The fitness room/gym and clubhouse are closed until further notice.*** A downstairs studio with a king bed, desk, TV and a wet bar with a mini-fridge and microwave. Located close to the fitness room, clubhouse and main pools; the unit is in one of the best locations at Legacy Villas. The back patio opens to an interior courtyard, has custom patio furniture and a patio heater. You won't find a better value on your next trip to the desert. The spacious bathroom has a separate shower and soaking tub and a single vanity. The main community pools and fitness center are just a short-walk from the unit. Off-street parking is located in front of the unit and additional parking is located along Classic Drive. The unit can be combined with LV108 to create a 2 bedroom unit with dual master suites (subject to availability). The condo has an interior lock-off door between the 1 bedroom unit and studio unit. There is an expectation that guests minimize noise around the door from 10pm-8am. The property is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and spas, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbeque and 24 hour gated security. Within walking distance of La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Highway 111 shopping corridor and the Gardens on El Paseo; get to everything quickly. La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a ten minute drive from the condo. Don't forget the La Quinta Arts Festival and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. The Coachella Valley is your best bet for outdoor adventure in all seasons. I booked a stay with this company and then extended I, one night into the extended period they evicted me claiming that I somehow had committed fraud, which is a totally baseless claim. They are refusing to refund the monies I paid them, and are forcing me to take legal action. I do not recommend using this company, California Vacation Villas, if you read some of the reviews on Yelp you will be even more convinced to not use them!! The property is very nice just do not book through California Vacation Villas!!

I loved this here stay! Had most of the amenities that one would ask for! The neighborhood was pretty quite. I fell in love with the patio stay, had my coffee every morning. Way more to do than time permitted. Will most definitely be back sooner than later.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in this gated community .we found the lap pool to be excellent for am swims .only critique is that no freezer for ice and ice machine quite distant .Property was quiet and parking easy .

Loved the accommodations and surrounding area. It's a beautiful spot--lush, well-appointed, great proximity to all the amenities. Had a wonderfully serene, splendid stay. Great workout room, pools, hot tubs, and was able to go next door for a tennis lesson and spa experience.

Have stayed a number of times in the same neighborhood , the location is great and the grounds are kept very nice. Possibly they could enforce the Adults Only pool policy areas much stronger But I would recommend

We really loved the complex and the room was very fair priced considering we were there on a busy weekend. We had a little trouble finding the correct unit once we were in the complex. Google Maps will not take you to the correct location.

The services in general were great. The complex is so well maintained and the pool areas are great. Our room needed some care - it was very plain. It was dark, some of the light fixtures were not working and the patio could have been more welcoming. I visited my sister's studio where she and her husband were staying and the difference in appearance was so noticeable. You could tell their studio is managed with love. It was bright and well decorated, with extra touches that made it feel like a resort but yet like home.

great location, close to pools & fitness centre. clean and well supplied. Unit was great except for two things: 1. Patio furniture needs upgrading. One wicker table worn out and needs replacing. Small table needed as most other units have. 2. Air conditioner for upstairs unit was constantly on.

We enjoyed our stay here. It could have been a bit cleaner in places & the furniture could use some TLC, but we’re pretty particular people. The desk chair has a leg that needs repair or replacement, but all else was fine. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio & walking the grounds, which are very nice. 12 pools to pick from was fun. All & all we liked our villa & would stay there again. You can hear the tv and voices from the connecting room, but it wasn’t a big problem, just closing the door between the bathroom and bedroom will block it out.

Everything was nice and clean. I would recommend having instructions on how to operate the tv to get local channels. I needed help and I found someone who knew. I don’t use Spectrum so I’m unfamiliar with how they work. Just a suggestion from a technically challenged person !!
