Comfortable, clean and great location!

A little bit of confusion about check in but worked out over the phone

the unfriendliness of the person who met us, almost an hour LATE, despite being INSIDE the property before. I had told her we would be there at 2.15pm. we had to stand outside, near a brothel until she decided to show up. The kitchen had no mugs or cups, and the fridge was filthy. the blind in the bathroom was broken, so people across could see in. beware if you stay here.

Incredible guest house! Very beautiful and atmospheric house with nice furniture. The room was spacious and clean! I loved staying at sunny stay guest house!

Room clean and bed very comfortable.

Terrible smell of mold coming from the bathroom, there are various deodorants in the bathroom but they don't help much. The bathroom sink is clogged and as you wash it fills up immediately with water. The wi-fi stopped at 11pm, Since there was no TV in the room, if you watched a film on your smartphone from 11pm you used your data connection. There is no air conditioning. Very dark room because it overlooked the path with buildings around it, therefore very dark as a room

Shower only warm, not hot, run the water for a few minutes first on different settings

Amazing location. Luckily, no others shared the space with us during our stay. Access to a washing machine and cleaning products.

The shower room smelt like bad drains. The bed was very uncomfortable. The main showerhead was unclean and did not work so water would spray at all angles, the hand-held shower would spray fast and the holder did not work so would fall down whilst on. The shower water was cold. The street outside could get very loud early in the morning.

The location is the only good thing about this place. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The stuff doesn't make you feel welcome. I has hard time to get in contact to find out about my check in. A really bad management & communication for a self-check in. The place was clean but with mold on the shower tiles. The bedroom is minimalistic, but that doesn't mean you cannot leave some extra blankets, specially for cold nights in January. I couldn't sleep because I was freezing at night. Overprized for what offered, I don't recommend and I won't choose it again.

Leaving! In town centre, next to esplanade.

Not an individual apartment as the booking information suggested but room with en suite with access to shared cooking facilities. Client washing and drying facilities used by cleaner. Excessive noise: building works on floor above (apparently, since at least April) and motor bikes in stand outside all night. No sound proofing in rooms and inadequate blinds in bathroom - had to switch light off at night for privacy. Debris from building works on outside space a potential hazard. No staff available to help gain entry, nor did anyone appear at any time throughout stay despite repeated requests. Appears to be in red light street. Toiletries had to be requested.

Had a senioir moment when trying to get into the apartment. Contacted the host who was superb and sorted things out for me straight away.

great Location

it was a bit noisy at night

Good central location, lovely big, clean comfy room, bathroom and balcony. Shared kitchen facilities, I hadn't realised there would be no cooking facilities which was a bit of a shame. However, the kitchen was good, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge freezer which was fine for a quick breakfast/snack. We would defo return and recommend.

Not possible to leave luggage at the property on my own responsibility or pay for early check in/ late checkout.

Nice room, nice bed and nice location.

It was not very clean, but ok.

location was great, room and en-suite lovely. Really nice to have use of a kettle too.

noisy neighbours one morning at 5am - not sure if they were very loud or the walls were thin. But from them the room was very peaceful. Shower took a long time to heat up, but great once it did.

Clean and spacious with a lovely en-suite bathroom.

it was a bit cold and needed warmer bed linen at this time of year. One section of the mattress was softer than the rest. I didn’t see a soul my entire 2 night stay which was a bit disappointing as i thought as it was a guest house there would be other people around.

The host did NOT show, and we called 30 times, and sent e-Mail no answer. We had to book A New hotel . So we ended up paying for to hotelrooms since we had prepaid at Sunny.

The house has a kitchen and washing machine, which made it more comfortable.

There were no Wi-Fi and the mobile data didn’t work as there is very poor coverage. That was frustrating.

the location was excellent

The gave us a precise time to meet at the property for us to have to wait around and then receive a message with check in instructions.
