About this villa rental
The perfect holiday house for those who like their comfort, traditional atmosphere and being in contact with nature. Our lovely family villa is located in Bosa Marina at only five minutes walk from the beach. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy our beautiful Sardinia in relax and in contact with nature and great seaside. two beautiful apartments, part of an attractive villa of storeys, equipped with air conditioning & heating and surrounded by a private garden with green lawn and local plants. Nicely furnished according to the Sardinian traditional style and including all comforts. A unique atmosphere is created both by the original handmade pieces of furniture in real chestnut wood and a contemporary re-visitation of the traditional Sardinian interior design. Relax at the great views of the the “macchia mediterranea” (the Sardinian vegetation of wild bushes) and enjoy the beach at only few minutes walk. Each apartment is equipped with TV and satellite set-top box, DVD player, full kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven and microwave, bathroom with shower, washing machine, dryer and straightener, conditioners - heating, mosquito nets and beach umbrella. The medieval town of BOSA set on the banks of the river Temo, which can be cruised for over five kms, is the perfect location for a holiday break all year round. An enchanting landscape offering unspoilt mountains inhabited by many species of wild animals. A stunning corner of Sardinia, an oasis combining secluded bays and breathtaking views of the coastline with wild green mountains. Activities: Fishing, Diving, Kayak, Excursions, Paragliding, Bird watching & Trekking. Many historic sites to visit together with local festivals such the Carnival of Bosa. Other important events are the Feast of REGNOS ALTOS in September and Santa Maria of Sea in the month of August. Finally do not miss a taste of the delicious “Malvasia” (typical drink of this area) and do have a look at the precious jewels FILET and FILIGRANE. Nearest airport is Alghero (about 50 Kms).

Sehr geräumig und nur 3 Min zum Meer!
Eine sehr gepflegte und individuell gestaltete Ferienwohnung mit ungewöhnlich viel Platz und perfekter Ausstattung.
Schöne Terrasse und Garten, Liegestühle zum Relaxen wären toll gewesen, ansonsten alles bestens.
Bosa Marina ist ein typischer Ferienort, Bosa selbst aber wunderschön!

Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Teenagern gereist und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Francesca sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand von Bosa Marina ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und sehr schön mit viel Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Die Ferienwohnung hat 2 Terrassen, die wir gern abwechselnd genutzt haben. Francesca war uns immer ein Ansprechpartner bei Fragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

We loved staying in this house. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family of four. It could easily be great for 6! The outdoor area was lovely and peaceful. The house was incredibly clean and even stocked with basic kitchen needs like salt, oil, vinegar, etc... It is three blocks from the beach with umbrellas & sand toys to use while there. It is less than 10 minutes to drive to the old town of Bosa, and markets are a 5 minute drive away. Francesca was lovely and very responsive when we had questions. We wished we could have stayed longer than 3 nights.

Sehr schöne, geräumige, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, toller Garten und herzliche Vermieter.
Wir wurden von Francesca sehr herzlich Empfangen, sie hatte sogar schon eine Grundausstattung an Einkäufen für uns bereitgestellt - ein toller Start! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch der Garten mit Kinderspielzeug. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen im Garten, einen gut funktionierenden Außengrill und mediterrane Kräuter, die zum Kochen benutzt werden können. Francesca ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch nah zum Strand. Von Bosa Marina aus kann man sehr viele Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung machen. Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Gut ausgestattet, nahe zum Strand. Bosa marina selbst hat seine besten Zeiten wohl in den 80ern gehabt.

Schöne Wohnung, nette Besitzer
Die individuell und mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung bietet viel Platz, der sogar für 6 Erwachsene ausreicht. Viel Grün um das Haus und ein schöner Platz im Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Den Balkon hatten wir zum Frühstücken auserkoren.

Très belle location
Notre séjour a été parfait. Francesca nous a très bien accueillie, elle est très disponible pour ses hôtes. La maison est d'une propreté exemplaire. La décoration est très soignée et très gaie. Tout est prévu pour ne manquer de rien. Le jardin est agréable avec de nombreuses plantes aromatiques. C'est calme.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petits gâteaux faits maison que Francesca nous a apportés le 1er matin, c'était excellent. La plage est toute proche. Le centre de Bosa est à 2 km, accessible facilement à pied.

Wundervolle Wohnung in einer tollen Gegend
Wir waren mit 3 Kindern (9,12,14) in der großen Wohnung im EG. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und hat einen wunderschönen Garten, in dem wir auch mal fast den ganzen Tag geblieben sind, um abends schnell noch ans Meer um die Ecke zu gehen. Der Strand ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt, einen guten Bäcker gibt es am Ort, ein kleiner Supermarkt auch, für den Großeinkauf fährt man eben 5 min. nach Bosa. Bars und Restaurants gibt es an der Uferstraße und in Bosa.
Francesca hat uns herzlich mit einem Zitronenkuchen empfangen und war vor, während und nach dem Urlaub immer für uns erreichbar.
Westsardinien rund um Bosa ist in der Vorsaison sehr ruhig und ein tolles Reiseziel, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent!
Francesca the owner welcomed us so graciously with biscuits baked by her mother and this was most welcoming after a long day's travel. I went to Sardinia with my daughter and son-in-law and had traveled from South Africa so I was looking forward to a nice bed and rest. The apartment is furnished in true Sardinian style, comfortable and close to everything. Restaurants are within walking distance and the beach is very close. The area is also very quiet and relaxing. A highly recommended apartment.

location conforme à nos attentes
La location correspond bien à l'annonce. l'appartement est à deux minutes de la plage qui est vraiment adaptée pour les enfants. (peu de fond et pas de vague) il y a des commerces à proximité et la ville de Bosa à quelques minutes en voiture, est pleine de charme. C'est un bon point de départ pour visiter l'ouest de l’île.
La propriétaire est accueillante, l'appartement propre, correctement équipé et il n'y fait pas trop chaud. Le jardin est beau et très bien entretenu. Le seul défaut pourrait être l’acoustique, mais nos voisins étaient très calmes. Le séjour était vraiment reposant.
c'est une location que je recommande.

Geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung, 200 m vom Strand
Wir bewohnten zur Hochsaison (Kirchweihwochenende mit Schiffsprozession) die vielfarbig und kreativ eingerichtete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit kleinem Garten. Sie ist gut von den Nachbarn abgeschlossen, entspricht exakt der Beschreibung, war sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet (Mückennetze vor den Fenstern, Geschirrspüler, allerdings kein WLAN). Francesca spricht italienisch und Englisch und betreute uns sehr freundlich, mit Keksen von der Nonna zur Begrüßung, Bosa Marina ist ein reiner Badeort mit schönem breitem Strand, das charaktervolle Städtchen Bosa in grüner Umgebung bietet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und liegt günstig für viele Ausflüge entlang der Küste oder ins Landesinnere. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Grazie tante, Francesca!

Bonita casa
Hemos estado cuatro amigos en esta casa y nos ha gustado mucho. Está muy bien decorada, con colores diferentes que se combinan en paredes y techos dando un aire muy agradable a cada estancia. Tiene todo lo necesario. El jardín y la barbacoa están muy bien. Está cerca de la playa. El pueblo es uno de los que más nos han gustado de Cerdeña.

When we arrived, there was a really warm welcome from Francesca and Paolo. They are very nice and friendly and have a fantastic holiday house. The house is nicely decorated and furnished, equipped with everything you need and above all very, very clean (never seen a holiday house this clean!).The garden is well kept, very nice lawn, lots of flowers, fresh herbs you can use in the kitchen, a great terrace with a barbecue and another terrace with wooden garden furniture at the backdoor. The house is near the beach (walking distance).
The village of Bosa Marina is really small. There are almost no shops, but the beach is fantastic, also with little children because the sea is shallow for quite a few meters. The village of Bosa is very nice but not very big. You can visit it in half a day and see everything. Alghero is the nearest "big" city to visit (recommended!), this takes a drive of 1 hour.
We have had a great holiday and can recommend the house to everyone. Francesca and Paolo, thank you very much!
