We arrived to the condo with just a short drive from the airport. The Villa itself was very quiet and nicely decorated. Spacious living space and comfortable bed. I was a little surprised with the mold in the shower but … maybe that is hard to just remove, but other than that, the place was clean. We loved the balcony every morning and the beautiful view of the water! The beaches are very close and OH SO BEAUTIFUL!! We appreciated our first stay in Turks and we would definitely stay at Jacinthes place in the future. Thank you!

Perfect location in Turtle Cove area! This place was spotless, comfortable and well appointed! Views were amazing, walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Short drive to explore Taylor Bay, groceries, Sapodilla Bay beach and near airport. Thank you Jacinthe! Will come back and highly recommend!

A truly magnificent condo run by an extremely professional and friendly woman. Jacinthe was always available and eager to communicate, answering all questions we had, provide recommendations for activities and places to eat. She even went above and beyond and decorated the place for Valentine’s Day. Directions, which can be tricky in TCI, we’re clear and easy and we found the place without any trouble. She made the place feel right at home with a well stocked kitchen providing all the essential cookware, and even spices, to make some truly amazing dishes. The bed was extremely comfortable, the view amazing and the location perfect. In fact we joked about how everything was only ten minutes away. Want to go to Grace bay, 10 mins. Want to go to Chalk Sound (a must in my opinion), 10 mins. Want to go to the beach that is right in the view of your balcony and snorkel around the coral and sea grass for free with the provided snorkeling gear, that’s a 10 min walk. I truly cannot express how amazing this trip was with mere words, and Jacinthe’s place was truly at the heart of what made this trip so phenomenal.

This place has a beautiful view, is close to the beach. and good restaurants. If you want to just stay there at the pool, you can but most people do not. However, if you wnt to take chairs etc to the beach, it's a bit too far to walk. Best to have a car if you can tolerate the crazy driving. This is not an issue with our host of couse but the island in general. Something needs to be done.! The place was quiet except for an air conditioning unit close so keep in mind if you are sensitive to that type of low noise. The host provided everything you need including beach chairs and some toys. Appreciate the security on site.

This was our second time staying at this place and it was just as great as the first time. This time we were there for new year's and the place has a balcony with a great view to see all the fireworks on the beach from the various resorts. This went great with the complementary bottle of champagne to ring in the new year. The host is very responsive to any concerns and has plenty of supplies for the beach (snorkeling gear, chairs, umbrella). Would highly recommend to any one seeking an affordable yet wonderful stay in Turks and Caicos. We will definitely be back again.

Really enjoyed our early December stay!
The host build a helpful practice of “if you don’t finish something, leave it behind for the next guest.” In addition to a lot of snorkeling gear, the host also provided shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, aloe products for sunburn etc.
The space itself was a studio but felt much larger. It was beautifully laid out and thoughtfully decorated. The Brita pitcher in the fridge was a thoughtful touch, and we made ample use of the balcony for morning coffee/breakfast.
Highly recommend this place if you don’t feel the need to stay right in the heart of Grace Bay! My wife and I rented bikes from Scooter Bob’s (short walk), and it was an easy and safe ~20 minute bike ride on flat roads to get to Grace Bay. Totally doable and enjoyable if you’d like to avoid renting a car!

This is the second time my husband and I stayed in this condo and loved every minute of it! The pictures are spot on. It’s fully stocked with everything you need and very clean. Access to the beach is very convenient. We will be back! ❤️

The kitchen was stocked with condiments and every possible utensil. There was snorkeling gear in the closet, which was great. The beach is a 5 minutes walk, first on a sidewalk along a small street, and then on sandy and clean path, more like a nature walk. The resort itself is small but well maintained and felt safe. There are no guards but gates have keyed entry and the grounds have cameras. Turks Wave coffee shop with decent espresso etc. is within few minutes walk.
Negatives: noise and lack of storage space.
The balcony overlooks a cluster of AC units with constant noise both day and night. The pool wasn't packed but popular at all times, including 7 am and midnight. Apartments below have direct access to it. The street is quiet, with hardly any cars.
Condo has closets but two of them and some vanity and kitchen drawers were locked so there wasn't much space. Shower has multiple shelves.
Having a car is a must, IGA supermarket was a nice surprise. It is about twice as expensive as US but very well stocked.

Big Birthday Celebration
We had a wonderful time in Turks and especially the condo. The view of Grace Bay was awesome and we had easy access to the beach/snorkeling. The condo had everything we needed and located perfectly with access to all parts of the island only a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.
Jacinthe was an excellent host, helping me set up a surprise for my wifes birthday. She also provided ample instructions and recommends during our stay.

Great location and beautiful, clean condo. Nice quiet neighborhood, but close enough to the Grace Bay area. Communication was great and check-in easy. Gorgeous views of the beach and sunset. Pools were never crowded and everything we needed was in the unit.

This property is just as described! A short walk away from the beautiful beach. It was clean and well-kept. We happened to go during the low season so it was pretty isolated and restaurants were closed for vacations, but Jacinthe's condo made us feel right at home and allowed us to have a nice and relaxing vacation.

Everything was exactly the way it was represented to me. That might sound silly but to me when I do a lot of research and finally decide on a destination I expect to get what I paid for. This property did not disappoint. Condo is in a great location, has a beautiful view, and had everything we needed for a beautiful week.

Loved the View
Very comfortable with a breath-taking view. Pictures of the condo on VRBO are exactly they way it looks -- modern, clean, with all the essentials. Jacinthe answer all our questions quickly and was very helpful. Good location -- beaches, grocery store, restaurants just a few minutes drive from the condo. Highly recommend.

Loved it!
We would stay here again! It had everything we needed: beach chairs, snorkel gear, decently stocked kitchen, etc. My only complaint is that the refrigerator cooling knob was broken and froze all of the (expensive) food we had purchased. The location is great- a short distance from central Grace Bay- so it's a bit quieter, but close enough to drive over easily. It was also very clean. The view is lovely.

Overall Excellent Stay
Pros: The studio was as described in the listing and pictures. Beautiful but distant ocean view was nice to wake up to. Unit is well stocked with everything you need including beach chairs and umbrella. All appliances and AC work well. Bed is comfortable. Great natural light during daytime. Jacinthe responds quickly on WhatsApp.
Cons: Needs better artificial light as unit is somewhat dark at night. There is a cap on utilities which is the only thing I really didn’t like. We don’t waste electricity/water. At the same time I’m on vacation and I don’t want to worry if I’m exceeding the allowance. Further there is no way to know how much electricity/water you have used. You only find out after checkout. Fortunately we were under the allowance so our full deposit was refunded. Overall excellent stay but I would recommend Jacinthe remove the utilities cap from the contract.

Piece of Paradise
LOVED this perfect gem. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, immaculate! Smooth check in/out process was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay with breath-taking views from the balcony any time of the day. Although we didn't use the kitchen as much as expected, any utensil you could need is supplied. The snorkel gear and beach chairs/umbrella were icing on the cake for the short walk to the nearby beaches. I can't wait to go back. Thank you for letting us relax in your perfect piece of paradise!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Organized, clean, delicious food close by. Beach is in walking distance. Pool is great and you wake up to beautiful breathtaking views. Having a kitchen is a big plus and made it all the better. Jacinthe thinks about everything to make your stay comfortable. It was a great stay.

TCI - Condo at Turtle Cove
Excellent studio, couldn't have asked for a better location away from the large resorts. Each morning went to the beach and would not see anyone until at least 11 am and even then - just a few people. Unit was clean, with all the amenities we needed. Thanks so much Jacinthe!

Amazing all around!
My best friend and I stayed here for 4 days on a girls' trip. We cannot thank Jacinthe enough for her customer service and her cozy, well-equipped, clean, and safe apartment!
We reached out to Jacinthe a few times throughout our stay, and she responded immediately and was very helpful. You can tell that she is an experienced host: The check in/out process was so simple, she was very communicative, and the experience was well thought out. She provides a phone that you can use on the island to call taxis, which was an amazing touch. Appliances were all state of the art (a luxury for two young professionals).
The condo itself was VERY clean and exactly like it is shown in the pictures! The location was perfect for us--away from the crowded resort areas, but still within a short distance. The view is breathtaking as well. There was a lot to do in the small Bight area. Right out of the condo complex were some small businesses, and it looked like they were expanding. The pool area was a HUGE plus! Gorgeous views and a calm area.
We are so grateful that Jacinthe suggested and has a great relationship with the taxi service Reuben. He was always 10 minutes away. We felt very, very safe with him and he was very reliable. This was the cherry on top of our amazing few days. It takes a weight off of your shoulders to not worry about transportation in a foreign country.
I suggest this property to everyone... it was simply amazing.
