Located in Kingsbury, this lovely condo for $644 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Permit # DSTR1097P Occupancy Rules: *Min age to rent any property is 25. *Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. *You are only allowed 8 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have. *Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood. * Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin. **Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house. *Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow. ~ This home does NOT have AC. This Lake Tahoe home offers beautiful panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The house offers a nice open layout so you can really spread out while in the house with family or friends. With a pool table and indoor hot tub you will will have all the comforts of home with a few added perks! Located just minutes from the Stagecoach ski lift at Heavenly, what more could you ask for in a Lake Tahoe vacation home. In the living room is a pool table with an amazing view of the lake. BR1 master, has a queen bed, TV and full bath; BR2 has a queen, TV and a shared full bath; BR3 has 2 bunk beds both with twin on top of twin. The indoor hot tub is in the hallway along with a full bathroom and a laundry room. There are many steps from the parking area to the front door of the unit. The driveway is also steep and gets icy during the winter. There are 2 spots in the garage for this unit, the garage could be a tight fit for large SUV's. There is outdoor parking for large vehicles that is first come first serve. You will have access to the community pool and hot tub. It is just a short walk to the pool. ~ WCPM does not operate the pool or hot tub area. ~

Property exactly as listed with great amenities. Perfect for families. I had to purchase batteries for the living room TV remote, the blender didn’t work and some of the pans could be replaced but overall a great stay. Indoor hot tub definitely a hit! Had to carry luggage and groceries up a slippery, snowy incline so be prepared if you’re visiting during snow season.

Amazing view and great space! The building is a bit dated, but the interior is very comfortable and the view is spectacular. 3 bathrooms and bunk beds for the kids made it a perfect spot. So close to skiing, but Nevada lifts were closed. Would definitely stay again!

This is a very cool condo in a nice quiet part of town near the Heavenly ski lifts. Unfortunately the NV lifts were closed this time around in the early season, so we did not get to take advantage of a key perk of being so close to the stagecoach lift. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Property managers were communicative and helpful. The driveway was a little precarious as it was steep and very icy, but that was disclaimed in the booking process. One of our cars could not make it up the hill, and we were a little worried about the outdoor parking down the hill because the email mentioned something about parking permits in the house and we could not find any such permits anywhere (so perhaps that was an outdated comment?). The checkin/checkout info was a little confusing, as I got multiple emails with slightly different information, but we figured it out without issues. The house could have been a little bit cleaner - the hot tub was just slightly funky and there were a few random things from previous guests laying around on countertops and in drawers, but considering the price was very reasonable, the condo is very comfortable with good indoor parking, and the location and amenities were great, I would recommend overall.

This condo is a great place for family fun the condo has lots of games to play, pool table and a wooden monopoly set for 7. It is spacious, clean, and cozy. The only thing is it has a steep hill to get into the parking garage and in the winter if you have a car use other parking. Over all we had a great time here.

This condo is tucked up in the mountains facing a beautiful lake! I enjoyed the condo, the area and the pool of course! The condo was clean & we found it stocked up for our needs of 3 days. The parking is small. We only fit one Highlander. But again the description in the app did give us a heads up!
We did not find a parking permit anywhere in the property, so that made me nervous for tickets on the other car that we had to park outside. But Nothing happened! Absolutely comfortable! Will keep marked in my favorites for when I come back to Tahoe!

The unit is well stocked and the view is spectacular (just as advertised!). Carpets had just been cleaned, a nice surprise given this is a pet friendly unit. Dining room chairs and barstools were stacked in the kitchen, tables were on couches, area rug was hung over the kitchen counter and was badly stained on the back (ugh!). Kitchen counter under the area rug was filthy and the unit was very dusty primarily in the areas where carpet cleaning had been done and including the dining room table (table also had pet marks and particles and splatters underneath). Prior to settling in we had to wipe down all surfaces in the main living area, not a great way to start our stay! The mirror in dining area was dirty, the freezer hadn't been wiped out, the pool table had lots of debris on the cover and felt-- a follow-up cleaning post carpet cleaning should have been conducted. The parking passes and TV remote for back bedroom were missing, and we were not provided with any complimentary shampoo and soap for the bathrooms (no biggie, but would have been a nice touch!). Prior to arrival we reached out to the property manager to see if we could check in an hour early, which he advised would be fine (thank you!). We ended up checking in after 5pm and immediately reached out to the property manager. We did not receive a call back for a couple of days and had already left (a day early). Post call and upon the manager's request, we sent along the list above as well as supporting photos. No credit was offered for our inconvenience at the time of our call, and after further consideration we decided to ask. The property manager contacted us post our email, and we were advised that the owners would be willing to extend a discount on our next visit. We declined the offer, and after further discussion, and with some encouragement we were ultimately offered a small discount for our stay. We felt the customer experience could have been much better.

Wonderful views as advertised. Location up the mountain offers cooler weather, coffee shops and restaurants away from the crowds in S Lake Tahoe. Easy to get around the lake for excursions. Would come back again and suggest others looking for this type of rental to go ahead and book. Never had to contact the managment company because everything met my expectations and there were no surprises.

We needed to make an emergency trip to Tahoe and this condo was perfect for our family. The location was great, 15 mins away from Stateline. The kitchen was functional and the pool table gave our family a fun way to relax in the evenings. We did not use the hot tub, so I cannot comment on that. And while it was not ski season, I can imagine this being an ideal location for a ski getaway. In short, a perfect fit for a short stay for our family: clean, comfortable, functional.

Decent studio apartment, but could stand update and would be great to have more ability to cook/clean dishes. Major issue was loud music from beach bar EVERY NIGHT that made it hard to converse, let alone sleep before music stopped

Pros:Excellent condo. View is superb, ceiling is tall, grill, pool table, deck, kitchen is nice, bathrooms and bedrooms are comfortable. Garage parking is easy.
Cons:Hot tub never worked during our stay. Tried to contact property manager during my stay as it was one of the reasons we selected this condo but was skiing during the day and decided it was not worth the effort as this proved difficult for me to coordinate a technician to help fix it so that was unfortunate for me and my group.
Add’l: 4x4 is recommended. Stagecoach is a 20 min walk. Didn’t bother with the shuttle but one exists that can take u there.

First, I would say that the property manager was very reliable. We had a few issues arise and they were handled promptly and professionally. The condo is very cozy and the view of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains is incredible. We loved the fireplace and the pool table.
The location of the condo is good as well. We happened to be there during a snow storm, and the roads surrounding the condo do get crowded and gridlocked during storms. They did a fantastic job of keeping the parking area clear after snowfalls. I will say that the garage is up a steep incline and can be tough to get up to when conditions are poor, even for AWD vehicles.
Keep in mind that the gridlocked roads during storms can prevent Heavenly's Nevada side shuttle from running on time, so we did have to walk to the lifts a few times. The Boulder Lift is about a 12 minute walk down and 25 minute walk back up. Stagecoach is a little bit closer but uphill on the way there and downhill on the way back.
For anyone interested, the indoor hot tub was not what I would describe as hot; however, I am sure that the property manager would address this issue if it was important for your stay. For us, we didn't really plan to use the hot tub that much anyway. We did walk one night to the community hot tub, which was nice. That is located at the very front of the parking lot, which is about a 5 minute walk from the condo (at least when there is a lot of snow).

Amazing view of Lake Tahoe!!
I highly recommend this unit if you want an amazing view of Lake Tahoe. The place was just perfect for me and my teenage boys. Boys could ski daily right from StageCoach lift and at night we played pool! Plenty of room and the garage was a nice extra.

Great even the second time around
Location and views are unbeatable. The property is dated style wise and furniture wise, with some things kind of broken, chipped, and in need of repair. Kitchen is well stocked with most basic items, making cooking a breeze - a big clean refrigerator is always nice! I stayed in august 2021 and booked this march vacation before I even checked out last time. Lived up to my expectations, a good spot for chilling and being cozy with plenty of bathrooms for privacy!

Would love to stay again!
The property was spacious and clean, lots of cooking wear available! The fireplace heated the common areas well, but didn't reach the rooms in the front of the space as easily. The ceilings seemed thin as we were woken up by kids running around early in the morning. Would recommend a 4WD vehicle to get up the steep and icy hill to reach the garage.
The view was gorgeous and hot tub super convenient. Would definitely like to stay here again!

The home was comfortable but the booking experience was horrible. We booked a home but were informed much later that the booking would not be honored. They said they would help us find another property but we got no other suggestions. We found another property managed by them which was gonna cost us twice what were originally going to pay and it took weeks to get it booked. Our booking agent was condescending and rude. We finally got it booked. It was spacious but the hot tub didn't always work.

We had 6 adults stay here and there was plenty of room for all of us to be in our own area if needed. Pool table was fun and in good shape and the indoor hot tub is in a funny and kinda weird room but was actually very nice to sit in after a day of skiing. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed after grocery shopping. Also had access to a garage which makes it nice in the mornings and night without freezing.
It was a pain to get the fireplace to turn off and it kept the TV room a little too toasty at times compared to the rest of the place but leaving the door open for a few minutes helped with that.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place.

Wonderful view- the definite highlight of the place! The hot tub was fabulous for after skiing soreness prevention. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The only minor complaint would be about the supplies in the kitchen because we ate in most of the time due to weather, but there is enough to make it work.

Unexpected Surprises
As we know, the fires are so unpredictable and so unfortunate and I am so grateful for the weekend I had here. The fires and smoke were quite bad when I went and so the view I was hoping to see was not there until the morning I was leaving. However, for having to be in these conditions, the rental could not have been more fabulous. It was cozy yet extremely spacious, great for all ages, and had a kitchen space that was fantastic. It was fully stocked with utensils, plates, and cookware, and even a few spices and other items to help cook meals! The garage and private entry were stellar and in the snow, will be so helpful to thaw off! I was here in the summer, and before I left, booked another date in February 2022! The property is a little dated but for all the use it gets, is mainly in good shape.

Property manager - negative stars. I would never stay at a property managed by this property manager.
When I called to find directions (easy way), a lady responded and went out of her way to give me the convenient directions and was very happy with her service.
I called after I booked, to ask about the checkin and finding the location since we were reaching in the night with kids and since its all mountain, I wanted to make sure sure someone can help and his response 'there will not be anyone sitting at the door waiting for me'. This individual has no hospitality mannerism or to respect a guest.
Incident: I am putting this as it happened and reviewers can make their own conclusion. We paid premium price for this property to stay 3 nights. Toilet was clogged and he said there is a plunger and it took 3 people about 10 min to find one. He was very rude to my spouse who called him to help. The plunger was faulty and it didn't work. He said he will charge me to call a plumber and they don't have any maintenance crew and its not a hotel. I would have expected, as a guest, he would make our stay comfortable. He hung up on me over the phone and he showed with his own plunger and fixed it (at least he did that!). A toilet should work unless it was misused and that is not the case here. If I clogged a sink on an airplane, its not my responsibility to pay for the fix. No difference here unless I damaged it.
The condo was very hot and it got up to 84 deg at 9am (I have picture proof). They had a fan that didn't work and when I asked for a fan, he said, he will have to talk to the owners and repeatedly said to just leave the windows open and it will cool, which it didn't. Overall, property is great, nice view, great location, kitchen is equipped but, will NEVER stay at a property managed by World Class property because of the rude, unprofessional attitude from the property manager
