There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to make for a fourth sleeping area in the main house. All bedrooms in the main house have king beds. One bedroom also has bunk beds. So, there are 5 beds in bedrooms plus the queen sleeper (6) beds in the Main House. There are two dining areas in the Main House. One on each side of the kitchen. The apartment has a very large private bathroom with a walk-in shower. It has a kitchenette, and one private bedroom with two queen beds. On the lower level of the apartment is a large living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a regular sofa. So there are two sleeping areas in the apartment with three beds. The walls to the private bedroom and the private bath stop about 8-10 inches from the ceiling to allow for good ventilation. I have plants sitting on shelves there to take up the small space between the walls and the ceiling. Both the bedroom and bathroom lock and you cannot see into them through the opening at the ceiling without a ladder......unless you are 7.5 feet tall....... ***Please note that there is no extra charge for the apartment.
