We absolutely loved our stay!!! The place was clean and the neighborhood was perfect. Everything you need is around you...the beach, restaurants and stores were so close. The porch was also so useful to just sit outside and relax with a nice cup of coffee :) Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back for sure! We also took a boat trip on Mo and Elaine's boat which was the highlight of our stay! We are so glad we decided to go. We got to see areas we would not have seen on our own. We stopped by this amazing restaurant and got to eat on the boat. This was one of our favorite parts of the trip! Thank you Elaine and Mo!! We already want to come back :(

The owner of this property was terrific. He clearly cares about the property, and wants the guests to have a good time. This is a clean, safe spot. We were a group of two adults and two children. We had plenty of room, and a comfortable stay. You can see the beach from the balcony, and the sand is only steps away! What a wonderful place, with a fantastic host!

If I say this place is awful, maybe it'll remain a hidden gem I can always book again. But the truth is, the property was outstanding, the location is great, the place is very comfortable and clean, and we had everything we need. As for the owners, I could rave about Mo and Elaine for days. They are the kindest, most generous hosts, and they make the experience top-notch. Thanks so much for everything! This was the highlight of our summer, and we can't wait to return ASAP!

First and foremost the location of the property is extravagant. Everything you need is just a cast away. Not to mention we were welcomed with open arms. Anything that we needed was already there and anything we wanted was just a phone call away! By far the best place to stay if your looking for the greatest location on the East coast.

Place is fantastic! To the warm greeting by Mo the cookies waiting on the boys this beach house is perfection steps away from the boardwalk and the beach with the inter coastal on the other side of the street. Mo gave us tips on where to eat checked on us daily for anything we needed and also suggested kayaking for the boys which they loved!! Thanks again for making us feel welcome and for being so accommodating!! Would definitely stay here again

We were a party of four returning to Baltimore from South America via Mo and Elaine's stupendous digs. Great location, comfy beds, quiet, well-stocked, just everything we needed for a few days of R&R, but steps from the beach and plenty of action if we wanted it. Mo met us there, helped with our many bags, made us cookies and provided us with beer and even the Nut Pods I prefer in my coffee. He brought us much-needed bagels the first morning we were there and checked in via text periodically to make sure everything was ok. I've stayed in a bunch of vacation rentals and this was top notch. Would definitely stay again!

1. Super close to the beach! Half a block at most. 2. Close to lots of restaurants (be sure and try the carnitas hard shell taco at the taco on the corner near this rental.). 3. Plenty of music to listen and dance to at night. Open the windows to enjoy the local music wafting in or close the windows and enjoy complete silence. No noise at night while sleeping was pleasant. 4. Two spacious bedrooms, living room, and big kitchen. Outdoor balcony was nice. Bed was super comfortable with nice pillows. 5. This is a house made into 2 different units, one upstairs and one downstairs. I was in the upstairs unit and could see small views of the ocean and the swaying palm trees. And super clean. 6. Smart TV. 7. MO is an awesome host. Very attentive to any of your needs. I would definitely stay here again. 😀�

Wow, what a wonderful experience! This is a comfy, clean, spacious and well appointed home in a great location - right in the middle of the boardwalk but enough distance away from it to be quiet at night. Everything was top-notch (air conditioning, beds, shower, etc.). We especially liked the large smart TVs when we wanted to relax in the evenings. Mo is very attentive even though all necessities are already provided. We feel like we have a new friend. We are looking forward to returning for many years!

Mo was an absolute pleasure, besides his top-notch hospitality & willingness to assist us in every aspect of our trip. The house was well furnished and equipped, beds comfy, shower and bathrooms accommodating. It has been a while since I've stayed in a hotel when I visit Florida and this location and home is one of the reasons I love the choice to rent homes for my stay... I will be adding it to the favorites...

The house is in perfect condition and is half a block from the beach and the Hollywood boardwalk. My family made one trip to the Zoo but otherwise they were perfectly happy enjoying all of the restaurants and activities within walking distance.

The host was very accommodating, we had a great time. The house is well maintained and so close to beach!

Brian was super accommodating and the 2BR apt was perfect for 2 guys down for a golf trip. A block from the beach, the morning and afternoon swims bookended a perfect trip. The apt is comfortable with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and everything else we needed. Just a great stay.

MO went above and beyond as a gracious host in his beautiful home. He checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. This is THE place to stay in Hollywood Beach. The property is located a few steps to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc, but if you want to get away from it all, the new windows made the inside very quiet. I also enjoyed sitting outside in the comfortable chairs on the front porch under the swaying palms. I will definitely stay here again whenever I return to the area. If I could rate MO and his property higher than a 5* rating, I definitely would! Thank you for everything MO . . . . from the cookies upon our arrival to checking in with us when we landed during a bad storm to seeing what kind of coffee we would like to recommending restaurants and to allowing us to check out later due to a late flight! You do not find many people like MO these days that pay such close attention to detail. No need to look at any other place to stay when visiting Hollywood Beach, because this is it! I had never used Air BNB before this and Mo made us feel at home, making sure we didn't need anything. he actually texted me daily to make sure we were comfortable and making sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. The house more than met my expectations and gain, the location was ideal. Next trip will be with the family instead of a golf vacation and I'm positive they'll love it as much as I did. We had a great vacation in Brians wonderful house near the beach (only a few steps!), bars and restaurants. Even a Bakery and a small market are just a few steps away. Mo's apartment is everything we had hoped for: a perfect location close to restaurants, shops, and the beach; and a super-well-equipped clean home with every comfort. We will definitely return!

From the initial meet with Brian we immediately felt at home, not only were there warm, chocolate chip cookies to greet us, but a nice, clean, comfortable home, steps from the beach as well. From past experiences (other places we have stayed) we stopped and picked up stuff we thought we would need, but were pleasantly surprised with all that was provided. The location was ideal, in the heart of activities, two blocks up from Margarittaville (live concerts Wed-Sunday nights). Brian was a very attentive host, checking in frequently to make sure we were ok. If I could give higher than a 5, I would,

My sister and I stayed for a week at Mo's place. The house was very recently remodeled and everything was up to par! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated having the washer and dryer in the unit. Our host was very attentive and checked in with us a couple of times. I can't say anything negative about this place. We will certainly consider going back in the future. The pictures don't represent how nice this place really is.

Just a few steps from the beach. Secluded for a good nights rest. Close to bars!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Our absolute BEST Hollywood Beach vacation spot we have had in the past 6 years!!!! Extremely comfortable and spacious unit! The beds are soft and comfy and bedrooms are far enough apart that they feel private. Lots of extra towels and bedding. Kitchen is fully stocked and there's plenty of seating around the dining room table for family meals. Love the smart TVs and the keyless door entry. After a nice day on the beach, it was wonderful to sit on the front porch and relax. Excellent restaurants nearby and a great little place to get coffee steps away from the house. Parking is perfect! Plenty of beach chairs were provided as well sand toys for the kids. Clean, clean clean and renovated! Mo and Elaine were an absolute pleasure to work with. Mo responded immediately to any of our concerns and is very knowledgeable about local sites and activities. After six years of spending winter break in Hollywood beach-this has been the best experience we had and can't wait to come back next year! Thanks Mo & Elaine
