Pelican Circle is Coastal Lakefront\/Private Beach!!
About this house rental
Located in Seacrest, this charming house for $709 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! **Please note: This is a fuss-free, low-key house. You'll have everything you need to feel comfortable and at home inside, and the very best of 30A beaches outside - no jockeying for beach space, etc. since the beach is completely private. You're also in the heart of 30A so everything is accessible by bike. That said, if you prefer pampering and need someone to change the lightbulb if it goes out, this is probably not the house for you. Now, more about your stay: Lay out on your private beach in the morning. Kayak in your backyard on the rare coastal dunes lake of Camp Creek in the afternoon. Wind down the day on your private dock, just in time to see the sun set on 30A's sugar sand dunes. This fully renovated modern bungalow features all-new appliances and furniture designed for low-key families who like easy, convenient, and fuss-free beach vacations. The best part, however, is the location. You're steps away from your own private beach, making it easy to set up for the day, then walk back for lunch or snacks. If you prefer fishing, paddleboarding, or kayaking, walk outside in your backyard--this home is lakefront with its own private dock and paddleboard/kayak launch on Camp Creek Lake, a rare coastal dune that breaches (opens) into the ocean. Located SOUTH of 30A (which means no busy roads to cross) in a safe, quiet neighborhood, your kids can ride bikes around the circle or catch the 30A bike path to nearby Seaside, Alys, Watersound, or Rosemary Beach. We designed the home to accommodate two families. There are two master suites with KING beds--one upstairs, one down. Each features lakefront views, sliding doors to the backyard, full baths with double vanities (tub/shower), and TVs. The downstairs bunk room has 2 FULL (top) and 2 QUEEN (bottom) bunk beds. A third hall bathroom is adjacent to the bunk room with double vanities, full-size washer/dryer, and tub/shower. The hall bunker features 2 additional TWIN bunk beds to accommodate. The living area is upstairs with a combined living room/kitchen area with comfy, oversized sectional sofa and chairs, 55" television with satellite and all movie channels, a bar area, kitchen island, dining table with removable leaf), and all the kitchen amenities you want while on vacation. Plus there is a new gas grill for outdoor barbecues. All bikes, surfboards, and paddle boards are available through nearby retailers. Heidi was great to work with and incredibly accommodating. Her home was the perfect spot for our Junior League retreat. Lots of space and extra comfy! Also a really great location.

The beach was beautiful. House was ok. Three of our six days we had to wait on maintenance. Light broken in the bathroom, air conditioning not working properly and the pipes broke (which we kindly let them know about however maintenance left broken deck boards and screws everywhere to be stepped on). Upon leaving we did everything on the check out list however we were charged an extra cleaning fee because the blackest needed to be washed. Silly me to assume blankets got cleaned after each trip. Guess that explains the cockroaches. Trash cans completely full from previous guests. Storage closet had to be completely cleaned to find chairs left for use. Gas was available in the grill, but the grill didn’t work. One of the kayaks leaked leaving my brother in law struggling in the water. So many other options for places to stay, will not chose this place next time.

It was perfect. Great dock. We had a fun time at the dock and the beach was very close. Cute and quaint. Owner super responsive! Great times!

It was a very pleasant stay, we stayed there for a night and everything was well organized. Host is very prompt in answering your question and doubts. It would be better if we can keep the backyard bit cleaner too. It was full of leaves.

We love this place! Beaches are not crowded, lake is lovely, home is so well decorated and it had everything we needed, and then some!

Just the little getaway that my family needed. Throughly enjoyed our time and the house. The dune lake access was a major bonus, my husband, my self and our 3 daughters loved it. Heidi was a pleasure to work with and was so helpful on anything that was needed. We can’t wait to come back again sometime.

We were mesmerized by how whimsical and cozy each room felt. All the ladies slept beautifully in their beds. The private neighborhood access provided a breath taking view of the sun setting on the ocean. We were lucky enough to witness a full moon over the ocean during our stay. The town was charming and we honestly couldn't say enough kind things about the host. Thank you for allowing us to occupy your property during this very special time.

We enjoyed our stay, although it looks like a long walk to the beach, it’s actually quite quick. Most of it was shaded which was nice for the high 90’s we experienced that week. We enjoyed the kayaks and my son loved the surf board. He spent most of the week learning to catch a wave. Hope to return next year, thank you.

Everything was great. Anything and everything (food, shopping, beach) you need is close by. Private gated neighborhood was nice! We would rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room, very close to the beach. The ability to use the owners bikes and kayaks were a big plus. Two families shared the house with teenagers and young ones. You will enjoy you stay here.

We visited 30A couple of times. This property has by far the best location.

We had two couples staying in the house and had a fantastic time. The beach was close and very private, the bikes and kayaks were in good shape, and the house was well cared for. We especially appreciated some of the smaller touches like the bike locks having hooks for easy use and storage and the large kitchen table for playing games. The outdoor shower and hose were also very convenient for hosing off after the beach. There are a couple items of note:
The path down to the dock is not long but it is through a little wooded and hilly area without steps.
There are a couple sets of steps (I’d estimate around 30 total but I did not count) leading to the beach itself and two leading into the house.
You can bike to lots of restaurants and coffee shops on the 30A strip, the path is well maintained.
The bathrooms had towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper in each one.
The beach chairs are heavy but we loved having them and the beach umbrellas available.
The kitchen is well stocked with every pan and dish you could need.
Heidi is fantastic to work with and responded to all of our questions very promptly!
The reason for the 4 stars vs 5 comes down to the beds. We only used the two king beds so I cannot speak to the rest, but the kings were very firm. If you are sensitive to beds or prefer a mattress with padding then I would plan on bringing something to sleep on. I would also recommend bringing your own pillows - the ones in the first floor suite were very thin with no other options available unless you took them from the bunk room (which is only possible if no one else is using it obviously). Overall, we had a great stay.

This house is in the cutest, quietest residential neighborhood with a short little path to the beach. Our 10th trip to 30A and we could not believe how empty this gorgeous stretch of beach was! You could see crowds down the beach 150 yards away or so, but nobody near us. The house itself is very cute and fun. Has an ideal table if you’re a jigsaw puzzle nerd like me. We felt completely at home and comfortable. There were only 4 of us but there was plenty of space for easily double the people. The side yard deck was a great space to drop our sandy stuff and rinse off at the end of each day. I appreciated all the towel hooks in all the perfect spots. I don’t ever plan to stay anywhere else again when we go to the beach!

Location was very good the steps up and down to beach were somewhat of a challenge as a member of our party has a fused back and lung cancer. Other than the steps we loved the whole week.

What an amazing location! The home was extremely clean, well maintained, and very cute decor as well! The host was extremely responsive and helpful both prior to and during our stay. The location was perfect with private dock to Camp Creek lake, where you can watch sunsets or paddle the lake to the sand dunes that connect to the ocean. The bikes were well maintained and a huge plus to be able to bike either direction. The home is situated about 2 miles from Alys and Rosemary beach, with an easy bike ride on the trail. The private beach access is about a 10 minute walk and well worth it. Having a full kitchen was also a plus. We really enjoyed our trip and would go back in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Great location for beach access. Our family had a blast on the lake; fishing and kayaking. Plenty of room for everyone.

This house has the best of both worlds with a lake dock in your backyard and a short walk to private beach access! You’re also a short walk to The Hub and a short drive to other beach towns and restaurants! We can’t wait to go back with our teenagers again!

We’ve just enjoyed 5 nights staying at this lakeside house which is well positioned very close to a private beach. We enjoyed kayaking from the dock at the back of the house, toasting marshmallows in the fire pit and using the bikes to explore the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend to others.

367 Pelican was amazing. Location was private and safe for the kids. The dock on the dune lake was spectacular. Easy walking access to a beautiful beach. The owner was super responsive.

We loved having bikes, kayaks and a paddle board at the house waiting on us. The access to the dune lake was our favorite feature. The walk to the beach felt a little farther than we expected but the beach area was really quiet and not a busy area. The 3 full baths and options for sleeping arrangements made this a great house for our family of 5. Great location to bike to the HUB or even all the way into seaside - this is a location we would love to visit again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seacrest. The house was better than we imagined with a private dock in the backyard and the beach located minutes from the front door. Location was excellent and the host provided many items to use (umbrella, chairs, wagon, etc) which was nice. Would definitely stay here again.
