Situated in Sagaponack, this attractive house for $4,376 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Please note we will not accept American Express bookings so kindly use an alternative Visa/Master/Debit card for payment. This stunning classic Hampton home is newly renovated with modern amenities including extensive professional childproofing (including pool fence/latch and fully enclosed courtyard separating driveway from property!!). Some renovated features include reclaimed Vermont floor boards, floor stones from Provence, stained white oak ceiling boards and beams, three decks (!) with brand new outdoor furniture, indoor/outdoor fireplaces, flatware, bedding, towels, appliances, Sonos indoor/outdoor surround sound. Both homes on the property are clean and crisp and the entire landscape is sprayed religiously for bugs/ticks. Not only are both houses on this property well appointed but the location itself is truly special- real old school Hamptons with a powerful energy you just don't get anymore: the sound of waves crashing at night, the smell of truly fresh ocean air, a colorful array of chirping birds, INCREDIBLE sunsets over the reserve farmland, loads of space for kids to safely run and explore, local famous farm stand, a walk to one of the most spectacular Hamptons beaches (permit parking making it very private), and a safe south of the highway location. The majority of our neighbors are year rounders who do not rent, and it is quiet at night. Worst case, our next door neighbor is a Viennese Opera singer and you can sometimes hear him singing an aria or two (we gladly open a bottle of wine when this happens!) The combined size of the main house and cottage is 3500 sq feet with 5 bedrooms across both structures. Property sleeps 14 with two pull out couches. For security measures, the property has a monitored alarm system with emergency call-out with a unique code per tenant, and video security cameras located to track vendors and deliveries to the property, which record the front porch and the driveway activity. We do not allow events such as weddings/parties to be hosted at our home so please no requests. Please contact us for inquiries regarding minimum night's stay. Please note there is an additional $200 cleaning fee for groups of 8 or more.

If you are looking for a nicely renovated Hamptons house that is centrally located to East Hampton, South Hampton, and Sag Harbor, this will be perfect for you! It can comfortably fit 8-10 people, has a beautifully landscaped yard with a pool that overlooks a lovely farm, and is a doable walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again! Thank you from The Houstonians!

We had a nice relaxing stay at this house. It’s centrally located and close to the ocean. The downstairs bed was incredibly comfortable. Beautiful yard with plenty of room for my pup to run around. Owner and property manager were both very helpful and responsive. Would happily come back!

We had a phenomenal experience at this property! We brought two small dogs that enjoyed the large backyard area. While the weather outside was quite cold, the house was cozy the entire time. We also managed to use the outdoor hot tub. Would highly recommend!

The stay worked perfectly for us. The property is quiet and on a beautiful street with an easy walk to the beach. The beach is lovely and on the quieter side. We filled the cottage and the main house and everyone was happy. The property is quiet and the outside areas and pool very relaxing. A highlight was late afternoon as the sun goes down over the deep backyard and pool. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of fridge space and a nice gas cooktop. Local restaurants are varied and well above average. And truly the master bed on the main floor was the most comfortable bed I gave ever slept on.

Billed as a luxury home in Wainscott the home was much less. Broken or inoperable grill umbrellas stove vacuum cleaner and much more. Dirty floors carpets and furniture throughout. Including mold infested outdoor furniture. Power went out due to storm and homeowner never offered to refund nights without power. Do yourself a favor and avoid this overpriced listing.

We had an amazing Spring Break week at the house. It was great for our family - 2 adults, 2 kids, 2 grandparents and a dog. The main level bedroom was perfect for my parents, the layout of the house worked great with the extra tv room for the kids downstairs. Having the yard completely fenced in was an extra comfort for letting our old dog walk the property each morning and letting the kids roam, and the main living area/kitchen that led out to the deck was perfect for having a morning coffee, doing activities or an afternoon cocktail looking over the fields. Located on Sayres Path, it's close to town, walking distance to a great beach and on the farm side of the road which gives amazing views! We used the extra cottage as an office - but I'm sure when the pool is open it's a perfect extra living space. The owners were really helpful and check in/check out was easy. And we loved having the hot tub! Overall a fantastic place to get away - the kids can't wait to come back to use the pool!

We had such a wonderful long winter weekend in this beautiful home. We felt at ease bringing a 1 and 2 year old with all of the childproofing. The location was perfect, close to the beach and an easy drive to all of the Hampton’s hot spots. We look forward to renting this fantastic house again in the summer to utilize the pool and hit up the beach!

Visited here in winter with our two children. Well appointed home, spacious lawn, beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood and location were great, we enjoyed walking to the beach and the local restaurants. Very comfortable and relaxing stay! Would visit again!

This is our second year vacationing at 128 Sayres. The house and property are ideal for us our two small dogs. The owners are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. As an example, a colder than normal week caused the pool heater to consume more propane than expected. We contacted Ben and, without exaggeration, he had a propane supplier at our door within one hour. I would unequivocally recommend this property.

This was the perfect getaway for 2020. Most importantly, unlike some Hamptons properties which tend to inflate their credentials, this property was as described. We stayed with 5 adults and two children and it was very comfortable. There is easily space for 10 with 2 pull-out couches that can sleep 4 more if needed. Ben the owner was very responsive and made our stay that much more pleasant by making sure all the little things were attended to.The property has ample outdoor space and is well child-proofed, making it ideal for staying with children (we have two year-old twins), particularly the pool which is secured from the rest of the yard via a fence/gate. The beach is a short pleasant walk from the property with a farm stand on the way. We would definitely stay here again.
