Close to the gondola as we were on a skiing trip. Cleaners did make the beds every day and tidy away washing up and provided fresh towels. WiFi was good.

The shower flooded the bathroom as no shower screen, fridge broke and leaked on lounge floor. Cleaners melted kids lunch box on hob. Our child collapsed on kitchen chair while sitting on it. Bed in lounge rock hard. Asked for extra pillows, never got them. Nightclub outside apartment, was extremely loud until 4am most nights. Kitchen poorly stocked I.e minimal glasses tiny mugs not enough bowls or spoons, no microwave. Staff never seen after day one. Broken chair never replaced for new one just removed from room.

parking, you dont get the key from the hotel parking, so you have to always ask someone.

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the gondola which is very useful when carrying your ski equipment. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

There is no microwave and it could have come in handy but we managed without.

Great location, in the center of Bansko town, 5 minutes on foot from the gondola lift, the restaurants, shops, etc. The reservation included parking for our car with no extra charge. The apartment (living room-kitchen, bedroom, bathroom) was spacious, clean, and very warm. There was housekeeping every day. Great wi-fi connection, and flat-screen TV with all the Greek TV stations (very rare in Bansko!).

The sofas, the bed and the pillows could have been a bit more comfortable. There were barely enough plates glasses and cups - the kitchen in general was not well equipped. The entire apartment could use some more light. In the bedroom, there is nowhere to store clothes.
