Guests will have full private access to the house which contains two bedrooms, full kitchen, dining nook, living room with tv and cable, fireplace, wifi, bathroom, and a fenced private backyard. Pet friendly! Perfect for travellers looking to explore St. John's as well as business travellers looking for a short or long term stay who want to feel at home. A guide book is provided to give guests additional tips and recommendations for exploring the city! This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted. The property registration number, under the Tourist Accommodations Act, is 5106.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had all the amenities of home. It is centrally located, walkable to many of the sites in the city, and a quick drive away to many other attractions. Check in and parking were super easy and the host is very responsive. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you so much!

This place was fantastic perfect location to walk to most things we needed. The owner left us some great little local treats when we arrived.Also a great guidebook fantastic to let you know all the great local places to eat and visit. This was like home away from home.We will be back.

We loved the location and the house itself. The home fits into the whole vibe of the city from its look to location. It was the right size for us and was a comfortable respite after all the touring. The location was great and we walked to many places. It's very close to The Rooms and we loved being part of a neighbourhood.

We stayed in this cute little home for three nights. We were greeted with a fresh loaf of locally made bread, teas and coffee. The house was spacious with a private backyard and barbecue. All rooms had their own heat thermostat for those chilly evenings. Gracie also provided us with a parking pass so we could park anywhere on the street. Highly recommend this cute jelly bean house. Gracie and Steve were very accommodating. Nicely located. This place had everything we needed and more (except a lobster pot & crackers ...but that was not an issue as we borrowed from the friendly neighbours!) The Georgetown Bakery 2 blocks away way a nice find! A great experience!
