The house was lovely. Lots of communication from the owner. The neighbors are a little strict about the parking. It was a wonderful stay, lots of room, especially for the price.

The house is amazing! Very well equipped, well maintained, everything you need is provided, wonderful location, and all the space you need. Nearby boat launch was also convenient. Drew was an EXCELLENT host. He was super responsive, very accommodating, and great to deal with. We WILL be repeat renters.

We had the best time at this beautiful Lake House! We had 12 people in our group and we had plenty of room with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs! Drew the host was very accommodating in helping us rent the pontoon for a day. Also the 4 kayaks that come with the house got plenty of use/ also a great way to get out on the water. We cooked a shrimp boil out on the deck one night. That was fantastic! Plenty of dining seating indoors OR out! Nice back deck that is partly screened in, and an open deck with a gas grill. We want to come back in the Fall to give the fire pit by the lake a try..8 nice Adirondack chairs to sit in! We’ll definitely be back!

We fid a girls weekend to celebrate my daughter's upcoming wedding. We had 12 people and the house had plenty room for all of us. The owner was quick on responding to questions we had while there. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax.

We rented this house for my husband’s birthday. We had 9 adults and 5 children all stay together. It was perfect!! The house is beautiful. It has an open layout with a lot of bedrooms which was ideal. The property is gorgeous with amazing views. Drew was a fantastic host! I highly recommend this home and look forward to returning!

The house was ideal for our group of 6. The location on the lake is perfect and we were able to jet ski to the restaurants, state park and several little islands! The house could use a little TLC and updating but that didn’t hinder our enjoyment. Each night we relaxed by the fire pit or played games at the large dining room table. DSJ

We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful home. Great location on the lake. House has everything you need. Owner was incredibly helpful. Beds wer comfortable and rooms were spacious. We want to come back to stay here again. Kayaks were a great touch and so was the fire pit. Everything about it was wonderful. Definitely worth a visit.

Myself and family booked this house to celebrate my son’s graduation from USC and the house and stay was fantastic! The house was extremely spacious to accommodate my family of 9. Kitchen was well accommodated too! Homeowner was extremely accommodating as well as quick to respond to any questions asked. If I ever return to Chapin/Lake Murray I will definitely book here again!

Our family of 6 adults stayed for several days to attend the Masters golf tournament and enjoy fishing on the lake. Great location for both. Drew was responsive to questions we had. Would definitley stay again.

We had an amazing time and the lake views were stunning! I stayed here for a reunion with my college girlfriends. The home was lovely and had plenty of room for the 8 of us. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is absolutely amazing! The pictures are exactly what you will experience in-person. My sisters and cousins (12 females total) stayed here last weekend, and the house did not disappoint. There were enough beds and overall space for us to be together, yet have individual time. It was the level of relaxation we needed to bond and relax! My feedback has already been shared with the responsive home-owner but here are some things that you should keep in mind when booking. We were only able to fit a sedan and 3 small SUVs in the driveway. The road in/out is fairly narrow, so there isn’t any place for street parking. We came from FL, GA, SC, NC, and VA, so we were limited to sharing a ride. Luckily, my sister-in-law’s mother lives about 15 mins away, and allowed us to park 4 cars in her yard. You will need to limit or stagger showering time as water went cold fairly quickly…but again, there were 12 of us getting ready around the same time. Not an issue for us, but if your stay requires some privacy when getting dressed or “intimate activities”, the walkout door in the downstairs master does not have a curtain or blinds. The light must’ve blown out at the front door because it was extremely dark after sunset. We used the flashlights on our cells, so it worked out just fine. Even with these findings, I would book again with Drew, the homeowner. Repeating again, this house is absolutely amazing! The pictures are exactly what you will experience in-person.

We stayed at this location with some of my daughters track club members for a track meet at The University of South Carolina. House was immaculate!!! Owner very responsive and responds back almost immediately no matter when you reach out. He is very helpful going beyond suppling us with nearby restaurants, things to do, etc. This house is just at the photos and description shows. It honestly looks BETTER in person. And not to mention the gorgeous view of the lake! You would not be disappointment with your stay at this location. We will definitely book again for our next meet in Columbia!! A must see property!!

Just a great stay. Such a beautiful view and the layout of the house was perfect for gathering, playing games, watching Netflix or just being in the moment together. If folks are expecting glamorous or dazzling furnishings and utensils, might not meet lofty expectations, but we loved it and felt at home. Thank you!

We rented this property for a 3 generation Christmas gathering. The house was spacious and allowed everyone to have space. Especially loved the kitchen and breakfast space. Due to extreme low temperatures, we were not able to enjoy the outstanding outdoor spaces. Looking forward to renting again this summer so we can take full advantage of these spaces. Love that the little town of Chapin was not very far away for grocery stores and restaurants.

The house was perfect for our whole family to gather for Christmas. We had children ranging from newborn to 14 years old. There was a large table for many of us to eat together. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We look forward to coming back!

Drew’s lakefront home the perfect vacation getaway for our extended family. The house is beautiful and right on the water with magnificent views. There is tons of interior space, the kitchen is very well-stocked, and the house has luxurious modern decor. The beds were super comfy, and we all rested well after a long day at the USC football game. Drew was also very kind and accommodating and really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We will definitely look to stay at Drew’s place again the next time we are in town. Thanks, Drew!
