This highly sought after Townhome features an inverted floor plan with Great Room, Kitchen and large dining area on the top floor where you will enjoy amazing and expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean, miles of its shoreline and dramatic Bay views. The home includes 5 bedrooms and additional pull out coaches/futons to comfortably sleep 12 people. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped for your gourmet experience. Or take some time to grill out on a large gas grill or separate charcoal grill. The home features a large wet bar on the entry level with a small refrigerator to stock your favorite beach cocktails for ease of access in the middle of the day. The upstairs great room features an open concept, beautiful gas fireplace for cool spring and fall evenings. The entry level laundry provides easy access to cleaning your saltwater laden swimwear. The entire unit has updated flat-screen TVs including a giant 55 inch LG LED flat screen in the top floor great room, perfect for viewing the big game or your families favorite movie. High-speed internet and WIFI are provided for hours of fun on your handheld devices. A stereo system can be found on the upper floor. One of the most impressive features of this home are the 6 large furnished decks that afford some of the best views around of both Ocean and Bay. After a long day at the Beach or swimming in the community pool, your family can enjoy a nice, private outdoor shower. Sturdy beach cart, chairs and beach toys supplied. Crab traps and a kayak are provided for hours of entertainment on the Bayside. Cannot say enough good things about this rental! Beautiful, clean house! Lots of amenities! Easy access to the beach. Beautiful, clean pool. Nice, quiet community…owners were great to communicate with. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful, clean and SPACIOUS rental. We had 4 tween/teens and 4 adults. Dining table comfortably sat all 8 of us. Also, we could all fit comfortably in the living room for movie night, etc. Also, fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, kayak, life jackets, etc. They really thought of everything!!!! This was our first time staying in Bethany beach and the beach across from the rental (though you have to cross a 4 lane highway to get to it) wasn’t overcrowded and the waves were awesome!! Also, we were ok with it but just for other renters to know there are no lifeguards on this section of the beach. Overall, awesome place and beach!

We had 9 adults and 2 children (under the age of three) for a week long family vacation. The beach was an easy walk from the complex, even for the 2 year old. The host had plenty of chairs, toys and carts making for an enjoyable day at the beach. The multiple decks were nice and an added bonus for the various adults who had to do some “work” while on vacation. We enjoyed drinks at Starboard and dinner at Harpoon Hanna’s, Bethany Blues, and Matt’s Fish Camp. Kimberly was a very attentive and responsive host.

The location had very easy close access to the bay. The kids fished morning and night. The owner provided a kayak and a crab pot. We had a couple of nights of fresh caught Blue Crabs. The ocean was a walk across the street but the beach was beautiful, clean, free and not at all crowded. Bethany Beach in town had quite a few restrictions and was extremely crowded and had fee based parking. We had quite the spread of ages of our grandchildren but all the kids and adults had something fun to do. The unit was super clean and had plenty of room for six kids and six adults. Traffic noise was a little loud in the roadside bedrooms but we had a sound machine and we had no problem sleeping. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and the registration process was very easy. We did have a minor problem but the owner fixed it immediately. All in all, this was perfect

Our family from 1 years to 80 years had a wonderful family beach vacation! There is plenty of room for a whole family vacation. You have views of the bay and ocean. You cross the street to enjoy the beach for the day. When you get back you can spend time in the pool. We brought out paddle boards to enjoy at sunset . The house has a kayak and crab traps for fun at the dock out back. Kimmie the owner made it very easy and was great to communicate with. We pre-made our dinners to make it more relaxing and not run out to dinner every night but the house has a very informative book of all the local stuff to do. The beach is very nice and fun to see all the trucks that pull up for the day on the beach fishing. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to relax and not run around. Thanks Kimmie!

It was no hassle renting an owner was very nice however the many stairs of the house just to get up to kitchen was a hassle as its on the third floor up ,,, If I would have read the reviews enough an so forth I would have not rented it as the stairs for a family that isn't the youngest is not ideal...

we had a lovely time and the grounds and home were very nice. it is however not for the stair challenged. kitchen on top floor which made some great sunset viewing but from bottom its 46 steps to get there. younger group can handle it great.

Two Weeks at the Beach
This vacation home is beautiful! Nice views. Many decks. Anything you need in the kitchen.
Hosts were very quick and helpful in responding to a few questions we had about operating the disposal and internet.

Kimmie, the owner, is one of the most nicest property owners I’ve met. She was very flexible and was very responsive. The house was very clean and spacious. Everything was in great shape and everything was clean. The house was the perfect size for two families. There was so much to do because we were across the street from the beach and backyard to the bay. We were a short drive to the Bethany boardwalk as well as the outlets. We really enjoyed our stay. Kimmies great hospitality made the stay even more amazing.

Great place!
Great vacation! The home was very clean and the setup really made it easy for us to settle into like a second home. Nice cookware and other items to use throughout the home. The room layout was perfect for our family. Great location and easy access to the beach just over coastal highway. The home included many beach chairs, an umbrella and wagons that were all great quality and in good condition so we did not have to pack any for the trip. The community pool was nice and quiet for a little afternoon break. The owner was very responsive to any questions that I had and even sent a list of things to do in the area. At the home there was a very organized book of restaurants and other things to do in the area - so helpful! Yes it is close to coastal highway so you can hear cars more on the lower levels on that side but we expected it and it did not bother us. Look forward to returning next year!

Great Family Beach Spot
We stayed here for a family vacation with 9 adults and 2 kids and it was great!! The space was perfect, everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. The beach amenities that came with the house saved us a ton of space when traveling. Sadly the pool was closed when we got there, but with the beach so close we didn’t even think about the pool! Would definitely recommend.

Love the Villas location and must say this kitchen was stocked with excellent pots, pans - everything we needed for a home away from home! All the beds we used were very comfortable and the property owner comms were great including answering questions ahead and during the visit! The only tough thing but out of control of the owner is the noise level of the busy highway for the bedroom that is on that side of the home (master bedroom). Thanks!

The town house is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The owner is so sweet and helpful. We especially enjoyed being a walk’s distance to the beach. The pool was very refreshing after a day at the beach. All in all, I would highly recommend it.
