This was our second stay at this property. It’s super nice and the landscaping is amazing!!!! Nicely furnished and very private and quiet.

I thought it was a very good place. everything clean and organized we loved the stay.

Everyone in my group loved this house. They provided everything we needed. The house was very clean and spacious. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, and extra blankets. My girls loved the outside shower. It was especially useful after a day at the beach. Angie was quick to respond to any questions I had. I will definitely stay here again if we visit the Venice area.

House is very nice and private! Beautiful pool area just outside of screened Florida room. Spacious family room with comfy furniture and additional dining table and chairs. The master bedroom king bed was so comfortable. My husband and I slept really well during our stay. The kitchen is really nice and well stocked for preparing meals. We experienced two minor issues: The tap water was unpleasant smelling during the first 3-4 days. We think this happens when the water isn’t run for long periods of time. We are not familiar with navigating dish tv so we weren’t able to use the tvs. All in all this is a great property! The property manager communicated with us very well when necessary.

Beyond our expectations! The property was spacious, well-appointed and maintained. We treated it as if it was our own home. Enjoyed every minute of it! Would definitely stay there again.

We had the most enjoyable time at this amazing property. Conveniently located to literally everything (beaches, restaurants, shopping...) but nestled in a quiet neighborhood with ultra privacy. The house had everything you would want/need with plenty of room to spread out, lounge around and relax. The backyard pool was truly special. Thank you!

It was a great stay for my parents, my wife and I with our two boys both under 2. Definitely the private beach is the best part. Especially that we were there over Memorial weekend and every beach was packed but the private beach had so much area and its perfect for little kids because it's not deep for a while. We absolutely loved the pool in the evenings. All the stores were super close like a two minute drive. Walmart, target etc. One of the best parts was Angie as a host. She gave us our privacy and not to mention, we lost our pass to the private beach on the fourth or fifth evening and she literally had a new one the next early morning. Great host! People if you anything ever happens, just give angie a ring. She will be on top of things!

Property is accurately represented in pictures. Ferry pass is wonderful. The beach is great during low tide. FYI- for now you need face masks to ride the ferry.

The house was even better than expected. It is beautifully furnished with lush landscaping and very private pool. Very quiet neighborhood and the private beach was super nice. We had a well deserved, relaxing vacation.

We really thankful to get chance to rent for our vacation that amazing property with private pool and access to private City Beach. Plants all around the house makes it so tropical and gorgeous. Quiet and convenient location

We had a great stay for over two weeks and whenever we had a question or needed help, Angie responded quickly and helped us. Wonderful property and felt like home!

If you are looking for a great house to stay in, you have found it! House is in great location to beaches, restaurants, attractions, and stores. House was clean, and well equipped. Property manager was great, and fast to address any questions or issues!

Was. It impressed with outside of house but beautiful inside.

Extensive renovations are obvious and make the property a comfortable, easy stay. There are nooks and crannies for everyone to spread out from a TV area, to a screened porch, to poolside. A very pleasant surprise in an older, established neighborhood. There are a few turns required to get to the property, but nothing the GPS couldn't handle. Will definitely stay there again, vacancy permitting!

The place was filled with high quality items that we were able to use during our stay. The dishes, towels, kitchen items, etc. were all higher end items. The grounds were very nicely landscaped. The check in process was a breeze. Having the pass to the ferry to the private beach was an unexpected bonus. The only 2 very minor issues were the dust bunnies under the beds & the slipperiness of the master bath shower. It was a great place to stay & I highly recommend!

This home is beyond awesome! You can’t even tell you’re in a neighborhood. The landscaping and wooden fencing makes it feel completely secluded. The home itself is large and well planned out with lots of natural light which is always an important feature for me. When you walk in the front door you are greeted with 2 skylights that shine over the kitchen. Beyond that, you can see straight through to the back of the house (which we called the tv room) where there are very large windows that showcase the surrounding landscape. At times it was like the widows weren't even there and it looked like the plants were actually in the house! Really neat effect. There is a lanai off to the side of the tv room and that leads out to the pool. The pool was clean and very well kept and we used it several times a day. There is also an outside shower we used a lot. The pool is not covered and we were originally concerned about mosquitos being a problem but they really weren’t. There were four of us and due to the layout of the home everyone was able to have privacy if desired. There are 3 spacious bedrooms. Master is on one side of the house with a king size bed and bath with shower attached. The other 2 bedrooms, with queen beds, were on the other side of the house and they shared a hallway bathroom. There is a also what we called a siting room at the front of the house. The house is decorated nicely. There is a beachy theme feel to the house but it is very simplistic and sophisticated, but not fussy or over the top. We were greeted by Angie’s husband, Gary when we arrived as he was at the house fixing a light. He and Angie live across the street and are available when needed. For example, one night one of the fire alarms kept going off. There was no issue other than it needed to be replaced apparently. Gary came and got it and replaced it with a new one the next day. I would say the only negative is that the neighborhood has a mixture of well taken care of properties and not so well taken care of properties. For example, the home to the left had a couple of non working vehicles in their front yard. When you’re at the home though this is not something you notice and this would never stop us from staying here again. I hesitated a bit to tell you all how great this house is because I kind of want it all to myself! The owners have a really special home here and I’m so gratefull they are willing to share it with others. I can’t wait to stay here again!

This was the place of all places that we have ever stayed at in our over 20 years of coming to Florida! And we have stayed in some nice places! First: The host Angie was truly exceptional with every detail! And I mean every detail! Second: The place was truly outstanding! Large open space with all the amenities! Great bedrooms and the beds were super comfortable! Third and the best was the area landscaping and pool - Truly a feeling of being in a tropical paradise - If you didn't have to go anywhere, beach, etc. you could spend your entire stay in this amazing landscaped property! Also, everything you'll want to see and do is with 10-20 minutes - The Beaches - Private Beach Ferry - Downtown - The Pier - Fine dining - Shopping, etc. Recommend highly going to the North Jetty for amazing waves, bird life, dolphin watching and amazing sun set!! All in all our family of 5 had one of our best holidays ever here in Florida! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Angie!!

The house was in an excellent location, well appointed, felt very private. Property manager was quick to respond to all messages. We will stay again!

We enjoyed our vacation very much ....the over all house layout, decor and comfort made us feel right at home. The bright windows along back of house were superb ....showing the tropical foliage and trees that provided excellent privacy and beauty. There was a front sitting area plus a separate family room and also a screened in back lanai/porch with stylish furniture. The open kitchen area included very nice appliances, a large desk and 3 counter chairs. There were 3 large bedrooms (with comfortable beds) and 2 bathrooms.

We had a great time. This is a nicely appointed home and very private surrounded by lush foliage. It's just a short drive to Manasota Beach or even shorter to the South Venice Beach Ferry. Historic Venice is loaded with shops and restaurants (yummy gelato), and we spent plenty of time just relaxing by the pool. We look forward to staying here again.
