We enjoyed the size of the house so our family in the area could visit with us comfortably. We were told in advance to bring sheets and towels and thankfully threw in kitchen towels too. There were no pot holders so towels came in handy. When a water pipe broke under the house the owner was very responsive and had it repair the next morning. All in all an enjoyable week.

This was a great place for our vacation. A terrific location. You don't even need to go onto the highway to get to the grocery store. The house is very spacious. Just what we needed for the 7 of us. We would definitely stay there again!

OMG!! I loved this place pictures just don't do enough for this place. Wish we could of stayed longer. The location was great it was so close to everything. I would recommend this place to everyone, not one thing to complain about

The home was exactly as pictured and described. The owner was fast with replys to any questions a d directions . The home so clean and kept tidy. The family and I really enjoyed our stay 😊 definitely going to use the home again

The photos do not due this property justice. We had so much room and very clean space. Convenient location to all attractions and having a washer/dryer unit in the rental was a game changer. We will absolutely love to stay here again. We had a family of 6 it was perfect you honestly could sleep about 15 in here. Neighbor was great super friendly neighbors as well. We brought our family dog plenty of yard for him and nice area lots of dog owners .

Beautiful home! Very spacious. Only suggestion is to clean carpets more frequently. Baby crawling around and legs and feet were dirty.

The place was absolutely adorable. Perfect for a family vacation. House was spacious with good parking. About 15 minutes from Rehoboth Beach and in traveling distance of other tourist attractions. The owner was fast to communicate and very easy to get in touch with.

Better than I expected. Property was clean, neighborhood was nice and quiet except for the neighbors across the street. We could hear doors slamming about 1am in/out of their camper but no loud music or ruckus of any kind, so that was nothing major. Pretty close to everything but back away from any traffic noise. Nice area to walk the dog. We would definitely stay again.

The other reviews are correct, pictures do not do this property any justice! There is a beautiful soaking tub in the master bath which was a pleasant surprise for me. Well kept property. There where a few stains on the carpet which the owner said would be taken care of, not a big deal. Close drive to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back next year!

The place was nice, actually nicer than the photos, however, we did have an issue with the large black ants.. they were coming from a large crack in the ceiling. We had to deal with this our whole time.. the host responded quickly to our call, but the ants kept coming., also had some spiders, etc.. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great comfy furniture. Upon arrival it was clean, except for the countertops and dining table had sticky areas. About 10-15 min to the beach.

Definitely bigger than it looks! Short drive to the beach, store & water park! We loved having enough beds for the 4 kiddos and a bathroom for just them! Burn barrel came to use for our smores night!! Loved the quiet location! Highly ecommended, for sure!!

It’s clean, roomy, well kept. Close proximity to a bike trail that you can ride all the way into Rehoboth Beach/boardwalk. We really enjoyed our stay. Very reasonably priced. Lots of room to park.

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable common areas. Spacious kitchen. All the beds provided a good night sleep. A quiet neighborhood, but not a quiet house ... when one is up and in the kitchen, everyone is soon awake. Still, really excellent value.

This was a great place for the family for a short week at the beach, but would be great for longer. The boys loved the place and it was clean and comfortable. It's located in a quiet neighborhood that is right off Rte. 1 and smack in the middle of everything. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and odds and ends. I've been coming to Rehoboth and Dewey beach since I was a kid and have stayed on all manner of places from beachfront houses to motel rooms and this place will be a good memory for my family and me. We've been doing the Vrbo (Homeaway) thing for a few years now and this was one of the nicest places we've stayed. Would highly recommend and would rent again for sure!
