Cape May is just a short drive . Closer to Convention center. This spacious townhouse sleeps up to 15 Sleeping Arrangement 4th Floor Master - King Bed and Queen Bed 4th Floor Den with Full bath - Queen Bed 2nd floor Master - King 2nd floor Bedroom 1 - 1 King 2nd floor Bedroom 2 - 2 twins 1st floor Bed with half bath - One King and Queen Sleeper 3rd level has huge kitchen and Living room, dining room ,1/2 bath room and Ocean View Deck. Highly Upgraded Kitchen has granite countertops, eat-at counter, and dishwasher, . Viking Stove and Subzero refrigerator. Living room is furnished with 60 inch TV 2nd level has 3 Bedrooms, Ocean View Deck and 2 full Bath room. One of the Master Bedroom has King Bed and one Bedroom have two twin beds and one Bedroom has King bed. 4th floor has 2nd Master Suite, 2 Full Bathroom and a Sitting room that can be used as Kids Bedroom or Living room and Ocean view Deck. The 4th floor master suite is furnished with a king sized bed, TV, Queen bed,. The other sitting room has its own bath and is furnished with Queen Bed; Loveseat and TV. Private balcony on this top floor is great for morning coffee. 1st floor has Big Bedroom with half bath. This is furnished with 1 King Bed and one sleeper sofa and a 60inch TV. *Total 7 TV (Two 60 inch TV, Four 42 inch TV, one 32 inch TV) *2 Blu-ray players *Wireless internet. *Kitchen and Dining has seating for 15 *2 Master Suites and another bedroom with half bath and Sitting room with its own bath *2 huge balconies in 2nd and 3rd floor and one balcony in 4th floor *Interior - Private elevator. *Separate full size washer/dryer/storage room in the unit. *1 Car Garage Parking and 2 car parking on Driveway *10 Beach chairs *Outside shower Pool is open normally from Memorial day to Sept 23rd. We had a great time. The home is big and the elevator made it nice for our 85 year old mother. In addition to sheets, I also recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets.

This home was so spacious which was especially needed due to the not so great beach weather! We had lots of fun playing games and even escaping quietly to other spaces for naps! A great home for a large family vacation.

House was perfect for us especially with elevator since one of our sons has trouble with steps. We were ecstatic to find such a nice home with an elevator. Owner was very easy to communicate with and available when needed. Great Mother's Day weekend with family! Would definitely recommend this place or rent it again.

Could not be more pleased with this rental. Owner was so nice and the place was better than the photos. We had a full house (15) and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and spread out. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was well equipped. Getting to the beach and boardwalk was a breeze.

This was a wonderful place for a large family. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was close to the beach and boardwalk. The pool was so refreshing and also kept very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great property and amazing renter
My family and I, 14 people, stayed here and the place was amazing. Plenty of room. Bigger than the description makes it out to be. The common area was amazingly spacious. The location was key. The owner, Sundar was very responsive and was there to make sure check in went smooth. Any questions I had, he answered within minutes

Great property for large group. Easy to walk to the Convention Center. Sundar was great with sending information ahead of time and allowing us to check in early. Will come back for next year’s competition.

We had a wonderful family vacation. Loved our place where we stayed. Having the elevator was great. Heat rises, so, being that there are 4 levels, the AC should be lower than 72 on the 3rd and 4th level.

Our family had an amazing time at Sundar's townhome! This unit had more than enough space to house our family of 11 adults and 2 children. We spent a lot of time on the patio of the unit and in the common areas together, and we really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and our favorite Wildwood restaurants. Sundar was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout the week. We hope to rent this unit again!

Amazing!
Our family had an amazing time at Sundar's townhome! This unit had more than enough space to house our family of 11 adults and 2 children. We spent a lot of time on the patio of the unit and in the common areas together, and we really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and our favorite Wildwood restaurants. Sundar was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout the week. We hope to rent this unit again!

The house is in a great location just a block off the beach. Your close to anywhere you would want to go in wildwood. Sundar was easily reachable and quick to answer any questions.

Bike rental close by, as well as restaurants within walking distance. Dad uses a walker but was able to get around great because of the elevator. Only one step to get in. Beautiful 3rd floor with spacious front porch and ocean view, comfortable seating, more than enough space for dining and games with tables in dining area and kitchen. Gorgeous gourmet kitchen with high end appliances including a beverage bar area with wine fridge and separate ice maker. This was a perfect gathering space for the family especially in the mornings and evenings. Laundry room also had brand new quality appliances. Plenty of storage and parking for up to 4 cars. Chairs and beach cart in garage for guest use, but we brought our own. Sundar was an excellent host. Great communication. He did everything possible to make our stay hassle free. We were very pleased with this rental.

The place is amazing. You cannot ask for anything more than this 5,000 sq ft 3 story row house so close to the boardwalk/beach. Sundar kept in touch all along the way and even helped to return an item that was left behind. Went above and beyond the call of duty.

Awesome house great location
My rental with Sundar was a great experience. Sundar answered my emails and phone calls quickly. The home is equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent just steps to the beach and a few blocks from the boardwalk. Multiple decks and awesome views. I will definitely rent again from Sundar.

The description of the property is right on point. We had a group of 14 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The layout worked for us. The property was very well maintained and very clean. The location was fantastic, walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Sundar, the owner, was very nice and easy to work with. If staying in Wildwood Crest again, we would definitely want to return to this property!!

The description was on point and the property was well maintained! We had a very large family vacation and everyone was super happy with the home and location to beach/boardwalk. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful. I would recommend this home!

Home Away From Home
We just completed our third year at this gorgeous, spacious summer home. Our large family was very excited about returning to this "home-away from home". There are 12 members to our family (including our children and grandchildren) and each had a comfortable place to sleep. The elevator certainly made many trips between the first to the fourth floors very manageable. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with excellent top-of-the-line appliances.
An important feature of the house was having access to the pool below. The close proximity to the beach and boardwalk was an added bonus. The fact that there was beach equipment available to us meant that we did not have to pack so many of those large, bulky beach items.
The owner of the house was very friendly, and always available if we needed anything. This was a great place to vacation!!!

Beautiful family Oasis
This beautiful home was a fantastic getaway for my extended family. Owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect- and even mailed a forgotten item to us FREE OF CHARGE! ☺️ We traveled from Tennessee and loved that it had its own beach gear with nice chairs. Pictures don't do it justice- plenty of room for your family! Teenagers camped out downstairs and had their own space and adults gathered on the patio or in the spacious kitchen. Highly Recommend this property!! So very happy with our experience!

Family vacation
We took our family to the beach to celebrate my 70th birthday. It was our first time staying at this property. I chose it because we could walk to the beach and all 13 of us could have a place to sleep without needing to have anyone sleep on a pull out in the living room. It went way beyond our expectations. The home is immaculately clean and perfectly situated for easy walking to the beach and boardwalk. It is big enough for all to gather for meals with a seat at a table or breakfast bar for each. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. For a large home, near the ocean complete with garage, elevator and high end finishes, I would highly recommend this property. For anyone with bad hips or knees, know that the Wildwood Crest Beach Patrol provides a pick up service that will take you from a pick up spot down to the water. The service starts daily on July 1. This is an added bonus to staying at this property.

Nan with adult children and 7 grandchildren
This home is the perfect place to gather your growing family of adults and children for vacation. The location to the beach, boardwalk, and an ice cream shop were perfect to meet our needs. The home itself was immaculate, fully equipted, with ample space for the individual families to have their own space with perfect gathering space for all to come together. The pool and elevator were added treats! The owner was warm, friendly, understanding and professional. I couldn't ask for anthing more. I have recommended this setting to my friends. This was our third vacation there and will be back next year.
