The total sleeping capacity is of this property is 10 guests when travelling with children, however, if travelling without children then no more than 6 adults are permitted to stay. Moona Beach House is a very comfortable home located right on the shores of the popular Jervis Bay swimming spot of Moona Moona Creek. Location On your doorstep: Waterfront reserve, Moona Moona Creek, Husky to Vincentia bike path, Bushland mountain biking tracks A short walk: Collingwood Beach, Huskisson Beach, Huskisson Town Centre, Children s Playground Views: Water views Property - Layout: Single level home with open plan kitchen and living areas - Guests: Sleeps 10 (maximum of 6 adults only), plus infants in cots - Kitchen: Spacious Open plan kitchen, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Large fridge, Microwave - Bathrooms: Original bathroom (in good condition) with shower and toilet. Additional bathroom combined with laundry has shower and toilet. Whilst there is no bath, we can provide a baby bath upon request. - Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning in lounge room; Ceiling fan in bedroom 4; Pedestal fans and oil column heaters - Access/dangers: No fence between property and water, children will need to be supervised. - Parking: Off road parking in driveway, Garage not available to guests - Outdoor Space: Large deck over looking the water, Large yard, front and back - Laundry: Top loading washing machine, Clothes Dryer, Clothes line - WiFi: Yes - Pets: One well behaved dog permitted (road side yard is fully fenced. Beach side yard is not fenced) Bedrooms Linen: Beds will be made up and beach towels supplied, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and washers are also supplied Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Water views Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Water views Bedroom 3: Two sets of Bunk Beds (4 singles) Bedroom 4 (converted garage): Queen bed; Ceiling fan; Ensuite bathroom (combined laundry). This bedroom has a separate entrance from the main house.

Location was absolutely amazing - beach just steps away that you can see you kids play in sand from the deck. Playarea just few meters away made this an excellent holiday destination for us. I can't wait to book it again:)

The weekend was a send off for my.mother who absolutely loved Huskisson. The family all got together and did a memorial/send off on the foreshore to the lagoon. The house and the view we had just made an even better send off for mum. We all enjoyed the house immensely. Would definitely go back. I have given a high recommendation to all my work colleagues and friends. Thank you

Moona Beach House presents as an older well established home that has been beautifully renovated to accommodate those who wish to spend a day or 10 days soaking up the sun at some of the beautiful beaches, only walking distance away. Moona Moona creek when shallow is amazing to explore and watch the world go by, offering shallow pools to swim and walk in. we only wish the 'cleaners' had checked the dish washer. containing a full load of dirty dishes and glass wear which we had originally thought the property did not have......wonderful week away

Great location, beach right there and bike path. The yard was well fenced for our little dog. The house could of been cleaned a bit better after last visitors and we did end up running out of hot water. But we enjoyed our stay.
