Once you exit the dwelling, turn right. A half mile down the road youre gonna get to the beltline. Its close to everything, not to mention the neighborhood of virginia highland (where the rental is located) is already a destination spot in its own right. But being car less for the long weekend, i really loved being (via the beltline) within one mile pleasant walking distance to gyms, yoga studios, bars, music venues, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and parks.

Fantastic location within walking distance to many shops, restaurants/bars in VA Highlands neighborhood. Accommodations were very, very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a small bedroom, a closet, and a spaceous bathroom. Check in was really easy. It's in a nice area, so my car was safe for the 5 nights I had it parked on the street. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the toilet paper is around store bought quality. The soap is also pumped rather than bar form. I didn't spend too much time in the unit. I mainly used it as a place to sleep, shower, and store my stuff while I attended dragon con. It got the job done.

We had a wonderful time in town attending our daughter's graduation from Georgia Tech. The location of the property is amazing, quaint and super close to our daughter's place. It was a perfect space for us to relax and sleep. The location is close to so many things. Thanks for a wonderful place.

My fiancé and I were really happy with the comfort and proximity afforded by this rental. We were able to get an early check in and found everything as described. The interior space is not large but certainly big enough to call home for a long weekend and the private patio space was beautiful for reading and catching some rays. We would definitely book here again!

This place is half a block from several cool restaurants and bars. Walking distance from Little Five Points and lots of other cool ATL spots. Even though it’s part of a larger property, it’s private and fairly quiet.

This property was a perfect base camp from which to explore Atlanta. It was pretty barebones- bed, bathroom, mini fridge, coffee maker, small table- but we weren’t looking to hide in the room all weekend, we wanted to get out and see and experience the city. The location was prime and the room was exceptionally clean. We will 100% stay here next time we’re in town for a concert or other event.

We had a great stay at the property. Very cozy! Very close to my daughter's apartment, Piedmont Park, the Beltline, the Carter Library and much more. We didn't need a car except to get from the MARTA to the house. We hope to stay again. Thank you, Kevin!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The owner was so gracious, working with me since I was coming in late from out of town. He was very responsive to texts, helping me when my gps took me to the wrong place. If you ever just need a room to stay in, this is the perfect place.
