Nestled in Indian Rocks Beach, this lovely house for $1,815 per night is a great option for your next trip. Ocean Sands offered by Beach Time Rentals This three-story home is located in the prestigious beach community of Westwinds, in Indian Rocks Beach. This stunning home sits directly on the sand! There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with 3000 sq ft of space for entertainment. Our Ocean Sands has sensational views from the first-level bedroom, living and dining areas, and second and primary bedrooms located on the third floor and the best views out of all are from the balconies and the private pool! Ground Level features a two-car garage, laundry area, Gulf front pool and the first bedroom. First bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a private full bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to the pool as well. Second level features the spacious open living area, dining area and the gourmet kitchen, a half bathroom and a beachfront balcony. The main living area has comfortable couches with a wide screen TV and access to the Gulf front balconies. The living and dining area take full advantage of its beachfront setting with sliding glass doors that face the Gulf. Living room adjoins a spacious dining area which seats 8 guests at the dining table and 4 more on the island. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful large island and everything you would need to cook a meal for your friends and family. Multiple doors from the second and third floor lead out to a breezy beachfront balcony. You will find yourself wanting to spend a lot of time here enjoying the views, sipping on your favorite drink and listening to the soothing surf sounds when you’re not poolside or down on the beach. The third level features the second bedroom with 2 Bunk beds (the bottom is a Full and the top is a Twin). Bottom bunks have a built in TVs. Third bedroom with a Queen bed and access to the balcony. There is a full hallway bathroom that the second and third bedroom share. The primary bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony. This vacation home that can sleep up to 12 guests. Coastal furnishings, designed for comfort, modern amenities are just a few things that our Ocean Sands will offer you! This makes it a prime destination for memorable family beach reunions, celebrations, special birthdays, hallmark anniversaries, church retreats, and corporate events. Outside there is a gas grill that sits next to the lovely sparkling private pool and paved patio. It is surrounded by lush landscaping and an assortment of palm trees creating an oasis-like private paradise. Indian Rocks Beach is a great location that is halfway between Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach. There are restaurants and shops walking distance to this property. Important details to keep in mind: Please keep in mind that the HOA allows 2 vehicles to be parked inside the garage only. Large SUVs will not completely fit inside the garage (garage door will not close) but you can still park them there. Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Nov to Apr. Jacuzzi/spa is not available and is only a spillover. Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

Lots of stairs, not very clean. Had to wait 15 minutes before we could checkin in- after check in time. House stunk of chemicals for 2 days after check in day. Pool was not clean and not the warmest. We paid extra to have the pool "heated" and I wouldn't say it was heated at all. It was nice to be right on the beach.Parking is super tight. Our rental mini vans didn't fit in the garages. I wouldn't stay here again. Over all rating- 3 stars.

We stay at this house for the privacy of the pool and back yard, that is gated with its own path just steps from the beach and water. The balconies are spacious and protective from rain or shine. And the house provides plenty of space and openness for our family of 6. The walk-in showers are nice as well. We’ve stayed here multiple times. We appreciated our host Joanie, she was very helpful and attentive.

This was our 5th girls trip and Ocean Sands is definitely our #1 choice going forward. The house can comfortably accommodate 9-10 without having to share beds. It was nicely updated and very clean. Property mgmt was very responsive and helpful. The house sits directly on the beach with an amazing pool area. The views were amazing. Our only complaint, and this wouldn't keep us from returning, was that there were very few bars/restaurants within walking distance. We could walk to a couple of coffee shops, but definitely needed the golf cart to really explore, shop, eat, drink, etc. The beach was beautiful and relatively private. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful family vacation, the pool area is fantastic with lots of room to enjoy. The beach was VERY close to the house so the view was extra good compared to other ocean front houses we have rented (we rent every year for 20 years so we know). The beach itself is very small, not sure why this area is so small but beware of that. 2 Major suggestions: The house NEEDS shades or blinds on the back side as the sun was beating in during dinner time hours with no way block it, very bothersome for many in our family…that was disturbing. Also no ceiling fans on the outside patio which would have been nice to help keep the heat down or at least creating a breeze.

We have stayed many times in this neighborhood and this house. We have been coming to the Indian Rocks/Indian Shores beaches for 20 years, but, unfortunately, we will not be back. The “pink house” is our favorite property. We love the unobstructed views, the wonderful pool, and the private beach access. This year, the beach was the problem. There wasn’t one. We researched and discovered that it was an issue between the homeowners and the corps of engineers, ending in no renorishment of the Pinellas County beaches. It’s hard to enjoy the beach when there isn’t one. Very unfortunate.

This townhome is perfect for multi family! Private pool and close proximity to beach are what you’re paying for. Clean, well appointed, large outdoor patios on each of the three floors. Close proximity to many restaurants, Insta Cart delivery was so convenient.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean with more than enough space to accommodate our 2 families of 4. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with assorted pans, pots, cooking utensils, cutlery, and a combo drip/keurig style coffeemaker. The fridge has an ice maker with filtered water. We paid for pool heat since it was March and had no issues. There are plenty of towels, beach toys, and chairs in the garage as well as coolers you can roll onto the beach. The shoreline is nice and close to the house so that you can easily see your kids on the beach from the upper patio. We watched the beautiful sunsets from both the main and master patios, both of which have very comfortable furniture for hours of reading. The house is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, ice cream, and a park with a playground and pickleball courts. Renting a car isn’t necessary, but if you do there are 2 spots in the garage that are a bit of a tight squeeze. The check out process was the easiest of all the properties we have booked, and our manager was easily accessible and helpful.

Great place for everyone. This was our 4th year in one of their properties on this lane but the first year in Ocean Sands. We really enjoyed being RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Plenty of beach towels, chairs and beach/pool toys! We always get the pool heated and recommend it. This year we learned what to look for and how to find sharks teeth on our beach walks. Wonderful beach time! Ages in our group ranged from 4 to 71 years of age. PERFECT place for the family to gather and vacation together!

This is a wonderful home in a perfect location right on a beautiful beach. Well kept, spacious and very clean. Nice furniture, beds, bedding and linens. The lower level suite does not have a closet. Also, there is one side by side refrigerator, so with a larger family group a second refrigerator would have been nice. The pool was kept clean and in working order. The property management team is very kind and responsive. Our entire family with young grandchildren had fun, enjoyed the pool, beach, sunrises, sunsets and nearby attractions.

Our stay at Ocean Sands was such a great little family vacation. We've never rented right on the beach before, and this lovely spot literally steps away from the beach, made our week so relaxing. We could grab a comfy chair from the garage and be on the beach to watch the sunset in just moments. With large decks/patios on all three levels, you'll have no shortage of space for admiring the sights and sounds of the ocean. The pool was lovely as well and we highly recommend paying the fee for heat if you visit when the temperatures are lower, since the pool is such a major part of the overall experience. Our only complaint was with the shortage of basic supplies. While the house rules make this clear in advance, we found that even the limited supplies listed were not all available, and we had to make a couple of unplanned visits to the grocery store for necessities like garbage liners, toilet tissue, and body soap. You'll be fine if you are only staying overnight, but longer stays will require a trip to purchase your own supplies. If you plan to do any cooking on-site, you'll also need to load up on basic supplies like aluminum foil and pan spray (to protect the owner's pans from damage), salt and pepper, (shakers are provided but they were empty), paper towels, sponges, dishwasher detergent etc. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the pans and dishes you will need, but no condiments or disposable supplies, so plan to pick up everything you need if you are staying longer than overnight. We found the location very clean, but did have to add water to the pool on our first day before the levels were high enough to get the pool heater to kick on. Otherwise, it's a vacation you'll enjoy. This is a great spot, especially if you plan to do nothing more than relax, sun yourself, and breathe.

Simply the worst experience we’ve ever had with any vacation rental. They were initially unresponsive when I informed them in the first hour that the air conditioning was not working, and the heat on the top floor was extremely uncomfortable. They refused to give any partial refund when three of the four bedrooms were unusable due to the heat. They admitted the air conditioning was broken, but claimed the outside temperature should have cooled the house, despite us repeatedly reporting that the inside temperature with all ceiling fans running was 83 degrees. The house is supposed to be air conditioned on all floors, especially on the top floor where most of us were supposed to sleep. After the second uncomfortable day of our three day stay, they offered to move us to another unit but would not reimburse us a penny for the discomfort already experienced or inconvenience of having to pack everything up and relocating. They certainly did not offer an alternate unit with the same direct beach access that we had paid thousands of dollars to use. When I asked for a partial refund, they never responded. I elevated this issue to Airbnb, and was told that the owners’ only reply was that the outside temperature should’ve been enough to cool the house. This is absolutely unacceptable and deplorable treatment, especially after getting paid as much as they did for a three day stay.

Party of 10 - 2 families with college aged kids - had a great post Christmas vacay. Weather warmed up for us and we were able to use the beach every day but one. Pool was nice but if you pay to heat it - be aware that the heater only runs when to pump runs (7am-7pm) so no late night swims for us. Maybe we should have asked to adjust it to 11am-11pm??? Lots of room for all of us - living and sleeping space. Beautiful sunset views from all balconies & the beach. Great communication and owner made it right when the AC upstairs didn’t work during our stay. Prepare to be a really great navigator to park in and pull out of the garage if u have or rent a large SUV. It’s really tight but doable!! Lovely restaurants with live music and good food really close.

WONDERFUL views of the sunset, and just steps away from the beach like the pictures show. Large enough for the 3 couples that went. A couple things need fixing: basement shower, door did not shut tight and the hot/cold was the opposite. We couldn't get the front door lock to work from the outside. Diningroom light had a sconce tied with string, exposed wires. Sugar ants on the counters (maybe it's a Florida thing). Upstairs queen bedroom, the TV remote did not work right. Grill, we were told we had to buy our own propane. You would think it was included for the price/night. All-in-all a wonderful place to stay. Large enough for us and then some.

We were looking to get away from the winter of South Dakota and spend some family time with our kids and their spouses to celebrate an early Christmas. The location of the home couldn’t be better as we could jump in the ocean and then run up the beach to jump in the heated pool. We slept with the patio door open to sleep to the sound of waves hitting the shore. We cooked all our meals in the large kitchen, but could walk to a local coffee shop each morning also. They had great beach chairs, and the beach was great. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Even though we were outside most of the time, you could sit on the top porch and see “forever”..

My family and I had a week long dream vacation at Indian Rocks Beach. The sand was soft, the sun was warm, and the ocean was refreshing. Even better was the home we stayed in. The house was clean, well kept and provided many of the amenities that are unexpected when renting a vacation home. We loved playing Beachy music on the Alexa while preparing dinner in a chef’s kitchen. Beach towels and chairs were provided and if you forgot sand problem. They were there too! We had a couple of minor inconveniences happen during that week, but a quick text to the rental manager, and the issues were solved immediately and with a great attitude. I would not hesitate to rent from them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a great time at the rental, we have stayed in that complex a number of times, and reserved a unit for next year. The people were very healpful--Heide, Mona, and Jeanie-----they were all very helpful considering this time replaced the canceled week for 2020. We were extreemely happy to hear you take the left overs to the homeless. Also the beaach furnature, whhich we know takes a beating was in great shape and good quality stuff. We have been in the resedential rental business for 30 years, and know it can be chalanging, but keep up the good work.

The house was the perfect size and in a great area within walking distance to multiple restaurants, gas station, and coffee shops. Beautiful view and so close to the beach! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were decent. The bottom floor room was really nice for privacy and having three balconies was awesome.

Management did offer to have cleaners come back but we arrived late and just wanted to go to sleep and enjoy our vacation. We were apologized to and refunded the cleaning fee so hopefully it was a one time mistake. The included cookware was of terrible quality, we purchased food before looking and didn’t even use a lot of it because of the state of the cookware.
Another issue was the parking. We had a suburban and although it was doable it was very stressful getting in and out of the garage. There were also multiple times where we were parked in and could not leave because the neighbors or maintenance vehicles were in the way.
The hot water heater also could not keep up, so if you have more than two people trying to shower around the same time the water gets cold. We had to schedule shower times for everyone so this didn’t happen which was annoying.

The house was the perfect size and in a great area within walking distance to multiple restaurants, gas station, and coffee shops. Beautiful view and so close to the beach! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were decent. The bottom floor room was really nice for privacy and having three balconies was awesome. Upon arrival the house seemed to not have been cleaned at all, except for the bedding and towels. Management did offer to have cleaners come back but we arrived late and just wanted to go to sleep and enjoy our vacation. We were apologized to and refunded the cleaning fee so hopefully it was a one time mistake. The included cookware was of terrible quality, we purchased food before looking and didn’t even use a lot of it because of the state of the cookware. Another issue was the parking. We had a suburban and although it was doable it was very stressful getting in and out of the garage. There were also multiple times where we were parked in and could not leave because the neighbors or maintenance vehicles were in the way. The hot water heater also could not keep up, so if you have more than two people trying to shower around the same time the water gets cold. We had to schedule shower times for everyone so this didn’t happen which was annoying. Overall it was a good stay, but because of the cleanliness and quality of included items we would not stay again or recommend. For the price we paid we expected a lot more.
