Thank you so much for another great week. We really appreciate the fact that the owners constantly improve and upgrade the unit. Love the kitchen, it is so pretty and functional! New furniture, flooring and rugs and I feel like it is newly painted every year. We love our time here right on the ocean and and are looking forward to next year.

Justin's place was all it was advertised to be a beautiful condo with captivating views and great beach access. I would recommend it to any one looking for a great experience.

I've been renting in Old Lyme for years and this place was by far the best! Condo is clean, the view from the deck was breathtaking, the neighbors were very nice and it was the most relaxing vacation we've ever had. Can't wait to go back next year!

My family and I spent a wonderful weekend at this beautiful beach front condo. It is a perfect getaway location with a spectacular view. The owners were very accommodating, answered any questions we had and left the place in impeccable conditions. Aside from waking up to the ocean and being steps away from the sand, the condo is a short walk away from restaurants and shops. Enjoy relaxing on the patio or on the beach, going for a walk, visiting the ice cream shops, or going out for dinner and drinks. It is the perfect spot for families as well as young couples or groups of friends. We will definitely be going back and we can't wait!

The beach is clean with soft sand and plenty of room for all beach-goers. The condo was exactly as the landlord described, and we could not be happier with our decision to stay here. Definitely will be staying here in the future. Can not wait to go back!

The location of this condo is spot on. It's right on a private beach. As soon as we got there we noticed the place was a little dirty. We tried cleaning ourselves, but the vacuum had no suction and it was very low on cleaning supplies. You would think with there being a gap between check out and check in time that there would be some cleaning service. The bathroom fan did not work, the toilet leaked, and the screen was broken (the whole point of being on the ocean). We sent an email to the owner just letting him know that we are enjoying ourselves, but wanted to let him know of the lack of cleanliness as well as items not working/broken. We received no response. We ended up leaving 2 days early as the dirtiness of the place got to us especially having a toddler who plays on the floor that you can't vacuum. Again we sent a note to the owner that we were checking out early and again no response. Now we just wanted our deposit back. After a couple weeks of no deposit back, I sent another email (the phone number was going right to voicemail) asking about our deposit. Again no response. After a couple of weeks I contacted VRBO and filed a complaint. They claimed they can't give the money back, but that they take complaints very seriously. Now I had no choice, but to contact my credit card company and file a dispute. Unless you want to go through what we went through, don't rent this place. Very disappointing.

Our seventh year in this unit, as always clean and comfortable. The beach is wonderful and the unit is quiet. Plenty of room for our family of five and we notice that each year the owners keep up with maintenance.

My daughter, grandson and I had a wonderful week here in June/July. This place was perfect for us....right on the sandy beach. The second floor had a lovely breeze on the deck and the view was amazing. The condo itself was marvelous with privacy and air conditioning in the bedrooms. There were many local restaurants within close driving range. The owner provided us with exceptional customer service before, during and after our stay. We have been to Old Colony Beach every other year for 8 years and this was the BEST place yet!
