Living Room: Sofa Sleeper (queen) 2 chairs 50" smart television/dish network Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, stove, refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave Fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, glassware, utinsels etc. Keurig/standard combination pot Blender Amenities: Free wifi Dish Network Smart televisions Towels, washcloths, dishtowels are provided Linens and blankets are provided Stackable washer and dryer No check in hassle, enter with keyless entry code No elevator No swimming pool Beach towels are not provided Starter Pack: 2 rolls bathroom tissue 1 roll paper towel 1 garbage liner 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid 1 small package of washing powder 1 small package of dishwasher powder 2 small bars of soap 1 small bottle of shampoo 1 small bottle of conditioner Location: 1125 West Beach Blvd. Gulf Shores, AL Unit 302 Condo is located in West Beach area, approximately 1.5 miles from Hwy 59 and the Hangout. 2 flights of stairs Parking: This condo has its own designated parking space marked 302 on the ground level. It is large enough for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. Common Areas: Gazebo Grills Picnic Tables Rules: Check in time 3pm Check out time 10 am No Smoking or Vaping in the condo No Pets in the condo Minimum Age to rent 25 The BeachFront is a small, low rise, three story complex with only 36 units. The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach. Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway. Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor. This condo is beach side. This condo is not ocean front and it does not have a deck/balcony. The condo is on the first floor of condos and near the middle of the east building. We do have views of the gulf from each bedroom. Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Suncoast Beach Rentals is set up on the beach directly in front of our neighboring complex to the East.

We enjoyed our stay at The Beach Front and hope to stay again sometime! We have been coming to Gulf Shores for the last 15 years and this was one of our favorites! Was very pleased with the accommodations. This is my 3rd stay here and the condo always has everything needed for a comfortable stay in a very convenient location. The unit has a nice Keurig coffee machine so make sure to bring pods. This may have been mentioned but I missed it but went and purchased a reusable pod for my coffee and everything worked out great. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

We were very pleased with the accommodations- especially the short distance to access the beach and close proximity of restaurants. Everything was clean and just as described. We cooked breakfast and lunch each day - everything we needed was on hand, we just supplied the food! I read reviews about the furniture being “dated” - it was perfect for a beach cottage! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean, nice, & loved the location. The only thing which is probably just preference but the master bed was too soft for my husband and I. We switched rooms with our boys and slept like babies!! We loved it.

Our first night was miserable because the air was on 58 degrees and we froze for the first night. I would suggest some air fresheners in the condo as it has a musky smell. Location and everything else was wonderful. It was easy check in and we were right on the beach . Our stay was enjoyable after the initial first night and i would return again.

This was our second stay and we definitely will be back. The apartment/condo is perfect for our family. Unit is very clean, perfect beach decor. The short walk to the beach is awesome. No packing up the car and driving then looking for a parking spot. This facility makes your stay less stressful. The garage is beneath the apartments out of the sun so it’s not 100* when you get in it. This is our go to choice when we plan a trip to Gulf Shores.

Great location in all regards. access to shopping, restaurants, and beach. Unit was comfortable, nicely appointed with one exception. Living room furniture is dated and extremely uncomfortable.

My boyfriend and I went down for my bday week and it was awesome. The location is great...within steps from the beach. The condo was clean and had everything you needed and you are close to alot of restaurants, souvenirs shops etc....will definitely be back ♥️

We were looking for a place right on the beach and this condo is steps from the sand as described. We loved our stay here! Bring your own dish soap, laundry soap, bathroom tissue, paper towels, foil, towels, washcloths, extra blankets, etc. We didn't read the fine print well enough and had to make a Walmart run. They do not provide these items beyond a few to get you started.

We had a ball our entire stay. When we first got there we had a issue with the WiFi but the property manager assisted us immediately and had someone come fix it. The beds were comfy and location was perfect. The beach was literally 2 minutes away. It’s on a Main Street which helps if your from out of town. I loved it and will definitely book again. 🏖✌🏾✔️

Not only did I get assaulted by a random individual on the beach that connected to this property. I decided to leave the property abruptly and left some stuff in the condo. Not only did I get charged the original. Leaning fee they charged me an extra $100 for cleaning. I guess they expect the place to be clean before cleaning it in order to justify charging the original cleaning fee. However, even after the property manager knowing quite well what happened that evening never once reached out to see if everything was ok. Just made sure she sent the bill for the extra cleaning. Other than the property manager and extra fees the place was quite enjoyable.

Traveled with my husband and small boys to the gulf. This was a lovely little apartment truly right on the beach. That was a main desire of mine, so that part was perfect. Nothing excessive about the place, but works good for eating and sleeping. Would recommend to the owners maybe adding a couple fun things for kids and leaving them in the living room chest. Toys/puzzles/books etc.. Overall we had a nice stay, thank you for renting!
