About this house rental
3 Tumalo is a beautifully renovated home featuring 4 bedrooms. The perfect light & bright floor plan w/wood burning stone fireplace in the vaulted great room. The kitchen has been updated with granite tile counter tops, wood flooring and is fully stocked with all the amenities you will need while enjoying your Sunriver vacation. The amazing deck is complete w/hot tub, BBQ and patio furniture plus a huge common area to enjoy the forested feel. It is an easy walk or bike ride to the amazing Nature Center & Observatory. The SHARC center is about a 5 minute car ride away or feel adventurous and hop on one of the 6 adult bicycles in the garage and take the scenic way! 3 Tumalo is located in close proximity to the Deschutes river where there are many nature trails for your exploration. Ping Pong, Basketball Hoop, and 10 SHARC passes are included! We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled. This home has A/C! Sleeps 12 DOWNSTAIRS: - Kitchen/Dining/Living/Laundry - Bedroom 1 -King Master/bath UPSTAIRS: - Bedroom 2 -King Master/bath - Bedroom 3 -Queen bedroom - Bedroom 4 - Set of Twin Bunks + Twin Window Bed - Shared hall bathroom - Cozy loft features a queen size sleeper sofa and a TV. This home was a perfect match for our three generation vacation. Room for all of us and some space to have time together as well as time apart. Very well appointed and extremely comfortable beds and bedding! We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

This was a great stay with our family! There was everything you need- plenty of comfortable beds, kitchen was fully stocked and a great dining table for dinners and games. We would definitely stay at this place again!

Very warm, welcoming home after a long journey. Comfortable beds. Woodsy yet modern and elegant. Close to a lot of fun things to do. Liked fully supplied kitchen set up. Plenty of beds for the family, especially liked the bunk beds for the kids. SHARC passes were wonderful. Bathroom packs in each bathroom. Beautiful area for walking and biking. Loved watching the deer outside the back porch. Hot tub was ready to go and a great way to warm up after a day of fishing in ice cold water.

The home was exactly as described and had all the things needed for our family. We wished we could have stayed an extra day. There was so much to see and do.

We had a lovely 6 night stay here. The were 6 adults and 3 kids. The main floor suite was perfect for my parents. The very large bunk bed room was a great space for our kids. The kitchen was very well stoked with everything you could possibly need. We cooked every meal of our trip. The extra refrigerator in the garage was helpful for drinks. My parents enjoyed their coffee in the two chairs facing the front window and had views of the deer that would walk right across the way from the front yard. Great location in the Sunriver area near the nature center. We used the hot tub nightly after mountain biking and exploring the area. We will definitely be back again.

Stayed at the house with 6 family members for a long weekend of golf. The house was well stocked, bedrooms were large, and the beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've seen in a rental in a very long time. Communication from renter was timely and checking in was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking in the Sunriver area.

We love the house! Love the cul-de-sac where the kids can ride their bikes. Awesome cruiser bicycles.
Nice to be able to just walk down to the pond and the nature center. We will for sure stay at this house again!

We needed a house to stay in for my moms funeral. It was perfect. Very clean, beds comfortable. Plenty of games and movies. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but it was well stocked with spices. I puke definitely stay again. Close to Village

This lovely home in Sunriver is so comfortable, warm, and close to everything. The interior spaces and hot tub are well-maintained and spotless. The beds all very comfortable, and the layout gave our three couples plenty of privacy. Thank you!

We wanted a last minute New Years getaway with family to Sunriver and found this gem! The layout of the bedrooms was perfect to accommodate our two families. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table and everyone biked to the village in the snow. We will be coming back for sure!

The house was so peaceful surrounded by trees in a quiet neighborhood. Large open floor plan with a dining table that fit all 10 of us and a comfy living room with gas fire place that kept us all toasty. The home came with so many amenities including beach towels, which we used at the indoor pool. The SHARC Passes were a nice bonus. TV's in every room, comfy beds with extra blankets if needed. Bathrooms had liquid hand soap, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner & lotion. Kitchen came fully stocked with everything we needed for our group. The hot tub was so relaxing for the adults when the kiddos were sleeping. We all had a great time and thank the hosts for their wonderful home rental.

Well appointed home with everything you need for family fun!
The Kitchen was well stocked(maybe add a couple of non stick skillets:)
6 bikes, ping pong, basketball hoop, great deck, and wonderful floor plan!
There were plenty of towels, furniture, and comfortable beds.
Just a few minor suggestions:
1.Maybe add soap products for refills.
2.The blue gray bike closest to the door to the house has handlebars that are stripped and won't stay up.
3.Would be nice to have a binder with TV instructions since it took us a while to it figure out.
All in all we are so happy we stayed at 3 Tumalo Lane.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay in this spacious, attractive, well equipped house. The hosts responded quickly to one question that came up. We recommend it highly as a comfortable, quiet, and well located vacation home.

This was our third trip to Sunriver but the first at this property. Speaking of Sunriver, we were disappointed that the brewery has apparently dropped fish and chips from the menu and the grandkids were unable to swim at SHAC since attendance was limited due to “staffing issues”.
But at least the house was great. The physical layout with a master down and the other bedrooms up was perfect for our group. This allowed we grandparents some early morning coffee on the deck time to ourselves. Plenty of room in the kitchen and a comfortable living room.
One thing worth mentioning… unless the owner would provide one, bring along a coated frying pan but otherwise the kitchen is well supplied.
We'll schedule next year as soon as we can decide on the dates.

Very nice home. Accomodated 10 of us easily. Clean house, great location, very comfortable beds. Loved the large deck and lawn area for Corn Hole. We would rent again but need to stay longer next time.

We loved our stay in this home. It has a spacious living area and wonderful deck with a green lawn. Perfect for kids. The beds we very comfy, and the home came with bikes, ping pong and pickleball paddles. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend this home for your family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay and would return. The house was fully furnished with everything you need with nice quality furnishings. Bikes were in great shape, BBQ was in great shape. Hot tub was clean. Check everything when you leave. We left a new Ninja blender by accident, so now the house should have a good blender too.

Great Spring Break Home!
The house was exactly like pictured! Great location, kids loved jumping on the bike and riding to the village, pool, etc. Hot tub was nice and hot! Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Close enough to Bend to enjoy but far enough away for peace and quiet. We had two family units and it was great!

Want a great vacay?
This place has it all. We have a large family and this could accommodate 12. It's an absolutely beautiful home with a gas fireplace and the kitchen is designed well so a few people can cook at a time. We loved having the access to bikes to ride the trails. And of course the hot tub!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Sunriver. The location was great! Tucked away on a col-de-sac, trail passed by in the backyard with easy access to hop on for bike rides or walks. We noticed many of the other homes in Sunriver backed up to a busy road and this one did not, just the trail and trees.
The Bikes were a nice touch. We also loved the hot tub, multiple times per day. The layout of the house was very open and great for people hanging in the kitchen, living room, or even upstairs with the open loft, everyone felt a part of the action. The kitchen was well stocked.
We also loved having a wood burning fire in the fireplace each day/night.
A couple of things I would recommend updating: the spark arrestor screen on the fireplace was rusty and bent, it was difficult to open and close each time which may have been why there were a couple spark marks on the carpet, where someone just didn't bother closing the screen because it did not really work. A new screen may eliminate future burns.
Also, although there were a LOT of pillows, probably two per person which was amazing, every pillow was a soft down pillow that your head sank all the way to the mattress. I really appreciated the multiple pillows but another improvement suggestion would be to have multiple types for different sleeping preferences.
Again, those were only a couple suggestions, the house was great and we would certainly stay their again. Thank you for sharing it.
