to stay in a neighboring unit for the night while our space was cleaned. The communication with the owner was excellent and they more than made up for the mishap. With someone else this could have been a disaster but the owner went above and beyond to fix the issue. We will not hesitate to stay again.
With that said the house was well appointed and very comfortable. We travelled as a family of four with kids aged 3 and 6. Everyone was comfortable and the location to the north end beach and First Landing State Park were awesome. We will definitely stay again.

I love this happy little dog cottage. It is the perfect place to get a little rest at the beach which is within walking distance. The owner is also very nice and goes out of her way to make your stay a pleasant one. I don’t go anywhere else! My little shitzu loves it too!

We just LOVED staying here and will be back! It was just perfect for my husband and I and our dog. The home was immaculate. I loved all of the "doggy touches" and was so touched by the welcome basket that included a toy for our dog - which is now her favorite. I took her for a walk every morning on the beach - it was so close. Can't wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay and it was close to attractions but out of the busy area. Good restaurants nearby. A quick walk to the beach. The only thing I would add is some dresser drawers for clothes. We were there for just 3 nights so not too bad living out of the suitcase. The neighborhood is quiet and great dog walking area which important when traveling with a dog.

We are return renters for this property. Everything was perfect. Angie is wonderful. The unit is incredibly clean and inviting. Angie's hospitality is unmatched. She provides everything needed for a wonderful visit, as well as a hospitality basket with supplies and a dog toy. My dog was smiling from ear-to-ear when we arrived. We both had a great time and already booked another visit for later this year.

Perfect for small gathering, loved that we could bring our dog too! Great fenced in yard. North End beach access is a very easy walk to end of block without busy streets to cross. Very thoughtful welcome basket with goodies for humans and pets alike.

I didn’t get to come due to doggie issues, but my family came. They loved the house, the area and the yard for the dog. They want to come back, so I will be reaching out again. This is our second stay at Angie's home, and we enjoyed our stay very much! The house is very clean and spacious, with a full kitchen and W/D, nice shower, comfy beds... and a short walk to the beach! We love that we can bring our doggies! Angie provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the thoughtful amenities really make you feel welcome. She is easy to reach and very responsive to any questions. We look forward to coming back again!

Easy check in and everything was clean as advertised. The location is quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. 4 min walk to the beach! 2 adults, two teenagers and a dog fit perfectly. Owner left a nice basket full of goodies upon check-in which was much appreciated. The only very minor downside is that it's a bit of an older home with some normal wear and tear but nothing crazy or anything. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. Thx.

Angie is a wonderful host. Her home is clean and welcoming while Angie herself is receptive and gracious. A great location, the house was perfect for a quick get-away for my family; 4 legged member included.
