Perfect place for our weekend. Close enough to walk to the beaches or walk to the lighthouse area of the island (about 15-20 minutes walk maybe). Garage is large enough to fit at least one large truck or suv. Beach towels provided, but bring your own beach chairs.

We had a very nice stay! The beds were comfy, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Ample supply of cups and dishes. We especially loved the elevator! That was a huge help with loading our luggage. We wished the beach was a little closer (a bit too long of a walk for us) , but still a very short drive. All in all, we really enjoyed our visit and stay!

Very comfortable stay for the long weekend. Everything you could need was in the kitchen. Only drawback was the stairs but other than that, it was delightful. Would definitely recommend. Location was perfect...close to everything! We all commented on how quiet it was. We loved it! Dawn, the host was awesome!

We spent a lovely week at the condo. It is very well decorated and is spacious. My husband and our son and his family of 4 had plenty of room in the bedrooms and living area. I really loved the small seating area on the porch on the second floor balcony. It was so peaceful out there. The elevator was one of the best features. It was so nice to load our luggage and groceries on the elevator and have it delivered to each floor. The kitchen has everything you need. Dawn sent us a list of restaurants and we had some wonderful meals. The Coast Guard beach is just 5-10 minutes away and downtown is 10 minutes away. The grounds of the condo complex are very attractive. Had plenty of space to walk our dog. It’s a great place to stay and St Simons Island is so cute.

Nice quiet location very near the beach and village. We appreciated the great beds, the garage and location near the pool. We could not get the elevator to work, but that could have been my operating error. We did not pack a blender or hair dryer as they were listed as amenities. The blender was broken and there was no hair dryer, so unfortunately we had to purchase them. Overall we had a great stay.

The condo was decorated beautifully and furniture was comfortable, kitchen well stocked. A couple negatives - stains on stairs carpet and musty smell from master bath. Elevator was very much appreciated. The balcony was very relaxing to sit on. Great to see azaleas in bloom in March! Heard lots of birds and saw squirrels as we sat and drank our morning coffee . Quiet complex and nice pond with turtles and a cormorant where we would walk our dog . The complex had many stations with dog waste bags.St. Simon was a bit congested for us, but enjoyed visiting points of interest. Dawn was very responsive to our booking questions and also giving us heads up about a minor problem that was actually fixed before we arrived. Thanks for letting us rent this pleasant condo as we experienced the treasures of the Golden Isles!

Once we found the property and got used to key pads etcetra we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. Three friends ( the 4th was ill and couldn't come) were attending a conference. We had breakfast every morning and at least one more meal at the condo. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo. The layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the 2nd floor and a 1/2 bath on the first were perfect.

Perfect location for everything! Food recommendations were great! Elevator was very helpful. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at this property on St Simons Island. It is very easy to get around to all the places you want to go on the island from this property. Bike, Walk or Car. I especially loved the walking distance to Fiddlers and a Local Brewery. Property was clean with plenty of space for everyone. We met one of the neighbors, very nice guy. The pool is right out in front of the property. This property does offer a garage for you to pull into which was nice. We would certainly rent this property again if/when we go back to St Simons.

Condo was just right for me, my 2 kids (20 &23) and my 2 sisters-in-law. Great location, quiet, clean, comfortable, and everything one would need is there. Hurricane Ian cut our trip a little short but we loved it while we were there and HIGHLY recommend it.

Everything was great! House was awesome, close to everything. My wife and I plan to visit again. Dawn was great!!

The condo was a great place to stay, convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and roomy and the elevator was a huge plus for older adults.

Property was clean and well decorated. Easy bike ride to town, walking not bad either but A little hike. Great location to restaurant and activities. Condo was spacious and well supplied ! Development had nice walkways and ponds for morning walks. Attentive owners. Would stay again!

We brought ours and the garage was large enough for an suv along with the trailer and golf cart. We parked the truck out front. We loved St Simons and will definitely return.

The property was just as described. Very comfortable and lovely. Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants. The elevator was essential for my father with bad knees.
