Situated in Wild Dunes, this lovely condo for $305 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Spectacular Oceanfront views from this Top Floor 3-Bedroom Condo! Key Features include: Balcony off Living Room and Master Bedroom that overlooks the pool and ocean, new fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, washer and dryer, third bedroom loft with separate bath. Linens included, three televisions, DVD player. WiFi and access to community pool. 1500 sq ft. No pets. ---LAYOUT--- First Floor: Garage Level Fifth floor: Kitchen Living Room Bedroom One: King Bed TV Bedroom Two: King Bed Loft: Bedroom Three: double Bed and Twin bed private bathroom (this is a lofted area) *This is a Sunday – Sunday rental from 6/2/24 to 8/17/24; 3 night minimum in offseason.* Please note that there is a strict 2 vehicle capacity per unit. Vehicle Capacity: 2 ***The HOA is conducting structural repairs to Stack 20 (end of building) which will begin on the 1st of September. Demo work and Sandblasting until Mid March. The project is expected to last until the end of May (approximately)The work is very noisy and is done Monday through Friday. ***

the construction wasn't particularly bothersome because it didn't disturb our sleep.
The location is wonderful and the view is great and it's basically a nice unit. On the downside, when we checked in the place reeked of deodorant air freshener. We unplugged the deodorizers and an hour later the bedroom smelled like stale laundry. Two hours after that it smelled like dried urine. The window in the walkway side bedroom was sealed shut so we couldn't let a breeze through to air it out.
There was mold in the bathrooms

We had no problems with the unit. It was very spacious . The only disappointing thing was the major construction going on . If I had known it was that much construction I would have tried to find another complex to stay in.

Overall vacation was good. Weather and area were great. Rental was nice, very outdated, but everything was functional. The family pictures around the unit, were a bit odd, but that is their choice. The unit was not the cleanest, there was cobb webs hanging from the popcorn ceiling, ceiling cans were dirty, but overall it was not terrible. There was only one working elevator in the building, as the other one was obviously not working, but it was not labeled "out of service".

Beautiful outdoor view but the mattresses in both downstairs bedrooms were not usable. I've seen better waiting for trash pick up. The property manager offered to purchase new but seller refused. I suppose listening to loud noise off and on throughout the day and night caused guests to sleep from exhaustion. Again, another ongoing complaint not corrected by owner. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The noise is coming from plumbing and is undetermined. It sounds almost like a smoke alarm. If you go upstairs to loft bath and run water it helps to cease noise for awhile.

We return here again and again. The condo was clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels but bring a hair dryer. Island Realty made the experience easy. Already booked for next year. It is a quiet location with a lovely beach and pool. Convenient (within driving distance) to a grocery store and restaurants. Not a party place as there are strict noise ordinances.

Our stay at Seascape #516, using Island Reality for the rental, was very eventful but not in the way we would want. We were looking for a nice relaxing vacation with family; unfortunately, we were met with a VERY unpleasant time. We noticed a few things that needed attention upon arrival. The kitchen light bulb was out, a leak in the shower sprayed against the sheetrock wall outside of the shower, & the most annoying, a HIGH pitch, shrill noise coming from the upstairs bath. While there we reported all of these - the light bulb & shower were repaired; however the VERY high pitch shrill noise was not. This intermittent noise woke us up several times during the night. After receiving no action from our complaint we physically drove to Island Reality’s office & let them listen to our video. The receptionist watched & listened to my video & couldn’t believe how loud & shrill the noise was. She asked if she could take my phone & let their maintenance department listen to it. We were certain then that our problem would be fixed, however were we wrong. After trying to sleep with that HIGH pitch shrill noise another night I called for the 3rd or 4th time & complained - again receiving no relief. Finally a female returned my call & gave me some lame excuse that the VERY high pitch shrill noise was coming from the HVAC system. I knew the problem was coming from the plumbing in the upstairs bath & tried to convince her of that but she would not listen. Bottom line I asked the curt lady for them to refund us one nights lodging, she refused. But she did offer to pay for a stay in a motel a short distance from the beach with no kitchen. I politely declined. We’ve used Island Reality before but never will again. We were not treated as valued return customers. I would highly recommend not using Island Reality for your vacation needs!

Great view - elevator- pool - flat access to the beach - restrooms at the pool - family friendly. Spacious - interiors are slightly dated ( clean and completely functional) but it was all we needed for our vacay!

A nice unit on the beach plenty of room. for 6 adults. This trip we just wanted to get away and relax. So we stayed in Wild Dunes only went out for dinner a few times bought groceries and everyone ate when and what they wanted. The unit is older and well used but it was clean and the view was great. All the TVs and appliances worked. Great instructions for everything.

We enjoyed our stay on Isle of Palms and the condo was very roomy and had a great balcony and view. Unfortunately, as soon as we walked in we were overwhelmed by the smell of stale cigarette smoke. The condo needs updating and freshening up. Fresh paint and cleaning would help. The bed linens were old and sheets had spots. This place could be so much nicer with some cosmetic changes and cleaning.

Seascape 516 is in a great location. The new kitchen appliances are nice. However everything else in the condo seems to be from the 80’s. The lights actually flicker when we used a hair dryer. Also the elevators bang and jerk. We will definitely use Island Realty again but would never stay at Seascape.

Some areas need cleaning and update: Front bedroom toilet not clean under the rim & the tub needs scoured along the outside/insider of the metal rims at bottom of the sliding glass doors; ceiling fans need cleaned; need new mattress cover, new pillows and new comforter (or wash/clean); new mattress if possible--it is very hard. Only one elevator working for the complex.
