We had a great time at this Charlestown beach house! The house was great (my kids loved the bunk beds!) and it was a 2 minute drive to the private beach parking lot near blue shutters . We also really enjoyed the fire pit at night. Thanks!

Adorable Quonnie like cottage. Upset new Poland spring refill not done as too heavy for us to do and bottle almost completely empty. Would like QEBA pass but Saca not n=bad option. Beach cooler way too dirty to use and no hose to watch things out etc. overall I liked it.

This property has ample room for a family. We were 4 adults and 3 children and a corgi. Beds were comfortable. A big plus is central air conditioning, two bathrooms washer and dryer, outdoor shower and well equipped kitchen. The only thing we would like but knew we could not get here was a place closer to the beach. It is mile down the road so we needed to use our vehicle to bring all our stuff to the associations beach. I do recommend this property if you don't mind not being right on the beach or even a block away. .

We loved it! Spacious, perfect for kids and dog. We rode bikes to the beach, kayaked in pond, just perfect.

The house was very clean and a week at the beach with just what we needed! Plenty of space and a nice set up for our family. Thank you!

We enjoyed the house very much. The layout is quirky due to the additions over time to the original footprint of the house, but that added to the beach-house fun feeling. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking, beds were comfy. The outside shower was perfect after long days on the beach and the kids appreciated being able to get on WiFi!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed, plenty of space for our family. The outdoor fireplace was a bonus and beach access was ideal.
