The zero entry pool and walkway to the beach are convenient and easy to navigate. It is a 5 minute walk to Coligny to take advantage of shopping, eating and drinking. Yes the toilets are low but that shouldn’t keep you from renting this condo! Seashore Vacations couldn’t be easier or nicer to work with! We would rent this unit again!

We accept the situation that "housekeeping & cleaning staff" are not easy to find and employee at this time. That being said, we were very surprised at the condition of our condo upon arrival. Floors were dirty and sand was on the floors of three of the rooms. Bathrooms were not clean. There was no toilet paper in either of the bathrooms. Ice maker was not working and the bottom shelf of the refrigerator was missing so the vegetable drawers were not usable for produce. Beds only had one flat sheet laid over top of the mattress covers with a quilt on top of flat sheet. I intentionally did not contact the rental office because I have used Seashore Vacations for many years and they have always been "top notch". I believe that cleaning services is challenging right now and the rental office was doing the best they can do. Based on my history with Seashore Vacation Rentals, I will use them again in the future based on their track record with me for over 20 years.

Seven ladies stayed a long weekend to celebrate the career of one of the gang. Perfect location, great layout, well-kept property and fantastic weather!

I think I read some bad reviews when I booked this property about toilet size, coffee pot issues, and some other minor picky things. All ridiculous. Furthermore, the location of this property is perfect for accessing everything! Would absolutely book again.

We had a wonderful time on Hilton Head. The property we were in was very conveniently located to a delicious coffee and cafe shop and other cute shops at Coligny Plaza. We were also close to Sea Pines Plantation. The pool was spectacular and very clean. Our unit was very nice. The only issue with our unit was that the Bed in the Master Bedroom was very soft and made my back hurt from lack of support. I needed more of a firm mattress. Would come back to this condominium but would like to get a unit closer to the pool.

This is the 2nd stay at Shorewood, the first being last October in a different unit. We will go back there for an even longer stay this October. I really like the Shorewood complex, beautiful grounds, pool and beach access. the location is very convenient as the key places I used (pharmacy, groceries, gas) are within a couple of minutes drive or bike. Construction still continues on the property and the covered parking area is still closed so there is some minor inconvenience and noise but still, in my opinion, worth it. Hopefully that will be resolved by this October! The bed in 338 was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this unit.

Our family had a great time at this seaside condo. This condo was nicely decorated, stocked with all that you would need and had a wonderful view. We were within a short walking distance to the beach and to Coligny Plaza with all of the nice shops and restaurants. Overall this was a great choice for our family and we would definitely consider staying at Shorewood in the future. The Pinter’s

We rented 338, it has excellent amenities and all we needed to cook/eat-in. Beautiful views as well but the condos air conditioning did not work and we were moved the day after notifying management of the problem. The second condo was 437 and was also excellent. It had been updated recently (338 is nice but would benefit from updates to the bathrooms and the master bed-tooooo soft) The view in 437 was even better, and we continued to enjoy the kitchen and living spaces. The personal touches from the owners of 437 were nice, too

It was very clean, uncluttered and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to check in a little early which was great. The management company was very easy to work with. Over the years, my family has stayed at the Shorewood complex many times and has never been disappointed.

Really enjoyed our stay, I thought the location was ideal and the view from our balcony was beautiful and relaxing. The convenience of the hot tub, pool and beach was great. I would love to have ocean front but this had a view of everything.

Coffee maker was nasty, only one kitchen towel, pots and pans were old and rusted. Overall cleanliness of the unit was not great. Bathtub had hair covering the drain. When we reported these things to the office, they didn’t seem to be concerned.

The space in this condo was perfect for our 4 kids and 2 adults! The view from the patio was amazing, and the condo building had a fabulous pool and hot tub, with a straight, quick walk to the beach! We also loved that all the Coligny shops and restaurants were just around the corner--so easy to walk or bike everywhere! However, the condo is VERY out-dated. The sinks are all in terrible shape (the worst being the kitchen sink), but we had all the kitchen ware we needed to cook for ourselves all week.
