Balcony nice view of ocean, accommodations were a bit larger than I expected. As with the other reviews, the mattresses were awful, already visited the chiropractor upon getting home. Had all the dishes, pots & pans we needed .

Wonderful property, beautiful views on the corner of the 2nd floor. Balcony was like another room in itself.... Plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 children. The master was great, and the 2nd master was beautiful as well.

This trip was strictly for my mother - she has cancer and she's in a wheelchair. The balcony was perfect for her to sit out on and look and the water-- even tho it rained everyday.. she was happy and that made us Happy 😊

The unit is beautiful and clean. We never had to turn on the air and definitely enjoyed the fresh breezes. There were 7 of us that stayed comfortably here (myself & husband, 3 kids, and my parents). The reason I chose this place over others was the size of the balcony (I wanted BIG as I knew we would be out there watching the ocean a lot), 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and the indoor heated pool (for our littlest) as I knew the outdoor pools are always cold. It was perfect...met all of our wants/needs! Even being 2nd floor we had an absolutely amazing view :) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The one thing that I could gripe about (but it really just took time to get used to and was fine) was all of the codes, keys, bracelets we need to remember lol.

This was our second time staying at Beach Colony. It is a decent condo in a good location. This time some of the beach colony staff were less than friendly with guests, but that is no knock on luxury coastal vacations or VRBO. The unit had a hallway closet which had terrible doors, and the trim was hanging down on the ceiling fan in the master when we arrived, but I was able to stick it back where it belonged. We cooked ever my day in the kitchen, and pots and pans were adequate and we have eight in our family. We had a great trip.

Overall a truly great experience. We loved the indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, easy access to the beach. Our condo had a few issues - all the dishes we took out of the cabinets obviously had not been washed but put up dirty, the microwave was very dirty, a closet door was completely off, a screen was 'blown out' so could not sleep with the door open on a cool night. But all-in-all, we did't care, we were there for the beach and sun. The balcony was fantastic, the people we met super and we would definitely come back.

This was the first time for our family to stay in a condo. We have stayed in houses or townhouses. We had a great time. This condo was In a perfect location to see the beach and close to the pool. Would love to stay here again.

It was a great unti and great vacation. A few very minor issues like the cloths dryer and jets in whirlpool tub but matianance was quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay and will come back.

The condo was even nicer than the photos. The patio furniture was very nice and had enough seating for the entire family to sit together and enjoy the beach view. The main issue that I would like to see changed is the number of codes for the complex that have to be used. Maybe the same code could be used for the pool, beach access, workout room, tennis courts and drive in gate. Change once a week if necessary but these are just too many codes. As far as the code for this individual unit, the lockbox is on the outside rail on the floor which makes it difficult for older renters to access and is not very bright. During the day it was difficult to see the code numbers to change for access. At night it was impossible to see except for the very young with the best eyes. Maybe a lock box that is higher up with some type of brighter light over it. Other than the code issues we loved the condo and the location. Belinda

Beautiful 3 BR 3 BA corner unit condo. Well decorated and fully furnished. Large outdoor balcony. Property has two outdoor pools plus a small indoor pool and hot tub. Only negative is the high density beach as result of number of high rise condos in this area. We usually stay at Ocean Breeze where the smaller condo complexes result in less people on the beach. One reason we choose this condo is the website shows two sets of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom - actually has one set of bunks but 2nd set is configured as queen bed. Caused some discussion among the kids on who sleeps where. Suggest updating the website.

Great condo! We really enjoyed our stay in Beach Colony West 2D. We've been visiting Perdido Key for 11 years. This was our first stay at Beach Colony. The condo was well furnished and very comfortable. Lots of natural light. The kitchen is gorgeous and had everything we needed for meals. The balcony is huge and well furnished. Overall, great trip and highly recommend this place.

I have used vrbo.com exclusively for about 15 years and have recommended it to countless others. Now I will try to reach them and let them know of your new agenda. In all those years I have never been charged by vrbo for a booking..... until now.... Please remove me from all of your mailing lists.... but again the condo was great...

The condo was clean and well furnished. The kitchen and balcony were the best parts of the unit. The kitchen was large, fully stocked and everything worked. The balcony was very large with a direct, beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting out there having our coffee in the mornings and sipping wine at night. Our 1 and 3 year old grand children enjoyed playing out there also. Being on the 2nd floor was convenient because we spent very little time on the elevator, plus we were close to the pools. Everything was really conveniently located. There were a couple of issues. My daughter-in-law and myself both kept sneezing. We discovered short, white animal hairs on the sofa and under the coffee table which was a surprise since the condo description said no pets allowed. Though most of the furniture on the deck and in the condo was very comfortable the mattress in the master bedroom was rather hard. Also the master bathroom was small. The most disappointing thing regarding the facilities was the extremely cold water in the pools. We chose to stay at this place because the description said there was an indoor heated pool. It was not heated at all, in fact it was very cold and neither the indoor or outdoor pool were "kid friendly". Since the water was 3 feet deep, even at the entrance, the only place for our grandson to play was on the steps. The unit itself was nice, but the facilities were a bit of a disappointment. The ocean and beach were gorgeous as always!
