This relaxing and coastal casual townhouse is less than 80 yards from the entrance to the iconic Torrey Pines State Beach, and an easy walk to the lagoon, coffee shop, restaurants and convenience store, all located on the same street. Situated in the beautifully landscaped Sea Point community with amenities galore, this complex includes, 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts, sand volleyball court, a playground, clubhouse, recreation room and 5 acre private park. The private, attached, 1-car garage provides easy, direct access and lots of space, and eliminates the need for street parking. It is a 2 level unit, has no neighbors above or below, a balcony off the living area perfect for people-watching, plus completely private, front and back patio areas. A/C, an open fully-equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine (for Vertuo pods), dining area and living room make entertaining a breeze. We enjoyed our stay. It was cozy, clean and a fantastic location. It had everything we needed and was so convenient to be able to park in the garage. Walking down to the local coffee shop was a highlight! The host was very easy to communicate with and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We will be back!

Wow! Such a beautiful property in Del Mar! This was the perfect place to stay for my teenage daughters and myself. Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, clean, walk to the ocean, garage, laundry, two gorgeous swimming pools, walk to local coffee shop and restaurants, and a short drive to downtown Del Mar. The owner is beyond gracious and met us at check-in to get us acquainted with the property and amenities. I can't thank her enough for such a relaxing stay in her lovely home. Don't hesitate to book this true gem! We hope to stay here again. Thank you, Angelica!

Perfect location to explore San Diego and the surrounding areas. Less than a five-minute walk to the Torrey Pines beach and short drives to Del Mar, La Jolla, and downtown San Diego. Easy to get north to Carlsbad, Encinitas, etc. as well.
The townhome provided great space and all bedrooms were on the same floor. Clean and user friendly.
The private community had two pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, and even a park/playground (only open to the neighborhood).
The host was a pleasure to work with - hospitable, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable of the area (attractions, restaurants, etc.). We will be back!

This was an excellent location within a little community called SeaPoint. Across from Torrey Pines State Park and walking distance to a coffee shop & pizza restaurant. The owner cares very much about her property and was sure to show us how to access the community pools, tennis courts, and more! She was easy to communicate with and the place had everything we needed to cook meals and do laundry. Sports equipment in the garage and plenty of extra blankets/pillows for comfort in closets. I would stay here again with my family.

This two-level condo is situated in a nice communities with amenities including 2 pools and hot tubs. It is walking distance from the beach and beautiful hikes and walks. You are just minutes from all the great beach towns as well as the city of San Diego. My entire family enjoyed a new adventure each day. We would definitely return.

This home has everything we needed for a great summer vacation! Located across the street from the Torry Pines beach entrance and fully stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach(towels, chairs, cooler, boogie boards); it was easy to spend a day at the beach with the family. We also enjoyed the tennis courts, and pool on the property.
The house was clean and bright with amazing ocean views. I hope to stay here again.

We stayed at this property while visiting the area to see my son who just relocated to the San Diego area. This location has to be one of the most scenic in the San Diego area. This property was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. Angelica was a gracious host who was responsive and helpful . The beach was within walking distance as was Torrey Pines Reserve. Beautiful Del Mar also a stone’s throw away. You will not be disappointed with this property or the location. We hope to be back.

Loved our time in Del Mar. Property is centrally located and convenient to the beaches. Host was always available and helpful. Unit is located on a busy street but we enjoyed watching the people, traffic and coastal train. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved this property. Angelica was so easy to work with, even meeting us on-site to make sure we got settled in. We've stayed at lots of rental places, and she went above and beyond. A quick walk to the beach, easy to get around, and a super comfy place to hang out. We'll be back!

This is a wonderful property with a great location. It's within walking distance of the Torrey Pines beach, as well as a relatively short walk to a trail upward overlooking the beach. The gracious and extremely accommodating and pleasant host (Angelica) showed us around the property when we checked in. The townhouse is quite comfortable (including the beds). Everything you need for the beach is provided, including a rolling wagon to put towels, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped. Del Mar is beautiful, and well-located for journeys downtown or elsewhere. Groceries are a short drive away, and many restaurants are within either walking distance or a short drive. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Excellent Place to Stay for Beach Vacation
Our family stayed for a wonderful week. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach and in Del Mar and San Diego. The house was wonderfully clean and comfortable, and had all the beach toys and tools we needed to have fun with a quick walk to the beach! Easy to get to everything, and we particularly enjoyed sunset views, hearing the ocean from the deck, and walks to Torrey Pines. We'll be back for sure!! Recommend highly for family vacations!

When they say “location,” this place is IT! Right across from Torrey Pines….literally a 5 min walk and you’re on the beach! Angelica has everything you could need for it too from beach chairs, to boogie boards, to umbrellas.
The complex also has an amazing pool and a 5 acre open space that is great for walks. Roberto’s and Bird Rock Coffee Roasters are both great and within walking distance.

My sister and our 3 kids met up here for a wonderful family vacation to San Diego. This condo is conveniently located near the 5, local restaurants and shops and right across the street from Torrey Pines state park which has beach access and spectacular hiking trails. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook some of our meals in. The 2 bedrooms slept our families of 5 people comfortably. The patio provided nice views across to the state park (although there is some traffic on Carmel Valley, it did not bother us). We used the pool and hot tub in the complex and essentially had it to ourselves-how awesome! Angelica was great at keeping us posted about check in/check out and readily available for questions. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Great beach condo
This condo was perfect for my daughter, granddaughter and myself In July. It had everything we could possibly need, such as a great variety of beach chairs and toys and comfortable beds and furniture, etc...
